Have to say, one of the better gym experiences that Ive had. Staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing.Facilities were great. The pool sauna and steam room were just what my wife and I needed! 😀

Post Covid.Gym only open from 5am-9pm but closed for half an hour every hour. You have to reserve your one hour appointment to workout. 2/3 cardio machines are closed. All the amenities are gone. No pool, no sauna, no steam room, no showers, no water, no basketball, no group exercise classes. I tried cancelling my membership since they are no longer able to provide the value that I paid for with my membership but since I have a 24 month prepaid membership from Costco, the manager gave me some BS saying I have to go through Costco to maybe get a prorated balance back. My contract states, A prepaid limited membership is non-cancelable and is non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in Section 6. Section 6 CANCELLATION paragraph 6(b)(5) 24 Hour eliminates or substantially reduces the scope of the facilities described in this agreement.At this point Im just hoping for a class action that forces this location to close down so I can buy their equipment at a discount price.

Yesterday while visiting, the manager Tre in Moreno Valley Day St. said $320 annual membership when paid ahead, and today when I show up to register, price went up by $80. That’s dishonest business He never disclosed that it would be a different price another day. He was not up front about the rates, I don’t apreciate dishonesty. Who knows what else they’re hiding, I see all negative comments here.

Used to like coming here but now I don’t they enforce a mask policy for some people and then let other people do whatever the hell they want especially on the basketball court I get told something about my mask but nothing gets said to some other people here hmm yeah screw this place always gonna have a one star from me…

Some of African american male staff are rude there, a guy ask me put up my mask when he talked to guy when his mask was down, he didnt do anything about, I told him go look around at other people too . Woman that work there are very nice .

In my opinion this 24 hr fitness it nice. My first experience was not a good one, but I gave them time. The staff is kind and friendly, its usually clean when I go in and its a diverse establishment. I would like to say thank you to my personal trainer Erick.. You are amazing. Erick is the first trainer Ive meet that takes the time to talk to you, get to know you and work the MESS out of you!! I appreciate everything he is helping me with. Having goals is nice when you have someone to help you reach them. So for this reason I give then a 5. 😉

Signed up as a new customer with a 6+ month old baby to use their kids place so i can workout while they watch him. I go in there for the 1st time at 630pm and they tell me that they are full with 2 children spots open because babies are worth 3. How do you figure that? 1 star and cancelling my membership now. Good riddance.

On Google maps it is reporting that it is open until 9pm. But upon arrival at 8:06 p.m. it was closed. They dont have anything posted on the doors to indicate the closure.

This was a pretty fantastic gym for the area until Covid hit. That is really too bad.

Signed up with a friend with no initiation fee, we paid $92 a month. I cancelled my membership after it became to expensive. Then I found out about the buddy plan which is only $56 a month and you could bring a friend. They did not mention this plan at all when I signed up, even though my friend asked if they had a plan like that. We both feel cheated out of our money .

Good for everyone no matter what your fitness level. I personally Love the classes they offer, its great if youre looking for strength training or just stretching. They offer a kids club my only gripe is that they close form 1-4pm everyday (kids club not the gym) and its inconvenient not being able to workout during those hours.

It was fine when I would come in at 4 in the morning before work. Now that Im coming at more normal hours, Ive noticed its not great. The showers only had soap half of the time when I would shower after working out before work. Today I came in at 7 am, and I asked for a couple of towels, to find out that they no longer offer towels....... Ill be asking about my membership price since they no longer offer towels. Thank God I had one in my truck. The people who work here are cool, and its not their fault, its the gyms fault. Some people who come here lack so much common sense, and dont know how to put weights back. To me, it just feeds more negativity to the already negative stereotype of Moreno Valley.

Review your contract carefully. I signed up during a no commitment promotion. The person enrolling me reiterated that I could cancel anytime. When I was emailed the contract, it indicated I had a year commitment. I immediately called and spoke to the person who signed me up and he told me they could cancel the contract early at the club level. I found out this was a total lie. They also have a recurring yearly fee on the contract that I wasnt told about when I signed up.

I was a clean quiet place when I was a member. Also people were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and gym was equipped well . Unfortunately had to drop it because working for 60 hours per week . If you look for a clean good place with not too many members this one is good choice

Tried to use my guest pass because I wanted to switch from Gyms. A lady at the counter said we could only workout for an hour too feel it out. Any other gym would of had no limits. Customer service is awful but it is a nice looking gym from observing.

24 Hour MoValFor UCR students who dont want to go to the gym on campus, this 24 hour fitness is the place for you. Though Ill readily admit that ucr has a better gym (after all, it DID get renovated and expanded) this super sport is still worth the trip.Its located in a very convenient area not too far away from campus and I love that its near several plazas that are home to the MoVal mall, Buffalo Wild Wings, target, and Walmart to name a few.Being an all-club super sport member, I can definitely see the differences between this club and the lower ones. For starters, the gym is HUGE! Their locker rooms are aplenty, they have several classrooms for recreation, cycling, and basketball, and they also have a swim room which includes the steam and sauna rooms.Im not a big cardio fan but every 24 club will have your several rows of cardio machines. I personally love their curve treadmill especially because I get shin splints very easily so this offers me a great way to still get that cardio, burn more calories, and at significantly less time than that!For the most part the weights are always re-racked and it is never too crowded even if you go during peak hours. The gym goers here are very friendly and so are the staff members.I love their free towel service too!!

Careful. They will sign you up on two accounts. I tried to reopen my account that was linked to my dads account. I asked a million questions to get into that account. All they said is it was closed. The account was never closed. It was still open. Payed $$$$ for 3 years until I found out it was still opened and closed the 2nd account. No refund for an employee error. Just be careful opening accounts here. I talked with Natalie. She pretty much pushed this off to the side! Said there’s nothing they can do.

History: Member since 1999 signed up for the unlimited 24 hour fitness planMy husband was just there to workout and was told his membership was for active gyms only. The nearest active is in Murrieta, Ca. Supervisor Jazz came to speak with him and had all kinds of derogatory comments to say1) you only pay $23 dollars a month that does not benefit this gym2) You dont even fit the criteria3) In the last 12 months you have only worked out 2 types4) Most people are paying $300 to sign up5) We have to keep the lights on we dont even get a percentage of your money6) We spend over $6000 a month to wash towelsThe list of comments went on.I called back to speak with her within minutes of her finishing with her nasty customer service skills.I was told she was with a customer so I left my name and number. One hour and 15 minutes later no return call. So I called and asked for the site manager and was given 2 names. I was informed by a young lady that the manager mark was in at this time and placed on hold. I informed the young lady I needed to speak with him regarding a complaint. She placed me on hold to relay the information. I was directed to speak with Jazz or other supervisor for any complaints. I told the young lady the complaint was regarding Jazz. She put me on hold again. Once she returned she relayed the message to speak with 2 other persons that will handle my concern but they are not available. The part that shocked me the most was Mark the manager said 9 times out of 10 I would be able to speak with him so I should probably call the corporate office.I can not wait until tomorrow morning I am pissed!

Love this gym. Always clean and staff are always friendly. Only issues I have ever had are with some of the other gym members not utilizing gym etiquette but you will find that at every gym.

Most of the staff I encountered in the 2 days I visited were very friendly. I only did short workouts and was staying at the hotel next door so I cant rate the locker rooms. They did have some equipment I had seen before and the staff helped me with it. They also have a lot of random items (clothes, drinks, protein) for purchase. Only down fall is there are none of their chain gyms where I live or near the other places I travel to; even though they are military friendly.

The locker room. Is always filthy. The weight is never organized. And ever since they stopped giving out towels this place completely lost me as a customer. Also, they always have a new wave of employees why I dont know...

With so many bad reviews and experiences by its members... are the people running this place ever read this reviews and try and fix the problem. Messy mens bathroom towels on the floor, no soap in the dispensary, broken drying machines and the attitude by customer service is friendly and caring but that doesnt materialize on whats wrong with the facility....some of these problems have been down for a long time.

They call them and charge membership like a super sport this place compared to all other 24 in the area is a joke. 3 squat racks with no time limit coming mid day to late afternoon Ive waited for over an hour for 1 person to get off 1 squat rack, this gym is extremely heavy on cardio equipment and not so much free weight. I only go to this gym 1 time a week now I drive 35+ min to go to other 24 hours around my area than go to this gym.

Worst 24 I’ve been to. Long wait times on free weights, old equipment, weights are never put back where they are supposed to go. Good luck trying to use a squat rack everyone’s got to do 20 sets. They have 20 TVs but they’re all on the 24 hour ad channel. Men’s locker room looks worse than a high school with dozens of towels on the floor and protein powder over all the benches. I came from fitness 19 thinking it was going to be better but it was worse

Moreno valley CA 24 hour fitness center has a very well kept up facility and I will be honest, not all there gyms a as nice, for example Fairfield CA was nasty. Not Moreno valley CA or Riverside CA. And the staff is amazing at all facilities.

Tried to transfer from Bit Fit gym (closed) and 24hr was suppose to honor transferring membership....horrible experience! Went there twice because I walked out the first time due to rude staff and long wait. Shouldnt have went back! Dont bother wasting your time or your money go to somewhere that deserves your business!

The gym is very crowded. Locker rooms are a mess. The signup process and guest pass is a joke. The 3 days starts when you walk in the door. So if you wanted to try the gym out on the weekend, dont come on Monday. Very desperate for sales and are worse than dealing with a car salesman. Just will not take no, or I will think about it. VERY RUDE in that they dont listen to the customer. I can not reward a company whose sale tactics are subpar. I, therefore, am looking to join either LA Fitness(not as current, but a lot more considerate workers) or Planet Fitness(no opinion at this point) for my wife and I.

Dirty and not worth the price of membership. Club manager doesn’t manage their people well: kids club is under staffed and cleaning staff is MIA.

Filthy, Dirty and trash everywhere. I regularly find the locker room very messy with dirty clothes and trash everywhere. Dirty floors. No toilet paper in the stalls. I have complained to managment (3 different ones by now) about the lack of paper in the stalls and nothing happens. Sent emails to corporate and still doesnt seem to do the trick. I left LA Fitness due to cleanliness and found this gym is far worse. Pool water is cold, temperature in the main gym is cold. FYI, this gym is far from a Sport gym. No racquetball courts or CrossFit area. Spin class volume is deafening, can be heard on main gym floor over my headphones. Can only imagine how loud it is inside the spin area. All in all, find another location or just quit 24 Hour Fitness intirely.

Dont have latest equipments. Small for super 24 hour fitness. Weak water pressure for shower. Eastvale super 24 is better by 10 times. This location needs improvements.

Worst customer service ever. If their own staff cant explain the commitment right youll end paying for things you never thought you had to pay for. A bunch of dirty scammers.

Do not go there, they don’t do what they promised to you! If you ask them to write down the classes or benefits they promised, they won’t do it, then after one week they ask you to pay more money! If you want spend extra money, it’s better buy the machines exercise at home.

I usually go in the morning, which is nice since it is not crowded. No problem getting on the machines I want to use.

I visit it on the afternoons and the locker room is always filthy . The price i pay does not satisfy the cleanliness. Theres normally towels laying on the floor. I spend about two hrs every session and they are still laying on the floor. Also the floors are either poorly mopped or they only get taken care of once a day.

It would be great if the TVs worked and instead viewing politics ( fake Fox News) play some sports! College Athletics or running... Thank You!

Such a scam. Run down SUPER SMALL facility with old, outdated equipment sqeezed all in one little area. Providing nothing in comparison to the other super sports. Dont waste your money here. LA fitness down the street is ten times better and costs the same.

People go to the gym to work out and to better themselves physically but 24 hr fitness is making that very difficult due to the stupidity of their policies. They have Active, Super and Ultra sport depending on the facility. People go to the nearest gym near their home to save gas and time but you can be asked nicely to get out if you dont have the correct subscription. I came to visit family for the Holidays and I am currently a member of 24 hr fitness in Colorado then decided to stop at one near my parents home in California. Apparently I have an Active subscription and needed a Super subscription which I didnt know existed.Why!?...Money. Bravo! 24 Hr Fitness for segregating your customers Bravo! Before you consider going to a 24 hr fitness make sure whether it is an Active, Super or Ultra Sport because working out is apparently not the goal here; its how much money you are willing to pay.

Its a nice gym, what i love the most is the kids club staff. They are super friendly and good with kids.

Good gym - gets the job done just dont understand how its a super sport no oly area, no sleds, ect. Hard to find to matching dumbbells because people dont know how to put their equipment back

Clean and community feel to the gym. The more you go, the more you meet people and have this respect for one another. Gets busy on Mondays of course, but you will eventually find a good schedule that works for you. I dont care for the jacuzzi area too much because it gets too crowded with the sauna and steam room literally right by it. The spa area is supposed to feel relaxing and a little personable but you wont get that unless you go days less crowded. Also if youre a true hooper (basketball) you will have many disappointing days where you come in and no one is playing 5 on 5, or if they are, the competition is either really bad or theyre joking throughout the game. It may be an IE thing, but if your main focus is basketball, I would suggest the 24 gyms in Corona, Fontana, and Ontario.

The gym service here sucks my buddy signed up on a guest pass and they wouldnt let him work out period they stated because its a brand new policy and that people have to come in at a certain time but that is nowhere posted on the website but then the guy proceeded to say if were willing to pay he would let him in obviously this isnt the gym for me as soon as my contracts are up Im going to cancel thanks but no thanks.

I was just there and a visitor. I have been doing stairclimber at my usual place in RIALTO for past 3 months. Never got into a problem of not knowing how the machine works. However today as soon as I stepped on to the last stairclimber at this facility, it started moving so fast that even after I pressed on pause firmly...it did not stop and I was on the floor. So embarrassing situation. I talked 2 the lady in the front about the issue. She said as soon as u apply the step or apply ur feet pressure on the stair, it will start.Wait really, like so fast!!!!!!! Why would it start anyway unless u press the start button?The girl has no knowledge obviously and walked away saying she will make sure that no one use it. However I did not see her back placing a warning sign at least.!!!!!!!!My goodness. !!Never gonna b back. Bad customer service.They have old equipments. Need 2 change and keep it working at least.Better at Rialto 24 hr Fitness.

This place sucks!! Customer service is ridiculous sucks !! There sales agent here are scammer and told me about my rate was low and they charged me for 29.99 and the agent that I spoked too got transfer to somewhere else without notifying there stuff about my membership and never explained to me that they charged me for 29.99 on the contract. My Gym home...Always Clean and Never too Packed

Took KELLIES CYCLE CLASS for the first time and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I can’t believe she is even an instructor. The amount of negativity she brings to the class is horrible. First of all she started the class about 15 mins late then she was gossiping about a past class and some of the people in it. The amount of negative comments and gossip were so unmotivaiting I had to leave the class early. I would highly recommend never taking her class! Royal and Shawnette are amazing instructors! So motivating and uplifting.

Hello I’d like to go over my first day at this gym with everyone! So I used to work out (CrossFit) after I while stop for a little under 2 years. I had herd about 24 because of the name and as a medical profession, having a gym available 24/7 is very important to me.To make a really long story and day short, today was my first day and definitely last. I only worked out for 45 min since I was just getting back into things, and in that little amount of time someone had broken into my locker (I had a lock) and stolen all of my things. My wallet included. What really bothers me is the time frame about everything. So where my cards were used to take cash out and buy pre paid cards, who ever did this did it almost as soon as i left the locker room to work out. So thankfully there is a camera that faces the only entrance and exit to the locker room. So I go to let the employees know what happened and they tell me that no one is available to review the taps since it was the weekend. So I am really bothered by this point. And to make it worse THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD USE A LOCKER OUTSIDE OF THE LOCKER ROOM SINCE SOMONE HAS BEEN STEALING THINGS AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!! AND ANOTHER NOTE THE PEOPLE TOLD ME THEY BELIEVE THE THEIF IS GETTING INSIDE HELP!!!! I keep talking with these people since it really doesn’t make sense and convince them to make 1 phone call and which who ever they called said just take a statement. The carefree attitude of the staff really did make me feel like the thief must be getting help since these people don’t want to do anything about it. So I call and make a police report and am forced to wait till Monday to see the tapes.This whole things is pretty silly to me since they have the best possible lead to who this person is since we (hopefully) have video footage of him at two locations, the gym and the store he used my cards at.But the worst thing about this all was the customer service, on my first day at the gym, I get stolen from and not one person if management was available? The whole situations made a long day so much longer. I’m awaiting a call back Monday. Any ideas or suggestions of what to do from here? — at 24 Hour Fitness - Moreno Valley Super Sport.

I cant believe this registers as a super sport. Only 3 squat racks for the whole facility. The super sport at Fontana has 7 (3 with Olympic lifting weights, bumpers), super sport at Yorba Linda has 6 and 4 of them with Olympic weights. This is by far the worst Super Sport Ive been to, its comparable to the active in Anaheim but at least the Anaheim location has WiFi.

Always good. Get in and get out. Early morning or early afternoon workout always less people.

This super sport has all the best and newest gym machines, really great set up however it is brand new time will tell if it goes down hill. If you are looking for a gym that has all the expensive target area gym equipment and clean showers and not a bunch of creepers this is it lots better than the sport or one below that. Pay the extra few bucks and be around people who look great. Haha jk but for real there are a lot of good looking ppl at this gym and thats what to expect when you enter.

Im giving a one star only based on 1 person, Kelton a sales associate. A few days ago my friend who is a member to the gym invited me as a guest. I just moved to LA so my ID is still out of state. A was filling out the guest survey when this guy Kelton appears and starts questioning every answer im putting on the survey. He then tells me that since I live in LA and not moreno valley that I cant get a pass but that hes going to give me the tour anyway. long story short, the whole time he spoke he had a negative response to everything. everything he was saying was very unprofessional. he talked about how half the people in the gym didnt loose weight because they didnt know how to work out and they end up dropping the gym, but he could careless cause its not his problem and not his body and he sold them the membership so he doesnt care. I was taken back by his comment. Things got more tense when he made a very demeaning, racist remark, he said to my friend and I, Im trying to make you girls laugh cause when I tell you the prizes I dont want you to be taken back, specially cause youre Latinas and Latinas always have something to say and that way your guard wont be up. I couldnt believe he had said that. He also said that we were high maintenance cause we had our nails done and he didnt like girls like that. after those remarks my guard was completely up, I felt like I needed to say something but if I did it could possibly cause a scene and I didnt find that appropriate, my friend suffers from anxiety and I didnt want to trigger anything. we continued the tour and at this point I was responding to his sarcastic comments. finally we came to his desk and he says, Im going to give you just one pass for today so you can work out but I know you wont be signing up. he asked us what kind of work out we were going to do and we said, we actually dont have much time so we want to sit in the sauna and relax for a bit, as soon as we said that he was like are you kidding, you are in the gym and you want to go in the sauna? really? ok well I can care less, its not my body I dont have to deal with the weight! as soon as he said that, I said to him, i dont want to be here anymore, you made these 20 mins seem like an eternity and Im just going to walk out.I know I wrote a lot but its important for people to know about this guy who has no respect, and I hope that someone in Corporate or Management does something about it.

Hah..what a joke..as a possible member, I went into the club today with my printed pass and there was no one at the front..I waited..so I called..no one..if you want a free workout get there before 9..theres no one there to help you..you can walk in..finally when I got someone on the phone..its like kids running the show..I cant workout until someone comes in to help me..what kind of sales is that? Me and my friends went to LA Fitness with no hassle..they signed us up and were very happy..

This location has very old facilities and weights thats not qualified for a standard gym. It should be upgraded to a regular standard gym that could welcome more people come and workout there!
