I go in the morning and this gym is never busy. Staff is great and locker rooms are cleaned daily. Music is louder than my airpods at times. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The gym did not open this morning (9/12/2021)!!!! Arrived at 7:10 am with four others waiting! Waited till 8 am, still not open! Ten people were now waiting.. This is unacceptable!!!! 😤

Solid gym. Has all of the basic essential equipment to get a good workout. Staff is really polite. The manager is great. I haven’t had real good luck with the personal trainers, but other than that, I like coming here.

I loved going, but since Pandemic its been closed, other sites are open. This site remains closed due to Mall regulations. Cant wait for it to open again.

I have contacted you guys multiple times since April on the website and also on Instagram about cancelling my membership and I keep on getting charged every month. This is BS. I need to get refunded every single month since April.Congrats on your new 1 star review.

Another nickel and dime operation. Not to mention the lack of cleaning and poor hygiene of the gym. Two months after you start there is a $49 charge for your annual fee. NO! it is not what you think you pay in the beginning is not only the first months fee but a Fee + another Fee and yet they dont charge this additional annual fee until two months later? Why? Also you only have 5 days to make any changes, as I found the hard way. After 9 days I tried to make a change and was told I could as long as I paid twice those first fees but I still the same person. I am not buying two memberships. I tried repeatedly with Gym staff who just pays lip service and come to find out are not really trained to spell out these charges. Had I been clearly signaled that this was what they did, I may not have joined. The manager said sorry pointing at the computer screen as if to show me how inflexible and how stringent the system can be, in not allowing her to help me....BOGUS! I wish I could say go somewhere else, but at this point I am going to the California Better Business Bureau. Memberships are not 9.95 a month. that is not my experience.

I called yesterday and spoke with staff yesterday and asked if they were still opene, and their business hours. Staff confirmed that they open monday to friday 5am.this is the 3rd time I take their word for it, take preworkout and I show up and waited until 6:05 and they still were closed. I am really unsatisfied with the service.maybe the guy isnt taking his job serious...covid has nothing to do with it neither because he has confirmed hours even though this has been going on for over a month already

Worst gym ever! My friend and I got scammed by a trainer. We paid him and everything. We went to the gym a few days later, and find out he quit! Nobody seems to know where he is (at least they act like it) and the gym wont refund us either! The manager called saying he would be at the gym at before 12pm to meet up with us and give us a refund. He never showed up! Hes never there! He said he would give us a refund over the phone but I really doubt hell even call. DONT GO TO THIS GYM! IT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

One of the smaller Crunch gyms, its inside a low level mall. But its pleasant and well kept. Cleaner than some of the bigger older Crunch gyms. I liked it.

I like the zumba classes with the new guy. He is intense! You really get your heart up also he has different dance steps. Only complaint is that the zumba classroom gets super hot (I dont mind it) but many of the ladies there open the big sliding garage like door and I guess someone has complained to management etc... which I personally think its ridiculous. I feel they complained because of the trainer, not so much because of the music. 🙄🙄

I have really been enjoying Crunch in Moreno Valley. Every time I walk in I am greeted by the pleasant employees. It is a comfortable and clean place to work out and better yourself as a fitness enthusiast. The staff members are all very friendly and willing to help. I’m definitely happy with my decision to switch gyms.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Manager was very rude and yelled at me through the phone after hanging up the first time. I was promised a 1$ membership and was tricked into a year membership. Called and they claimed the manager was busy, called again and talked to the manager and she told me thats life I went from paying 1 dollar to 175 without using my membership ONCE. DONT GO HERE!!! Manager told me she didnt care about how I felt. Ive been told the gym is dirty and unkempt. Update: I forgot to mention they never sent me an email with my contract but the manager said it was OBVIOUS that it was a 10 day notice due to the email never sent.update:was contacted by the support group and now owe 20 dollars for a service I never used and was tricked into buying. Emailed back and never got a reply. DONT GO HERE ITS A SCAM!!!

The club in Moreno is very dirty and unorganized, the guy taking care if the club was only there for a$ check. I am used to the club in Albuquerque, it is very clean and well organized. The club in Moreno CA was so dirty I didn’t want to put anything on the floor. I do hope the club gets better in appearance. Thank You

So, for the most part this has been a decent gym. But, the bathrooms never seem to get cleaned properly. Plus I showed up at 5 am this morning and no one has shown up. Its now almost 6 and still no one has shown up. At this point I wasted a dose of pre workout and Im not getting to use the service I paid for. I think me and others that were also here at 5 need to be compensated.

My experience was bad, please read the contract carefully, you can end up paying them a full year of a contract because it cost most for cancelling than paying a year. The bathrooms are very dirty full of hair everywhere the aerobics classes if for people of the third age. The company employees don’t bother In reply the emails. When you ask questions to employees they don’t know they have to look for a manager to explain your concerns but the manager is never there. Then yours concerns are never answered. In my opinion is better to pay a little bit more of money for a better customer service, sauna, inside pool etc. 24 fitness.

I was apart of the Crunch Moreno Valley family for over a year and I always loved it. All of the equipment was new, the machines and benches were always clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My girl would take the classes and she loved them. I definitely reccomend Crunch Moreno Valley for anyone who wants to work out without having to worry about walking into a social club.

I recommend Crunch. Ive been going to Crunch since they opened. My husband comes in as my free guest every single time. Works for us. Ive lost 27 lbs since I started. Im healthy now. Thanks, Crunch.

Great environment located inside the mall.Open space plan, typically low traffic (even on weekday after noons through the evening) machines tend to be open for the most part.

BEFORE SIGNING UP, READ THE FINE PRINT AND KNOW THE HASSLE INVOLVED IN CANCELING!!!This gym was convinient at the time I signed up. I was pleased with the equipment available. My biggest attraction was the availability of a shower. It made possible for me to workout before work and not be sweaty. However, I moved and this gym was no longer convinient (40 miles away). I called to cancel. During my first time call the very cheerful rep stated I had to be there in person or of the was anyone if like to transfer the membership to. I explained I moved and she reiterate her statement along with we just need to make sure its you. She said she would have a manager contact me.I got a call from a manager and missed the call (I was busy with a client).I called again and the rep said there was record of me attempting cancel. I asked to have a manger call me. No call back.I received an email stating my account was past due and to email back with updated card info (I contact my card company to stop payment). I replied to the email with my concerns and wanting to cancel. Got a reply back but no hello. I Requested a manager to call me. No call back.Sent another email requesting a manger call back.This is truly terrible and it seems to happen a lot. My wife is a bank manger and told me many clients hers have complained about similar experiences

Very good place to workout on all kinds of machines. Clean and easily accessible from the parking lot next to sears. Background music is a bit too loud, though.

Ive had problems ever since i started. first they sold the membership to me wrong, then they kicked me out of the gym, now i got my monthly bill and they charged me 59.99 when it should have been 9.99! i called and emailed and talked to anyone i possibly could but they all said they cant do anything and refused to refund me. Do not come here if you wish to keep your money. id rather spend 20 dollars a month than 9.99 for better service especially with how i have been treated.

What I dont like is the personal trainers now work for core fitness or something like that. Hard to reach them. If I want to go to another crunch Im told my personal training is past due and it is NOT past due. And core fitness does not call the Murrieta crunch to let them know that Im paid in full until November or Dec. As employees it was easier to reach everyone. Mow I need to find Carlos and when Im done traoning I need to leave asap. I cant stay to look for Carlos (personal trainer manager) to set another appointment. It used to be each trainer could assess the system. Now only the manager can do it.? That wastes my time. I dont like that. I like to get in do it and leave. Im busy.

I go to the gym in Moreno Valley. It is always clean and the restrooms are always stocked. I love the atmosphere and they keep the temperature perfect!

Always friendly & never have to wait for a machine. Very clean & great classes. I have recommended Crunch to many friends & family.

The manager David is a con artist. He will tell you lies that you get a special deal and write you up under the wrong membership contract then try to get you to pay extra fees later. Then wont do anything to fix the issue. I was promised the full member ship and agreed to pay more for it. But he put me under base member ship in the system without me knowing. Then confronts meafter I had been using the privileges for months saying I do not have that membership and I need to pay more if I want to use those privelidges. I refused to upgrade since the fault was on his part. He canceled my membership without my consent. I lost months worth if money because my contract was cut short, it averaged that I paid $60/ month instead of $19/month. I was ripped off.

No judgment if your looking 4 a good place to work out with no judgment this is the place great customer service these guys really care about there customers

The staff was really helpful and really laid back. The equipment is up to date and its a very chill environment to workout in. I recommend this location a lot.

Pros-Near home and in the mall.....CONS-more than half the treadmill are broken and dont work, alot of the have missing buttons! FIX IT!

Canceling your membership takes an act of God. I canceled according to website and 4 months later they are still charging me. Its not a contract its worse . Stay away

I love Thursday nights Zumba class with Melissa. I’ve been to all the other classes but sadly it’s only because of Melissa that I still come to Crunch. The bigger gym chains like 24 Hour Fitness have much better classes and are far better overall but that reflects in the price difference as well. I guess you get what you pay for. Crunch is extremely cheap, so if that’s your priority then it’s worth it. So please don’t get rid of Melissa cuz I can’t afford 24 Hour Fitness and Zumba is my therapy session right now when I need a break from my screaming kids, so thanks Crunch for that 😉

This place was horrible customer service if you want to lose money this is your place. But I dont reccomend it. when it came to renew my membership the trainer got the wrong information on my billing and ended up screwing up my payments sending me to the collection agency. I went called and no one told me anything then I spoke to Brian came up with an agreement. Which I thought he kept since I saw for myself one of his trainers had made a fake account with my name and information. I kept up with my payment then they charged me for the fake account they set up and did not answer the phone when I called. Then answered after the 4th call and hung up acting like they couldnt hear me.

I went there for a free pass I got as a promotion. The manager said I had to pay for the visit anyways. I paid, Then she said that she needed my information and then she sign me into a membership. Where I was going to pay 19.99 per month and I could cancel anytime. I havent had a chance to go after two month payment. I went to cancel and no one can help me cancel the membership. They said to cancel I have to pay 59.99. Sound like a law suit Balys lost for cheating people into signing unwanted contract!

Worst gym! The gym itself is ok but the managers and employees do not know what they are doing. I signed up with a free membership and they still charged me the membership fees. Ive talked to the manager there and they told me they are sorry but there is no way they can give a refund. And that the manager who signed me up signed me up without the free membership. ALSO the manager doesnt work there no more to confirm. They told me no one can refund anyone because the computers dont give them a option. They told me i should call me bank for refund!!!I ended up cancelling my subscription even though i paid $30 for it.Never go there!!! So many other gyms around the area that are cheaper and fair.

Clean gym friendly staff and patrons. They have enough equipment to get you through your workout. I have been in the morning and evening and it didnt get that croweded. They have tanning and the hydromassage too.

TRAP GYM..... they say no contract but they charged my bank 50 dollars to cancel. And even tho I payed the month that I cancelled they charged me for another month that hasn’t even came yet.... they have no way to call corporate and they haven’t responded to my emails...
