I just went for tanning and what impressed me the most about their tanning beds, is that you get an option of, laying down or standing up! If I didnt have a membership to a different tanning salon, I would most definitely go here. And they even have massage rooms, all round, a really great place!

Ive been to about 6 different southern Cali locations but this one didnt measure up. First, the shower water never got hot. No hot water at 1000 on a Monday? Why? Anywho. Then after my cold shower, the dressing stall wouldnt lock. Come on guys. You need to do better. Your gym is much too busy not to operate under Gold Star status. Disappointed

Their are no trash cans in the Tanning rooms. The hyderabed was not working correctly it was showing parts of the body on the LED screen that was not even corresponding with the area it was supposed to be supporting! Most of the body tans were not in Stock! Staff was very polite and Nice.

From my 1st visit to Planet Fitness I was greeted and helped right away. Notice how clean everything was especially for a gym. Every time I go in I’m greeted welcome or hello and have a nice day by the staff. The pricing great for all that you get for the Black card membership I love that I can take a guest with me each time I go to workout. The staff has been wonderful in helping me and answering any questions that I have.

Average gym with mostly machines including 4 smith machines and limited free weights(dumbbells up to 75 lbs). Cheap and open 24 hours.. good wifi..staff keeps it clean. Will probably need another gym membership if youre super into bodybuilding and do heavy compounds. Very peaceful late at night. Overall not to shabby.

Jackie the manager told me over the phone that my account was terminated but when I went in person my account was still opened when I had already went and closed it almost three years ago when I moved out of Moreno Valley!!! Today an associate helped me close it out and was able to finish that off for me. Before I left I asked Jackie for her bosses info she first stated they don’t have one then she stated I can only give you an email. Besides her being a horrible manager at customer service the gym itself is perfect and the other associates were always helpful and professional.

***UPDATE*** The showers water temperature have been fixed.I would give 5 stars but the showers water temp is not constant. Sometimes you can get hot water others time it is cold. Everything else at this facility is great.

Hadnt been here since the pandemic started and even moved to new area so coming back here was to terminate my membership. Never had any complaints. The employees are always helpful and sanitation was well kept majority of the time aside from a few members who didnt care to wipe their own sweat off machines.

Equipment is constantly sanitized and cleaned by those using the equipment. A good variety of workout equipment is available as well.

Glad were back in the gym. The equipment is spaced out for social distancing and I like it. The staff go around cleaning the machines, but I carry my own wipes. Glad to be back 🙂

Won’t let you cancel your membership. I had to email customer service and ask to have my membership canceled because there’s no easier way to do it online, as it should be. And you can’t call your home gym because they’re all closed. Of course they gave me the runaround with an indirect answer saying I won’t be charged. I don’t care. I want to cancel and should be able to. Disgusting.

After opening and closing over the pandemic, it Feels good to finally be back in this gym, and the wait was well-worth it. This location made one dope comeback by probably being the only location to be open 24/7, so I can finally go back into my regular night routine.Other than that, there’s this strong sewer smell in the men’s locker room y’all should try to get rid of please.

The gym and staff is great but its getting pretty ridiculous the closing back n forth. Waste of peoples time and money. Horrible management by the government, the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

Very clean and a lot of equipment for everyone. Price is very cheap. And its 24 hours.

They charged and prorated membershop fees.. it opens for a.week then recloses.. in the three months of membership i have had... its been open for about 2 weeks which i was charge 36.00 for 2 months plus the sign.up fees.. and been unable to use the gym.daily... there is a wait tonuse the facility. And it isnt 24/7 at all... its not worth the money ive spent to be a member.. i was told i wouldnt be charged any fees until the complete reopen and regular scheduled hours but yet im still being charged.. they even charged my mother whos membership expired back in march.. they charged her 40.00 as.a.prorated fee.. when her membership was cancelled.. its a gross representation of what you didnt sign up for

Planet fitness at Moreno Valley is a wonderful gym! It is spacious with great vibes! The manager Jackie is talented and wonderful! She was very helpful when I had issues and always helped me with a smile! The people working at the front desk are polite, courteous and professional! The gym is clean and well-maintained. I am glad to work out at this place.

Love this gym. Can get busy but I tend to go at night so not a really big problem and even when it is busy there’s still plenty of equipment to go around. If your looking to body build it may not be the gym for you but if your trying to stay healthy or get fit it’s perfect!

Kinda skeptic about a new gym. Especially after Bfit, a gym i went to for 2+years, randomly closed down. I went in and spoke to Xavier, he got me the best deal and fastest set up. This place has good prices and the equipment is clean. If you are able to work 100 on your own then this is the place for you. Go for the black membership if u decide to sign. There are tanning booths and massage beds. They have a trainee but I have not seen any one on one or witnessed any classes. They will help make u a plan for a workout but not sure of anything past that. Wish the massage chair and tables were for longer periods of time. :)

Decided to write a review because I believe that some employees don’t get a lot of recognition for what they do. But I have something to say about a very sweet employee. Norman is very attentive to everyone. He’s always CLEANING! Making the gym look spotless ♥️ I don’t know if there’s recognition of employee of the month...? But this guy deserves it every month! I really liked this place the customer service was great. The young man who helped me sign up was really helpful and super nice, I wish I remembered his name because he did such a great job. I would highly recommend this place. Also I noticed how clean it was that is great!

Worst experience Jackie has zero knowledge regarding customer service talks down shouts she is the supervisor I am the GM I can do what I want? Im good you can have your ghetto gym and ghetto customer service. Going back to LA Fitness where they know how to treat customers. There was great.they make you feel welcome This Planet Fitness needs to work on the customer service theres a young lady there Hispanic female that walks around the gym it looks like she dont like her job the looks she gives you and the way she greets you when you have a question is very unprofessional I believe her name is Ileana! Not gonna lie, was a bit skeptical. But rest assure, this is just as beautiful and up to date as the expensive work out clubs. Plus big fans, big TVs, lots of equipment, and well organized.

Let me start out by saying the staff are really friendly here. However, the equipment maintenance is seriously lacking. For example, the 50 pound curling bar has been missing for over a year. Rollers for the cable machines are broken (cracked) which creates drag on the cable resulting in more resistance. This is bad if youre using 2 cables at once. The benches are a joke, they all wobble badly. Most of the bars are either missing the rubber grips or the rubber grips are shredded. Hand sanitizers literally go months without being refilled. Bathrooms and showers are pretty bad most of the time.For some context, Ive been to quite a few planet fitness gyms. The other location I go to is consistently clean, if something breaks its fixed withn a couple days, if something goes missing its replaced within a week, bars are replaced once the rubber grips go bad, etc. Ive seen how a gym can be properly maintained and this location isnt living up to that standard.

As you wall in your always greeted with a warm smile and kind clerk. dressing rooms are always clean as the bathrooms. the gym it self is well lighted and there so many options to do. from massages to tanning multiple working wout equipment as well!

This Location is always good to me from the trainer Sam to even the other members everyone is always friendly and inviting. The effort they make to always say hello as well as bye is great. Amazing Customer Service.

This is not a disability friendly gym. Only time it’s not busy is 1am, the people leave the weights everywhere so you can trip over them. I guess if you’re a regular person is a good gym but not for people with disabilities. Disappointed with there service

Every time I call the phones they are busy like they’re taking the phone off the hook so they won’t get calls or something. I’ve been calling and calling but still busy. I go up there workers are chilling talking to each other, on their phones doing who knows what and it’s every time. My boyfriend is trying to sync his card to a new location.What is crazy we have been to this location already never had any problems. So I hope this reach someone who can make a change or a less warn people..

I had to cancel my membership after 3 years due to health issues and was charged a fee to my account after I cancelled. When i called the gym initially they agreed to reverse the charges.a week later after charges were not refunded i spoke to the manager Jackie who was very rude. And refused to issue a refund. Why would you not refund a charge that was made after cancellation. Very poor customer service!

Old equipment. Uneven floor in free weights area. Unmotivated people.Only good thing are the nice looking restrooms.

I love this gym. I always have a great work out when i go.and never have a problem with finding a machine i like available for myself

So far it is not a bad gym. The monthly fee is cheaper than a different gym I was going to, the only thing I dont like is that there is a cancellation fee.The people who work there so far are friendly, and it seems like the individuals who use the gym are more courteous to others by actually wiping down their equipment after using them!I have yet to use the showers but the bathroom seems to be cleaner than another gym Ive gone to in the area.When it comes to equipment, everything works, and everything is pretty clean. The only bad thing that stands out right now are the incline benches. Because of their design, they are kind of wobbly but I think I can deal with that for now!If I could give a 4.5 star review I would!

I went to this planet fitness location one week ago, as I was shopping around to find a gym to work out in. I read the reviews and it seemed to be a good gym; however, I was not satisfied with the customer service I received. At 7:25am on Sunday, I entered the gym and I was greeted by two women. However, thats all I received from them. As someone who was a day pass user, I read on the website that day pass users are REQUIRED to receive a club tour to which I never received. I asked if I could receive a tour but the two women ignored me. They seemed more interested in finishing their conversations than to give a club tour. So I walked around by myself, looking for everything and used one of the machines, but I wasnt sure how to get all functions working.Needless to say, I hated my experienced at this location!! I dont want to feel lost when Im in a gym or feel stupid when Im using one of the machines. I want to feel welcomed at a gym and have fun, but I rather try a different location than this one.

Shame on this location!First off unprofessional staff :( they’re ALWAYS talking to each other and never acknowledging people coming in and out of the gym. Multiple times I have came here and all of their backs are turned to you and they just carry on with their conversations. No smile no welcoming you back not even able to address you by your name?!! Bad customer service. Even the managers here are unprofessional and rude & even worst then their front desk team...Secondly the atmosphere here is very low everyone here is obsessed and on their phones! Taking up space for people that actually want to workout.The gym space in general is not well thought out and is very small & unlike other Planet Fitness locations there are no locks on the lockers...My husband & I never coming to this location again.

Best workout ever!

Most horrible gym i ever went to. The showers are dirty and the people that exercise here are rude for the most part. I went in to cancel my membership on the 17th and i was still charged on the 18th for a membership fee at this gym. The manager and everyone else that works here seems to lack an education beyond high school because the employees are rude which is why i cancelled the membership and the manager was the one who helped me cancel my membership but i still got charged the next day when i canceled my membership in person with the manager Jackie!!!!

This was my first experience at Planet Fitness and it was overwhelmingly positive. I signed up for the no committment plan and had already asked to upgrade to the premium membership by the end of my tour. Sean was incredibly helpful and polite. The facility is beautifully kept and easy to find what I need. Im glad I came in today...looking forward to coming back!

My son and I work out here. I have already lost 19 pounds my son 12 and were now going into our third week excited about the future and cant wait to see more results but I enjoy and love the gym.

I am starting on my 4th week of coming to Planet fitness and I would say it is a very good gym. I always heard people say it was not that good and all. Although I did not want to take there word for it, so I checked it out myself and I think its the perfect gym for me. Its never too busy whereas other gyms are and it has all the machines I have used at other gyms before. It has great deals on memberships and the staff is friendly. I do find only one staff member who is not that friendly and usually has a attitude who I try to avoid. I would definitely recommend anyone to check it out and give it a shot. 👍🏻

Facilities are well laid-out, equipment is always in good working order, and there are a number of amenities. But most important is the staff, as each is service-oriented and genuine. Monthly dues are well-spent, if only for the pleasure of being among them.

Love love my gym. They have great prices right now so if u r looking come here. They have allot of machines to the point of me never seeing anything like it at any gym I have been to so I love that even more. This location does not have the pool or spa but it does have tanning beds n massage beds n if u pay the for the black card which is super cheap right now then u can have those to use as well as a trainer n many classes to try.

Awesome employees, super helpful, equipment kept super clean, lots of different stations and multiples of each so none of them get super crowded, tons of value for the price of membership, and its 24 hours, love this gym will definitely be sticking with it.

This place has been long forgotten and abandoned by the corporate. Most equipments are broken here and no matter how hard the staff work here they cannot replace damaged equipment. I believe the corporate doesnt care for the neighborhood and its people. AC also doesnt work well and sometimes the place too hot for working out. If it wasnt for the Chicago Street location I would have cancelled my membership along time ago. The staff are working as hard as they can and I dont blame them. But planet fitness management needs to take care of this place better.

Signed up today. Didnt get a free shirt. Hmm guess i missed that promotion. Most the employees are kind and clean the place often. Most, but not all. This location doesnt have the extra restroom besides the locker rooms. But this location has weight benches and dumb bells.

The personal trainer Markus is helping me to drop the extra pounds. His workout plan is great. Ive lost 15 pounds so far. He is very time efficient, so I am done in under 30 minutes.

The gym is always clean, and the staff is professional and polite. Your waisting money if your not member of Planet Fitness.

The place is clean and the staff is very attentive. Never had a problem with equipment being available like at other gyms. Nobody cared that I set the lunk alarm off. You cant beat it for $20
