Mooresville Ford always takes great care of our vehicles. We only let them work on all our Fords. They are so friendly and even took me to work and picked me up to go back and get my car. Paula was the sweet lady that helped me in the Service Dept. So really knows her stuff and even offer me a mask because I didn’t have one. All the staff in the SD were compliant with the Covid mandate. Thank you again Paula!

These guys are amazing! I bought a [used] ‘06 F350 here for an amazing price. Drove it about 45 minutes back home and the very next day I drove to the store and it wouldn’t turn over when I came out. Mooresville Ford sent a tow truck over an hour down to Indian Trail and towed it back to the dealership. They sorted it out (easy fix) and a few other knit picky things I’d found and didn’t charge me a dime. I’d shop here again for a new or used vehicle without hesitation and recommend anyone in the market to do the same. WHEN (not if) you go in, ask for Tim or Scott and tell them I sent you :)

Had a great experience at this dealership from the very beginning! I found a bronco that I liked online and Scott reached out immediately and went above and beyond to help me find the right one! He sent me information about all the Broncos they had and I was able to get the perfect one! I drove up the next day and he was there waiting on me to help me get everything together. I bought a 2021 Bronco Sport from Mooresville Ford just a couple of weeks ago and the guys in finance were absolutely phenomenal when it came to helping me out! This was the first car that I had ever purchased on my own, but Dylan and Ray were a great help and allowed me get the car I needed at an affordable rate. I went into the office and Dylan worked with multiple banks to get me the best rate. In addition, there was a good amount of paperwork that was involved, but he made everything very easy for me to understand and walked me through the entire process. If you go to Mooresville Ford I would 100% recommend going through Dylan and Ray when you go to finance!

This company REFUSES TO HONOR OUR FACTORY WARRANTY! We have a bumper-to-bumper warranty on our newer Ford sedan. There were problems with an interior item that needed to be replaced and it was under warranty according to the Ford website.This company gave us appointments to assess the problem and another to fix the problem for which we took days off from work. When they had the part, they called and we arrived, the mechanic was ready to fix the car. Until someone came over to the mechanic and told him not to do the work. He said that it wasnt covered after all, not true. Our time was wasted our time with two appointments for nothing.We decided to call the original Ford dealership where we bought the car. We told them the problem and they were able to fix the problem for free and even included a free car wash.I would stay away from car dealerships in this area. They are all overpriced because they think everyone is wealthy and think people will overspend on vehicles just for convenience. Most dealerships make their money on servicing vehicles and selling used cars, often they dont want to do warranty or recall work on vehicles because they do not get paid as nearly much as other non-warrantied repairs.
Drove over an hour to this place after extensively speaking with the manager Bubba and online salesperson prior to the trip. Was assured that we qualified for a particular vehicle with only $1800 down. My partner stressed that we didn’t have the time to waste if they would not be able to assist. They were given all of his financial information via phone. He specifically inquired if we were guaranteed to drive away with that car. He was told yes. Bubba informed him that the down payment could be even lower with a co-signer. Needless to say the down payment was $1000 higher and after wasting hours in this place and signing and putting the down payment for our new car that had to be picked up the next day as it needed to be detailed. We were called while en route to pick up our car telling us that the bank didn’t approve us after all. We were then offered two older model higher mileage cars for the same down payment and price per month. When we voiced our concerns about all the deception and our time being wasted. Especially after being there hours while they supposedly worked deals with banks and ran numbers. Bubba basically said take what they’re offering us or come back on Monday to get our money back. By the way this was a Saturday. Then proceeded to turn his back and walk away. I never felt so humiliated and disrespected in my life. Yes my credit is bad but that doesn’t make me a bad person and nor should I be treated as a pariah. Life happens. Nor should my time be wasted. You advertise that you can assist any credit type. I can accept a no but not coupled with disrespect and bad customer service. As we were preparing to pull out, I did get an “apology” from Bubba regarding his lack of customer service skills that began as “I’m sorry that you took it that way…”. Oh btw the whole ordeal is on video and we will tag you once we upload it to all social media platforms.
Mooresville Ford always takes care of me. Jeff is the friendliest and in my opinion the best service technician they have at this location. Always ask for him to do your oil changes, tire rotation, etc. he will do an amazing job!!
The whole staff was great. It was my first car buying experience and Sean was a lot of help and very patient with me through the whole process. They even stayed in the office way past closing time to accommodate me and my schedule. 10/10 would recommend.
I had issue with water on passenger floor and called and made appointment to cone see Amanda. The morning of appointment I meet with Amanda who was very pleasant and helped get everything ready for the mechanic and got me shuttle ride back home. The driver was a very nice guy as well. That afternoon was called and my truck was fixed. I went to see Amanda and she explained what they did and the problem found. I will always use Mooresville Ford because of the staff

Brought my F-150 in for service in the morning. They diagnosed the issue, said it was a 10-12 hour job for service and the parts were going to take 2-3 days minimum. So a week to get my truck back.The next morning at 9:30 a.m. I get a call back saying the car was finished. Not only did they do the bigger 10-12 hour job but they also completed two other 1 hour jobs all in less than 8 hours.This seemed really suspicious, either the issue was not really what they diagnosed it as or they severely miscalculated the hours the service should take.I called service manager, Jeff, and he said “sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.” They will tell you the technician stayed really late and got up really early and came in to finish it…but we all know that’s probably not true, you can’t prove it though without looking at a time sheet.I was not impressed with the integrity at Mooresville Ford or their leadership. But they have to live with themselves at the end of the day.Be careful if you are taking your vehicle here for service..they are also now charging a $100+ diagnosis fee for every separate issue you have. Feels like they are trying to nickel and dime people at every turn.

I have owned 6 new F-350 Super Duty trucks and was in the market for a new truck with the Tremor package. I built the truck on Fords site and contacted a local Ford dealer to obtain pricing. I spoke with their GM and he gave me a fair price but I decided to reach out to Mooresville Ford and get a second quote. I am very happy I made this decision as their GM beat the other dealers price by a significant amount without ever knowing or asking me what the other dealer quoted. I ordered the truck through Mooresville Ford and their communication and updates throughout the process was impeccable. Most of my dealings were with Dylan L.., Director of Finance and Gray, their former GM. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the dealership and he welcomed me to their family. The communication and service provided by this dealership is unsurpassed. I have never dealt with a more courteous and professional team at any dealership. Really nice staff.Had obviously overbooked for my original appointment so when asked if I could come back another day for my oil pressure sensor work I didn’t have an issue. I was told I’d be the first in on the following Monday and they’d have me outa there quickly.Dropped car off at 8:30 and had my wife come and grab me as the shuttle wasn’t around after about half an hour. Arranged fir a ride back in the afternoon……. Noon comes…. 1….2….3 ….4:00? Still no call.I called at 4:15 and had to leave a message….. no live human….. at 4:30 they call and tell me I need. Radiator hose…… and they can’t get it till tomorrow??????Overall not thrilled with the service or the original diagnosis….. if it needed a new hose figure that’s pretty simple to detect…… three days to change out my oil pressure sensor and a radiator hose? Seems a bit much.

Don’t buy Ford. Their hitch metal tears under normal use and both Ford and the dealer don’t stand behind it. This is a 2017 with 27k miles.Edit:called them per below request; spoke to sales manager, service manager and Amy, all of which promised to call me back. Not one of them did. I heard the 5 star service thing was a funny joke with this place but just call them and see for yourself.

I took my car in for a tire rotation, oil change and state inspection. Took almost 2 hours! Hate that you cant make an appointment any longer for this service and it never fails somehow they always come up with some excuse to not provide the services I requested. They would not rotate my tires as they said the didnt want to put worn tires on front but I recently purchased a tire and the place I purchased didnt think any of the other tires were worn enough to replace. This isnt the first time Mooresville Ford has either not done what I requested it gave me more than I requested without prior authorization. Im not taking the versa back

Traveling from Florida to Virginia for a funeral and then back to Florida. The worst trip I’ve ever had to make only got worse as I started my way home. I heard a screeching noise coming from my front tires. I knew by the sound it was most likely my brakes. I had over 600 miles left to drive so I googled the closest Ford near me which lead me to your mooresville location. I had to be home in Florida the following morning for work. I explained my situation to the lady. I wish I could remember her name but my mind was other things at the moment so you’ll have to forgive me. She was about to go on her break just as I walked in but she was so kind. She immediately called the techs asking if she wrote up my ticket before her break if they could squeeze me in. I was also traveling with my girlfriend and my dog. She let me know it would still take an hr or so to look over my car but not to worry my dog could come inside with us. I was greeted with nothing but kindness from everyone at this location. My dog was given water, treats, and pets from everyone. She loves attention. It ended up being my brakes and rotors which cost a pretty penny but luckily thanks to the kindness and quickness of everyone we were able to get back on the road within 4 hrs. I can’t thank everyone enough at the mooresville location. Y’all made an unfortunate circumstance in an unfortunate situation less stressful. And again thank you to the lady who put off her break to help me. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

My 2017 F150 with 115k miles on it had a transmission issue. Huntersville Ford did not fix it completely. I had left 2 voicemails for the service guy Nick (or Rick, cannot remember), but did not receive any return calls. Not being happy with that, I took the truck to Mooresville Ford who diagnosed it properly and seemed to have fixed it. Paula at Mooresville Ford was very nice to work with and while I am a repeat service customer there, I will continue to go to Mooresville Ford.
I just purchased a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer from Mooresville Ford and wow it was so easy! Larry and Shawn were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Larry took me on the best test drive I have ever been on in my entire life! Ford should video the way he does his test drives and make it a standard that is expected on how every test drive should go! It was a really quick process and I was happy with how fast, professional, and nice everyone was. I didn’t feel rushed and no one was pushy trying to make a sale which I really liked!

My 2017 Ford Focus was having transmission trouble which was fixed way faster than I was originally told, which I was glad of. I would recommend this place that’s for sure!

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past 5 weeks for Mooresville Ford. They are professional, fair and the service dept. is top notch. Shout out to Ray and Shaun for all their help. I will be in the market again for another vehicle soon and will be going there and no where else.
First of all, let me start out at saying this is the worst Ford dealership I have ever been to. I went there for a leak in the right front tire, they changed the left front tire and lied about that tire leaking as well and instead they wanted me to buy a second tire.
REVIEW UPDATE #2: The owner Jeff Shoe reached out to me recently to discuss my service experience. He left me feeling assured that this experience was an isolated incident. I can happily say that the situation has be resolved to my complete satisfaction. We have been and will continue to be loyal customers of Mooresville Ford sales and service force.UPDATED REVIEW: After receiving an email with their response to my original review, I called to discuss my experience, at their request. First, receptionist put me on hold to get someone. No response. Second, she said she’d ring through to GM’s desk. My call was disconnected. (GM is Grant Shue, owner’s son). Third, she said she’d have to take a message and give to him personally. To date, I haven’t received a call back. It’s sad to leave this review. Our family has purchased 6 vehicles from the owner over the years. Jeff Shue is a fine man. When he was regularly there, the business sure seemed to be run better.Original ReviewI have 2 experiences to share regarding service of my F-150.#1- I had an appointment for 9:15 AM. While waiting on a simple repair and inspection, at about 11AM I was told that my truck had not been seen yet and they didnt know when it would be seen. I questioned the fact that I had an appointment and was told that an appointment time DID NOT guarantee a work time. They offered to take me home. My truck was ready hours later the same day.#2- I made an appointment weeks later for recall work for 8:15 AM, asking and hoping that my truck would be seen first thing, as I planned to wait on it again. I was told again that an appointment time DID NOT guarantee a work time. So I made plans to drop it off the day before so it would be there first thing in the morning. On the day of work, at 2PM my husband called to see if it was ready. It was not. We received a call about an hour later saying it was ready. I was told the job would take an hour and a half to do.Poor form Mooresville Ford, poor form. I wonder if Jeff Shue knows whats going on?
This visit was based on a recall (airbag) notice.Well, of course, Ford/Mercury doesnt make any money on this service, so, to act disinterested would almost be understandable.Amber Moser however, was VERY friendly and professional as she guided me through the process. The parts came in weeks earlier than I anticipated and she set up the appointment on the following Monday after a Friday call! Uh oh, Monday??Early morning? Yeah, thats usually a nightmare, and again, she got my car into the shop BEFORE the 7:45am appointment. I can have it to you by noon, if thats ok she said.Yeah, right!! Mooresville Ford recently serviced my 2018 F-150. They were priced well and got me in and out. I went to the cigar lounge down the road and waited. It was a good day.
I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had working with Scott Speagle he was extremely helpful wasn’t pushy at all I ended up having to make 3 trips to the dealership that day before I was able to purchase my new 2019 f150 I would hands down work with him anytime I ever need to buy a new truck and would absolutely recommend him to anyone
I dealt with Scott Seagle, and Ray Woody during my new car journey search and successful purchase.This process took about ten days to complete, four total visits to the dealership, and countless texts. I was provided premier service and a seamless transition from my previous vehicle to the newly purchased one. I can honestly say at every step in this process I was impressed at how easy they made it for me. Clearly they have set a high standard which they must follow to achieve such a positive result. This is the main reason Im writing this review- I have complete faith that my positive experience with Scott, and Ray is simply how they do business for anyone that comes into the dealership not just myself.
My service rep, Amber did an excellent job of getting me in, keeping me posted on the status of my car and then getting me out quickly!

Just purchased a new to me 16 F150 FX4 today. I could not be happier and was the best car buying experience I have had. Ryan, my salesman, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had visited several other dealers today looking at trucks and he was the first salesman I spoke with that didnt sound like he was reading from a script. I apologize for not remembering my finance guys name, but he was also very friendly and didnt try and push extras I didnt need. Would recommend Mooresville Ford to any one!!! Was a bit of a drive from Monroe, but well worth it and will be back if Im ever in the market for another Ford!!!
Mooresville Ford truly puts 5 stars into their five star customer experience. We ran into some issues with our vehicle and Amanda and Jeff in the service department supported us in everyway to make sure we were taken care of from the dealership and with Ford. Unlike other dealerships, the team members in this facility truly make you feel like an individual not just another customer.This warm heartedness extends beyond the customer service center and into the sales and finance departments. Trevor is a fantastic sales person who knows everything about the cars! Dylan is a personable finance professional who makes signing all that paperwork easy and fun.If you go into the facility to buy a car, you will understand that this level of customer service starts at the top. As we were there on Saturday to pick up our new vehicle, we observed the owner, Mr. Shoe, speak with every customer that came in. I was in the Ford garage last week and got an oil change and tire rotation. They did not tighten my lug nuts. I noticed a bad noise after I got on highway 150 and stopped at Mavis Tire less than a mile away. They determined that one wheel did not have the lug nuts on properly. I could have been involved in a very serious accident, if the wheel had came off.I called Jeff Shoe (owner) twice and he never did call me back. He sure did stay close while I was purchasing the vehicle (wanted to close the deal). But, when I needed him to call me back about my recent concerns he was no where to be found. He should follow up on complaints. I contacted him one other time about another issue I had in the garage and he didnt contact me then either.I did receive a call from the Service Manager. I only received a call back from him after I received one of the standard follow up phone surveys. He did offer me a refund and I am waiting on the check.I will not return to this Ford Dealership and I advise anyone that goes to the garage to check behind the mechanics after their work is complete.
Service was quick, I was in before my scheduled time and out relatively quickly. The atmosphere was friendly, professional and comfortable.

If I could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would! A few days ago I purchased a 2017 ford f150. I got a amazing deal on a low mileage f150 and Larry cheek made the process super easy. Larry was super helpful extremely kind and a stand up salesman. He was honest non pushy and just a awesome person to deal with. I highly recommend dealing with these people! This is my first purchase from a dealer and I am now a lifetime customer! This dealer wont give you the run around they are absolutely awesome I cant say enough great things about Larry and Mooresville ford!

My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle. We checked all the car review websites, went on car gurus, watched all the YouTube videos, etc. We did the homework and knew what we wanted.We had a hard budget to stick to as we were paying cash. The first dealer we visited had mixed reviews online, but they were close by and I assumed that we would have an easy time of it in any case, as there would be no financing and we knew exactly what we were looking for. In the end we wasted two hours as although they had what we were looking for on the lot, our visit ended up being a cliche of what a bad car buying experience is.The next day we took a 45 minute drive to Mooresville Ford and it was certainly worth it. According to their website, they had what we wanted in stock.As we approached the building from the lot a gentleman who was walking by asked if wed been helped.We replied that wed just arrived. He welcomed us and opened the door for us. I assumed he was a salesman and began talking to him about a beautiful Mach 1 Mustang on the showroom floor (not what we were looking for but it distracted me) we chated for a minute and he waived over someone else and asked if he could assist us. Turns out he was the owner.Wilbur then welcomed and us asked what we were looking for, confrmed they had it and then quickly excused himself to retrieve the vehicle for us to see. He brought it up to the side of the building and then handed us off to Larry for a test drive and review. Larry was a wealth of knowledge and a genuine pleasure to deal with. After the test drive we went to his office and within 20 minutes came to an agreement on a price. No sales shenanigans or delay tactics. We arrived at a very fair price. They detailed the vehicle while we waited for the paperwork to be completed, and it turned out that because they were fairly busy, the owner took the car down the road to get washed so we would not be delayed unnecessarily.The finance department did not try to hard sell an extended warranty or any extras as so many do. They let us know what was available if we wanted it and never mentioned it again when we declined. When we departed the owner was still on the showroom floor.I will not hesitate to do business with Mooresville Ford again and recommend them 100%
