Excelent & most of all they were very affordable, my car is not American made its a (BMW) more costly in most situations, not only was my car fixed, the cost was less then other automotive repair shops estamints.....

I had used Karrs prior with no issue. However the last oil change done for us did not last even a month. Not sure what that issues was, however he failed to top off the fluids etc. Had him check a leak and he told me it was a minor and not to worry about it. Turns out is was the water pump which was replaced ( using another local shop) just this week, When called about the oil change he never offered to do another one for free of refund money on it. He seems to be busy and shorthanded but still poor service is just that.

Amazing service. Dude really knows his stuff and actually cares. Definitely go here. He helped me with my 1999 honda accord. He will get my service again.

I had an emergency with my car on a cold, snowy evening driving through town. I called Karr’s and they immediately offered to fix the issue for free. They obviously had the tools and skills necessary to fix the issue in a timely and professional manner. I am grateful for their expertise and friendly demeanor, and would highly recommend them.

Had a $500 starter put in my truck. 6 months later had problems with it. Had to take the starter out myself and do it right. Come to find out whoever put the starter in had only hand tightened the battery side of the solenoid post. No more problems, if you want something done right the first time, dont take your vehicle here.

I picked Karrs Automotive when I broke down on I70 because they were concerned about my car beyond the basic problem to see what caused it to happen. Two bolts holding a wheel on had broken and instead of just saying that it happens to old cars they checked it out for me to make sure it was safe to drive. If I ever need a car repaired around Mooresville again, I will definitely call them up.

My sister had her car here 3/4 times paying over 500$ the last time they said they replaced the belt Re-threaded bolt replace the pulley every time she would get it back the belt would break she would take it back there because it was under warranty then they would want to charge more money then we just had the car place into a different shop and was told that they didn’t do what they charged to do and they could take the bolts that was Re-threaded supposedly out by hand very pour work for someone to do to a single mom trying to get on her feed 😏 very unsatisfied The Stinson family

Let me be the first. I took my truck there on a Thursday morning. I was told they had the best Diagnostic machine. I had to call back minutes before they closed because no one called me all day. Was told their machine gave them confussing readings. I had to go pick up my truck the next monday because NO ONE CALLED ME FOR 4 DAYS AND NO DIAGNOSTIC WAS EVEN DONE!!!!! I took my truck back to my original shop in Greenwood and my diagnostic was done in 2 hrs, my truck was fixed 2 hrs later!!!! I guess if you are friends with them you might get good service but my truck sat for 4 1/2 days with no work done and no phone calls. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP
