The lady is very polite and I went there to get my suit fitted and I got it back in 5 days! I was surprised that my suit came out impeccable very well! I definitely recommend this place the lady is very understanding and makes sure that anything fits you! I have used this location as well as prattviles location. They both offer an amazing customer experience. This is a very quick and efficient place to get your alterations done! The lady there has years of experience and will make sure you are satisfied with your needs! I would give it more stars if I could! I will continue to use this location for my future alterations for the the rest of my life!

Went in one afternoon, Sept. 4th to be exact and the lady was very rude. She informed me that she had to go and was unable to service me at this time. Me being understanding asked when would be a good time to come back… it was only like 11:30. She states Tuesday. But insisted that I try on the dress for her. After trying the dress on she states that it is too long and asked what did I want done. I stated that I would like the split to be deeper and the length not as long. After attempting to explain she stated that it would take 20 minutes to pin it and states that she has to go and referred me to come back because she did not have the time. Very unprofessional, closing the store early and turning away and speaking I’m a rude tone. I will not be returning here.

I have gone here several times for alterations. They are courteous, careful to measure twice and cut once. They consistently complete work within a week.

I just left from picking up my wedding dress, my bridal gown, and my veil. The staff at this location is really nice and very helpful. They truly appreciate your business. I had doubts that anyone could fix my dress to where I did not look like a big bag, but I was proven wrong. Tang pinned my dress and perform measurements. She even offered suggestions. The ladies keep Smiles on their faces. They are very willing to assist. The prices are not bad either. Once everything was done, I tried on my garments. They fit perfectly! I will only come here to get anything altered going forward. Thanks so much for doing a great job and making me feel welcome!

Update: They are under new management. The work is sloppy and the price has increased. The stitching is puckered on three different pairs of pants I recently had done, and their thread color choices even seem off with the pants they go with. Also my brand new pants are now fraying at the bottom after getting them back, as if they creased them by pounding on them with hammers. Used to be 8 bucks for a nice hem, now they charge 12 for sloppy work that damages the pants.Previous Review: Always does an excellent job hemming my pants perfectly, at a reasonable price. Such a kind person, too.

I have been going to TANGS ALTERATIONS for over a year now and I must say, she never disappoints!! I absolutely love her work, its always ready on time and done to perfection. The girls at the front desk are also really nice and always provide great customer service. The shop is always very clean. Its always an overall great experience. TANGS ALTERATIONS are just superb! The work they do along with the amazing customer service has made me a lifelong customer. They are meticulous and make sure you leave completely satisfied. I came to Tangs for my wedding dress in summer of 2015. I didnt know that I was supposed to schedule an appointment for a wedding dress, so I just walked in as the owner was grabbing her purse to leave. However, she waited and ended up doing three more fittings (including mine) before she left. She is very talented, and reasonably priced. My dress was tool with no hem, so she did not charge me at all to take up the length. Shes very friendly and good about making you feel more comfortable. The dress only took one week to get altered, so the turn around was great too!

Werent open on time for drop off visit, only reason for a missing star. Left at 10:15 and dropped off later. Ready for pickup at time promised and did a nice jod with alteration and repair.

I have used the Tangs for SEVERAL formal dress alterations. They are wonderfully skilled, friendly, and affordable. Theyre definitely your Montgomery alterations place.

Woman was very rude from the minute we got there. We told her the pick up day was going to be Thursday. When we got there Thursday she made some cuts to the dress and told us to come back tomorrow because she was not done. She then got mad at us when we told her we had to take the dress home today because the event was the next day.

Horrible customer service!!!’ I took my wedding dress in to make a little bigger she told me my dress is no good and I will need another dress! Ruined my entire day so I took it to songs alteration and she did an excellent job! If I could give this place no stars I would!

Whomever the young lady that was there today was VERY RUDE!!! She basically told me I had too much hips for the dress I wanted altered and it was too tight. The dress bulked in the back and sagged under the arms, it doesnt add up. Bottom line I will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend her to anyone.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Friend went in to get her wedding dress altered and the woman insulted her, called her too big and hadnt even seen her in her dress long enough to really look and told her she couldnt work with her because she was too big. She isnt that big. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Terrible customer service and definitely overcharging to hem dresses. When asked why a particular dress cost so much to be hemmed, the only answer I was given was, NO. Over and over again. Will not be returning. So ridiculous. What a joke.
