Very sweet lady, good work, fair prices

Bad customer service; seemed like she didnt want my business and cut the straps on my wedding dress, then said she couldnt fix my dress.

Place was great. I had a hem blown out on one of my suit pants legs the day before I left on a flight for a conference in which I needed the suit. She fixed it within 5 minutes of me bringing this in and better yet fixed it and told me there was no charge. I know this wasnt a huge fix but it was extremely nice of her. Anybody with that business mentality will get repeat business from me.
