The lady thats at this business has always been superb...she calls when garments need to be picked up & has been doing my clothing for years, today was a little different...I took back a jacket that wasnt done (a zipper) that I had already paid for & all of a sudden she told me she doesnt do zippers anymore...I paid for a service, it wasnt done & then when I returned it to be done, she suddenly got amnesia...she had never seen my jacket, she didnt give me the ticket, she doesnt do zippers, zippers are now $20, etc...always keep your ticket when going to this shop...she threw $10 on the counter after I got my ticket from my car & she looked though her receipts. Why lie? Own your mistake & move on!
