I am one of the many people who waited until the last minute to get alterations done so Ofcourse they needed to be rushed. I called to the base alterations and was told that they will work with me since they understood that it was for a graduating class. I have experienced in the past the businesses would make promises over the phone & deny them when you showed up in person. To my surprise, this was not the case today! The young man was very nice & honored what was told over the phone!! 10/10 would totally recommend for future services!!

I called for days and no one never answer the phone

OTS class 20-01 catastrophe. They lost the receipts associated with 40 blue jackets and were giving random jackets to random OTS students. They also lost about 15 of our jackets. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Worst service! Only reason I took a chance after the bad reviews is because of laziness in finding a different place and this place convineant location. Not only did it take them a week an a half to saw on rank and name tapes, they didnt even get the job done right. When I was given my items back the hat had no rank on it and the cloth rank was pinned on it. When I asked why l, I was told I didnt ask for it. Reading the receipt, I did ask but wasnt charged for it so they didnt do the job. They wanted me to come back later while they did it. One lady said it would be $3.75 and then the main lady came in and said it was my fault for not telling them...on top of it she charged $5 for a rush job. Bottomline take your stuff anywhere else but here!

They have terrible customer service, they take forever, and their tailoring still doesnt fit well.
