My Mani chipped with in 3 days so I went back and they re did my mani for free and it also chipped again within 3 days. I tried to love this place because of all the good reviews but Im sad I will have to keep searching. Customer service was great!!

I waited 3 hours in a half but because of pandemic and practicing social distancing, most definitely come again when there open. They accept appointment and walk ins

This is my 2nd time coming here, the service was fine the 1st time but I came in again for an acrylic fill. My nail tech, Kenny, had an extremely rough hand. He repeatedly hit my cuticles with the drill bit because of how quickly he was filing. He ripped my nail from the nail bed to the point that it was bleeding while hand filing. The gel polish application was sloppy and he cured gel polish onto my nail beds AND he cured debris into my gel polish on multiple nails even after i said there was dirt in my polish. The prices for nails are fair but they really need to work on taking their time and not being sloppy and hurting the customer.

I love how friendly the manicurest are and pay attention to detail, but i would love if they do more designs.

Went in for a pedi and asked for pricing for acrylic removal & was told $6. They failed to mention that I’d walk out looking like I was holding hands with Edward scissor hands. The lady that removed ten insisted that it had to do with ombré acrylic powder that I had. The pedicure were mediocre at best even though they cleaned them they managed to miss various spots see brow. I can’t believe the rating this place has. Don’t be fooled by the serene silence at this place. There’s a reason this place is empty.

Im so happy I found this place, I found them on Google and came in as a walk in. The guy did my nails wish i had asked for his name he did such a great job and pays attention to detail. This is going to be my new favorite place I LOVE MY NAILS THANK YOU!!! ❤

I am usually a regular here but looks like this will be my last time ever!!! The older lady didn’t even bother to ask what I kind of pedicure I wanted done she didn’t even remove the sides of my toes I had to tell her myself extremely disappointed!!!

Lately, gel manicures arent lasting (I wash alot if dishes 😅) but they did a great job and my nails still look flawless and cute. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience they took me in just before 7 and they took their time with me! They even close at 8 p.m. and still took phone calls and were insisting that they could have more customers come in which I find amazing! Definitely think I found my new home for my hands and feet❤

I went there before closing for a pedi all was fine till I realized that she cracked my big toe nail when cutting them... she didnt even bother to mention it to me i had to ask her... she was willing to not tell me there was a split in my nail... just paint over it and all would be okay... they were a bit pricey for the service I got. Wont be coming here again....

It was the most relaxing pedicure I had in a long time, even during my pregnancy, other salons didnt give me the attention this one did. I will make note that there was a few things State Board would not appreciate, but I will go back again, just avoid a few things.I did go in an hour before they closed, they did accommodate me, take their time and have me out before close. I have zero complaints about treatment and customer service.

I took my little sister here to get her nails done. She showed them a picture of the nails she wanted replicated the nail technician said okay but he said he would charge us an extra 10 dollars, we said okay. We ended up with nails that looked nothing like the picture, he only decorated two of the nails with glitter and that was it, we got charged an extra 10 dollars for glitter on two nails. When we paid I mentioned it smelled good, the nail technician then goes to pull my head next to his shirt and makes me smell him ! Overall a very strange experience. After we had left my sister showed me her nails and the two that had glitter on them had bumps and bubbles, the gel wasn’t applied smoothly whatsoever. Overall would not recommend never coming back here again, as it is said in other comments don’t be fooled by this places good ratings.

Went in and was seen right away. The place looked empty but as more people started coming in employees started coming from the back and every person who walked in while I was sitting there getting a fill was greeted the minute they walked in and seated and being worked on within 3-5 minutes of walking through the door. They were great and held conversation with us. Lisa did a great job on my nails exactly as I asked and kept having me look at them throughout the process to make sure they were right before continuing on to the next step. My nails came out beautifully.

This is by far the best nail shop Ive been to.I got my nails done 3 weeks ago and theyre still on! And the prices are great, the service is awesome!

Kenny is really good at his work. The prices could be better and if they decrease the prices just a little bit they could get more customers.

Most of these reviews are based on their experience, I personally didn’t have a problem with this. However, I do have to complain about the QUALITY of the acrylic nails!!!! This place might look boujee, but the nails started to peel off after 5 days!! Not even a week! I was so disappointed because the event I wanted them for I had to use crazy glue! 😔Also the nails are overpriced and my acrylic nails at other places usually last 3-4 weeks. All I have to say don’t judge a book by it’s cover, and only come here if you want your nails for 5 days.

Quick and professional

The staff is really courteous, they recently remodeled and its beautiful. Super clean and sanitary. A little pricey but its all worth it.

Got my nails done for the first time and it was horrible. The man charged me extra because I wanted my nails a little bit longer than what we wanted to cut, I agreed. He was rough on my hands after telling him it hurt. I also got my toes done and she made my big toe bleed, then after I was done she put the throw away flip flops on me and I sat so that my toes can dry. The man came over to me after not even 3 mins to tell me to take off the sandals and I said I would when I felt that my toes were dry enough, but proceeded to take them off by force so when I said dont touch me, its rude. As I didnt want my bare feet on the ground I put my sandals on and now sadly my big toe is badly messed up. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you like long nails like me because theyll charge you extra. And everything there was pricey, the cost never worries me but I feel that for the customer service they put out and their actual work, it should be such high prices.

Beyond disappointed and very dissatisfied, terrible quality, the amount of time they took to do such terrible work was ridiculous I went in to acrylics and paid extra, my nails ended up being the same length they were when I went in but with acrylic so I paid extra for nothing. The shape is off the polish is clumped on the ends. Paid $56 and it was the biggest waste of money ever!

They did an awesome job on my nail I am so happy. The last few places Ive been to have cut me and did a horrible job. They have great service ask for Kenny.

This is a very beautiful place on the inside but I felt very unwelcomed, I went in for a pedicure and the girl that was performing the pedicure looked upset she even had another customer, she did not speak or acknowledge me. The pedicure was also horrible, she put two coats on my two big toes and the others with only one. I definitely could have done that myself at home... Anyway I will not ever come back or refer anyone either. The setting is a total front. 50 Thumbs down

This nail salon is fast friendly and do the best job.They always know whats best and their not like other salons that make you wait in between customers even if your first.And most of all they like their job.Love this place.

Tina does the best job, but I stopped going because I requested Tina and she did not seem to want to do the job. Granted she was sitting down, possibly had just finished a job, but I do not like how the other ladies do the work. They end up having 2 ladies finish the job when I dont get Tina and then they seem to get upset when I dont tip both of them! I would gladly do that if they did a good job and would not talk in their language. Maybe its not rude in their culture, but it is so rude in mine :/ They clearly talk about you sometimes. Oh well. Off to a new place.

I had a horrible first experience at this place and will never be returning. Not sure of the names of the ladies that were working on me but all I can say is that they were more concerned about the walk-ins than the people they had sitting right in front of them.I requested a spa gel pedicure and gel full set. Young lady about 19 years of age almost over filled the spa that my feet were in (not paying attention) she then started looking at my acrylics and asked if I wanted to remove them since once had already fallen off. I said, Sure. She then grabbed a new acrylic nail from her little plastic box and got right to it slicing in between my real nail and fake nail. I was very scared and it was painful. Let me tell you that these ladies have a very short attention span. Someone starts talking across the room--they have to turn and stare away as they continue to file your toe nail and get the skin raw around the nail. I lost count on how many times I had to pull away my foot from the lady because she was hurting me. A new customer walks in, phone rings--they have to turn and stare. So not only was I concerned about my toes but now the girl taking off my acrylics starts going under my REAL NAIL and lifting it off as if it was the acrylic!! I could not handle that so I pulled my hand away and checked to see what exactly she had done. I let her know that she hurt me and that I was bleeding and she just smiled at me??!!! Nothing was going right. The water for the spa was colder than cold, my foot felt raw from the filing of my skin. They might as well have done my spa pedi outside in the street by the water hose. I had to apply pressure in some areas for the pain to semi go away, not cool, especially because all of this could have been avoided if they were paying attention to what they were doing and not concerned about the door, phone and other customers that were already being helped! When the girl was charging me she said it would be $5 for the removal fee of the acrylics, I told her, Even though you made me bleed? She literally smiled at me and proceeded to charge me full pop. Now that I have done some research, some places use the little drill to file down your acrylics, some soak the nails before the removal. This girl was careless. I am sure if I was a regular I would have gotten royal treatment.

Been here before to get my acrylics removed and it was amazingly cheap. Went back because tommorow I have a special event and I remembered how cheap they were. The sign said full set acrylic 20 bucks but when i walked in they said 40 even though I showed them a very basic picture of acrylics with no paint just the natural color...maybe take the sighn down?
