TERRIBLE experience with Danielle!!! I already had bleaching and I asked her to make it look less yellow. She bleached my hair and after 2 hours my hair color was same as before but was damaged! The second time that I went to correct the color she again just damaged my hair with no change of color. I also asked for Keratin treatment and it was the worst keratin that I had ever had! no change in my hair.If you want to waist money and time + damage your hair, visit this place!

If I could put minus a 100 I would! I went to this place after I found it on Groupon. Brazilian Gloss Keratin treatment I was told by Daniel, no need to buy it thru them cause they save money if its direct to just bring a picture of the offer! I did ( I will attach below) I told her as well as sent her pictures of my hair so she knows what she is dealing with. I have gray hair growing too fast for me to handle and Im hoping to start a job in customer service so I cant have that! Explained how far as well as the pictures showed where I had to do it my self with nice and easy roots thing to cover the gray. I wanted at the front (just a couple of strips close to my gray color) so I dont have to do roots every 10 days. She kept showing me pics of golden blond! I DID NOT WANT THAT AND TOOK 45 min before we tested explaining and showing pictures of what I had in mind! I know you cant always get exact color but to get everyThing you said you didnt want is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I said no GOLD! No COPPER! No RED! And and the darkest brown is what I wanted for a base!The worst is that she damaged the front where there is nothing I can do with it! I have to wear a hair band cover thing all the time now!!!!! I went somewhere else to fix it. They did their best but I paid so much money its ruining me! I reach out to Daniel and at first she said to come in so they can fix it!!! I cant trust this place with anything anymore!!! I sent her the pictures of what is has cost me so far telling her that It will vols more! Her answer was to send me her Boss number her turned out to be this rude person Angela I think who wouldnt let me even talk! She kept interrupting me and BLAMING ME until I had to hang up and write this! Im putting my reviews eve where as well as looking into where I can put an official complaint against them! Im also adding pics of texts and bills!!!!!!!I HOPE NO ONE WILL EVER TRUST THIS PLACE! STAY AWAY!Also sent a complaint to Groupon. And I will look into every website this business has publicity on. I think everyone should be warned I wasn’t the only on who’s hair was damaged by color, cheated on by Brazilian quality or worst haircut!!!Angie ( said she was one of the partners) will yell at you if you tell them that damaged your hair. She kept yelling at me on the phone because I didn’t wait for an owner!!!! Seriously?!?!?! I was told 2hrs and I was there for 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How long was I supposed to sit there? Araceli was amazing. She took care of my hair before and I loved how she took her time taking good care of my hair. I felt like a welcomed customer. She was super friendly. For this visit she took care of daughters hair. At the end of the service, my daughter told me she loved Araceli. I highly recommend her.

Great service. I wanted to color my tips a different color and they recommended I did my whole head so it doesnt look ashy. Truly an amazing place. You can make an appointment or just walk in

Avoid at ALL costs! Please listen Im doing you a favor...Took 4 hrs to do a partial highlight!!!!And I left with Grey Highlights!!The owner refused to give me a refund, or rebook until next week. Too late for my weekend venue!I now have to dispute w/cc..and pay a more experienced, Professional salon to FIX this mess!

I found this place on Groupon. Call for an appointment, but I was able to get a saw day appointment. My stylist Danielle left my hair soft, and looking healthy. She is very friendly. I will surely be coming back.

Took my wife here for a massage. She it was amazing! Also, for the fellas there is a brewery next door! I spent my hour their waiting for her haha

Ive had the worst trouble finding a solid hairdresser that I will actually go back to after the first time, but Ive found the one!! I made an appointment with Monica on very short notice and she made time for me, which made a great first impression already.And when I went in to get my hair done, she did such a great job listening to what I wanted, and explaining different processes to me. She took care of me and we had great conversation the entire time! (Thats also a huge priority for me, no one wants that awkward silence in the salon chair)Shes so kind, accommodating, and ridiculously talented!If you book with anyone, book with Monica! You will not regret it.

Crystal is amazing with balayage. She colored my hair better than any other stylist and knew exactly what I wanted. I cant wait to book another appointment with her the next time I need a cut and balayage.

I really like the salon, and Krystal was so nice and her work is amazing! I came here to redeem my groupon for hair cut and balayage. I was nervous she wouldnt get the color I was requesting, because its very hard to explain and I couldnt find the picture online. So I showed her some pictures of the two different colors that I wanted to blend, and she did a great job!

I walked in to be ignored by 2 stylist right there so I sat down. When they did finally acknowledge me I explain I have a coupon. They say the dont honor it anymore but in a rude tone. Yup walked out because if theyhave no common manners I cant trust the cut.

This is a very good salon. Especially Gracie. She is great at what she does . You look and feel great when she is done. Highly recommend her.

She did not make any attempt to apologize for her inconveniencing me. Adore Salon is UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!! I wouldnt recommend them to get my dogs toe nails clipped! This rating should be a ZERO and that score is too high!
