I had an overall excellent experience at Spatique! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. For my first visit I booked a 90 minute hot towel massage with Tracey... PERFECTION. I highly recommend!! Spatique, thank you -- you have a return customer.

This place is extremely difficult to book with. They are unable to book right over the phone, they always need to check with people or in on things, which isnt the bad part. But they do not call you back with information so you are left hanging. This happened to me more than once. I even tried to book online through their appointment request and no one got back to me. Isnt that the point of that feature on the website? I was given a gift-card as a house-warming present from a friend so I am forced to book with them, but even now in early July I call to book a pedicure (which I would think is a standard procedure, especially in the summer) and they cant book it because no one is there to perform the service for the next few weeks. It is kind of ridiculous.
