The only reason I touched a star is to post this man and one other man at nail creation they made me leave there crying today 08/01/2021 I feel soo bad and the manager told me there just young I don’t know what to tell you so they don’t know respect? and when two other ladies walked up and asked the price they walked away saying I’m good is this how we should be treated as a African American women I’m waiting on my phone call back from there owners in Texas

Poorly done. Gel polish started peeling a day after refill and the polish layers underneath were still gooey two days later. The shape of the nails were also poorly done and the business was filthy. Yikes. First and last time here.

I had a pedicure my friend had nails done. The staff seemed rushed. Not friendly, very mechanical. The acrilic nails were not that good. Just not the best nail salon but would do in a pinch.

Nails were rushed the shape was great but the nails are big as hell and look like I have white tick tacs on my fingers.

I spent 90 dollars on a refill with 2 nail repairs and got designs on my set. My stones are falling off and my nail shape is AWFUL! Not to mention the gel polish is peeling up and It hasn’t been a full 24hrs. I will never do this place ever again

Be careful, they will polish over old polish on your feet. Polish was $10 on the sign he charged me $12. They will give different prices for simple services so BE CAREFUL and they rushed everything to where it looks sloppy. The only thing I liked was the selection of polish they had.

I’m an disappointed I got powder nails done for the first time less than 3 days ago and one broke on the second day(I paid 50$) yesterday I went back to get it fixed and change the color and they charged me 40$ just for them to break again today. That’s 90$ for less than 1 week of them lasting. Very disappointed in the service and I do not recommend. Now I’m broke with missing nails.

Great service fast friendly

I was very disappointed with the service today. I went in for a pedicure and everything was wrong. The service was rushed and my toes were painted very poorly; my feet or legs were not massaged, whats a pedicure without the massage. He was more concerned about the environment around him. The place was crowded and very unclean. I can understand them wanting to service everyone since the pandemic happened, but quality should matter first...not quantity. Will not return again.

I am extremely disappointed in today’s service.Prior to the pandemic, my daughter and I were regular customers for eye brow/lip waxing, pedicures, and acrylic nails.We decided to come out for the first time since March and get pedicures. The pedicures were rushed (literally 11 minutes). I voiced my concerns and even mentioned that I felt like they were rushing and then the male worker began talking to the lady next to him. The lotion was literally put on my legs, not rubbed in. He said they don’t put lotion on the feet anymore, yet I saw two other ladies getting lotion on their feet. When the polishing was over a nail messed up immediately. A female worker told me that is why I should have gotten gel polish. Both workers literally finished and walked away. There was no rubbing of the feet or leg. I pointed out that I still had dry skin on my feet and showed him and his response was showing me the foot scraper.As soon as I walked out another nail messed up but I did not bother to come back in. I did write on the receipt, where I paid $76, that this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced here.I guess my daughter and I now have to find another place for our “maintenance days”.

First of all the boy I had was impatient and the woman who was helping him was too. They were rushing me to make my decision but got mad when I wanted to change something. The boy who did my nails didn’t let me wash my hands before he polished my nails and he didn’t wipe my nails or put oil around my cuticles. I was told that square nails with one chrome on each hand was $51 when someone else got coffin, 2 chrome, and 2 diamonds for $56. I would have been okay with that had I gotten my full service like I should have. And as I was asking questions to see exactly what I wanted I was told that it was extra to get more than one color on a hand. Who charges extra for multi colored nails!!!? I will never be coming to this shop again just letting you know you may want to have your mind made up before you get there or they may try to over charge you.

70 dollars 4 a gel nail on toes n hand😲😲😲no wonder their price not listed. Hated my nail. Never going back.

Too CROWDED UNSAFE NOT PROFESSIONALS

Went here to get my nails done for the first time, out of convenience, and will never go back. While they were grinding my nail they grinded the flesh on my thumb and weren’t careful with my fingers on numerous occasions. While they were applying the acrylic they were very messy as well as with the fingernail polish. I wasn’t paying attention to what they debited my card, they scammed me of extra money on top of the tip I gave them. I leave the store and don’t make it out of the mall before I realize that they did a messy job and had to go back to get them to fix it. While the lady I spoke to agreed that it needed to be fixed they sent me to the same man that messed them up to begin with. He wasn’t very friendly having to redo my nails and grumbled about having to redo them. While I was there a few other customers were obviously unsatisfied with their services. I thought a fight was going to break out. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Not the best nor worst manicure Ive ever had. Do have some concerns with cleanliness of the tools. Good rates and later hours make it a go to in a pinch. Staff tries to accommodate but language barrier is an issue

I really like the people but my friend and I had an issue where I didnt have enough coats of polish and she had so many coats that it didnt dry and it messed up.

I will never go here again! The lady that did my nails was super rude and rough with me. Also my nails look horrible! I got acrylics, and every single one of them have the bubbles at the edges of them that looks like they’re peeling off (I’ve only had them for 2 days). Also there’s little tiny bubbles all in the polish. The lady didn’t paint the top coat all the way to the edges and she was also filing my nails after she did the top coat so my nails are all rough around the edges. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

They fixed my nails after another shop did a horrible job.

This is the 6th Salon Ive visited since moving back home from Houston four months ago. My visit was indescribable-they were rude, slow and really not qualified to do nails. I had a manicure and the angry guy clipped too much cuticle-each finger has a bloody patch missing and hurts. After the pedicure, there is nothing smooth about my feet. Wow! Never again.

They do great nails but he killed my fingers. Lol very rough but friendly people.

They ground my wifes nails so thin they literally hurt her, didnt give her nails anywhere similar to what she wanted, they looked terrible, and when she told them she just wanted to go, the second person looking at her hands quite literally would not let go of her hands. When I called to address this, the manager refused to let me speak to the owner and said theres nothing he can do if she doesnt come in. I told him they did not perform the service asked and should refund her but he wouldnt listen.

Pretty Fair For The Price.

Customer service is okay but Im very upset they just let anyone polish your nails I am very unhappy with my nails. My shapes are ridiculously made up an my polish botched. I just felt like they just want the MONEY $ because they dont love or desire their work.They just looked at customers like numbers not people who want their nails done right.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!! first of all my nails were all different lengths and they were shape all types of ways! The paint job was horrible, the paint was very bumpy and you could see every paint stroke ! So I told the guy he needs to re-do my nails. He gets mad or whatever . Then after messing told them up a second time I ask to speak to a manager and the manager told me to speak to his daughter then the daughter said speak to the manager. In other words they did not feel like dealing with me !! Then the guy that kept messing my nails up going to tell me well I can go home and paint my own nails if I dont like !! I was HOT!!! Then Ms.Captain Save Somebody want to try to act like she can fix my nails. This lady was about to put polish on top of polish that was ALREADY MESSED UP !!! Instead of taking the other polish off. After that I jeered my hand from her and left ! The business was horrible and Im mad that I paid my 36 dollars for MESS !! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP AND WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!
