I went in on Saturday with my daughter, my nails are absolutely beautiful. The nail techs, the owner and his daughter do an amazing job. They are courteous, professional and affordable. I will continue to come to this nail salon for my pedicures and manicures.

Love their massage chairs! 1st time coming, I had a pedicure with gel polish. The girls did a great job! The pricing was the best I have seen in Monroe/West Monroe. Will become a repeat customer.

I went in and got nails and gel polish. My gel started pealing off two days later. I called and spoke with Henry who told me that i needed to come back that day. I told him the polish didnt start peeling until 2 days later. He got upset and yelled at me. They will never get another dime from me nor my friends and family. I will tell anyone. Do not get the gel its out dated and no good. And they will still charge the regular price. Just greedy!!

They open at 9, it is 9:30 and nobody is here. His wife’s salon phone is set on fax. I have been coming here for about 5 years and they opened on time once

Stopped in for a mani. No mask by any staff. They had some stations with plexiglass shields but I was not seated at one of those despite several being available. I asked the manicurist if I could move to a station with a shield since she was not wearing a mask. She scoffed at me and then gave me a very poor quality manicure. So disappointing and very unprofessional.

The service is okay, but the staff is not very friendly.

There are two locations, Monroe and West Monroe. Ive gone to the West Monroe shop for years, but this was my first time at the Monroe location. Awesome management and awesome experience. Oh, and of course my nails look awesome!

At first I was always pleased but now I will not go back there anytime soon. They are rude. They let inexperience people do your nails. And they get mad when you tell them that your nails are not right. They can not take constructive criticism at all. They dont like to fix your nails if the worker messes them up they gave a whole attitude. They let there kids work on your nails and when the kids are mad they are very rough on your hands. It is just terrible. They use to do great nails and the customer service was great but now I dont know.

It was okay. Thats all I have to say.

Terrible terrible. Will not go back. For 2 pedicures and a eyebrow wax they charged me $75. And when I tried to tell them otherwise they told me I was wrong. Plus my spa pedicure lasted all of 20 minutes including the soaking, which didnt happen, the painting and drying.

First and last time. Attitude AND he didnt know what he was doing.

Use to be a favorite.. Now they let the inexperienced practice on you while youre still paying full price. My nails look terrible. Never again will I go here.

I wont be back. Prices are you... not the cleanest shop.
