For the most part I have a genuinely good time. Got a pedicure for the first time ever. Spent $145 for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure let me tell you I was massaged for I know at least 30 minutes. She kept massaging even after the timer beeped. Now honey let me tell you about my claws. GORGEOUS PURR!!!

This is the first time in a long time that I have been to this nail salon, and it will be my last time. I asked her for the Pinterest picture and she said “okay pick the colors”. When I tried to, she took the color pallet from me and chose herself. The colors are NOTHING like the picture and I tried to tell her that, but she ignored me. When she asked the length I said a little shorter and I usually don’t get short nails, but she kept filing them down after cutting them. She kept telling me to relax in a rude way, and also kept pushing/slapping my hand out of the way before I could even process to move it, and even jerked my hand. I could not relax due to her filing my finger instead of my actual nail. The second picture is what I got. I paid $68 for service that was horrible. Not to mention, over priced, especially with how short my nails are. Never again.

Every time I come in I have been greeted kindly. They are clean and very welcoming. They do amazing work, and have not had any issues with my nails chipping, cracking, lifting or breaking. Money $$ well spent.

1st timer... from the other reviews I was hesitant but wanted to try it since I just moved to the area. Quick acknowledgement upon arrival and immediately escorted to the spa chair. My lucky day -- or not. The young girl was decent but not enough experience to do a thorough pedicure. Cuticles were nipped but not cut... feet buffed but not scrubbed...cute paint job... onward to fill. This is where service improved! Cut down, re-shaped per request, cuticle work on point, polished nicely. One thing I cant stand is polish that doesnt cover the whole nail... hands complete, feet not so much. So over the service and time for my next stop. To go back again... maybe!

Kathy and Ruby did amazing pedicures on my mom and I. They were both so sweet. And Benny was awesome. He did my moms nails and kept us laughing. Geric did my nails and they turned out beautifully. He also had a great sense of humor. 10/10 recommend

My husband and I went there very effie at first because we were from out of town. The lady my husband had did really good. The lady I had must have just started I left with dead skin still on my feet. I choose nail polish with glitter she tried to put the glitter on with out the nail polish. Then when I didnt like it wanted to charge me to take it off. Never will will ever come back here if we in this town again. I have to come back home to get my feet done the right way. I payed double when it shouldnt have been that way.

I came in for a simple gel manicure but the nail tech would argue anything that she did not agree with, such the nail shape (?). She did 3 coats on my nails and said she was done when you could clearly still see my nail under the 3 coats. I kindly asked to continue putting coats and she said oh youre making me work harder and okay but this is extra. I understand the humor but this was not the time nor place especially when my requests werent being met. I felt uncomfortable having to ask her to put more coats so that she did a decent job. She also kept asking me to get a pedicure when I repeatedly declined. Will not be going back.

I went in as a walk in and didn’t have to wait at all. I got a full set and pedicure and it was amazing! I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and they made sure I was okay with everything. Super friendly staff. I didn’t catch any names, but the woman who did my pedicure took her time. The other woman who did my full set did a wonderful job! I will definitely be going again and recommend anyone going here for good quality nails. You definitely won’t regret going.

Loved this place at 1st. Today i got the woman that kept up selling. I understand that they do that but she would start to do things i didn’t want. I told her which pedicure i wanted but she would start to do something else. She went and got a color instead of letting me see the colors. She starting putting my color on and grabbed the uv light. I didn’t want gel and i told her that 3 freakin times. Then when she put my shoes on she said “your eye brows are really bad”. What? Thanks for the insult. I ALWAYS tip but not today. I couldn’t want to get out of there. I will find a new place.

Waited at front for about 8 min. When called to the back, water was prepared, and I sat there for about 45 minutes. The massage chair did not work, and the water got cold from waiting. When the lady finally came over to begin working on my feet, she clipped my toe nails, used a small pumice stone to go across the bottom of my feet, quickly added and removed the scrub and then added lotion. She left some of the on my foot and left for about 3 minutes. I was really not happy with this service because she was finished with feet in less than 7 minutes. When she did return, she had a hot towel. I was then ready to go. Once I got to the front, they still expected me to pay the full $28.00, I was not happy with their service.

The lady who did my nails did a beautiful job, but when I removed the acrylic nails I saw that she had filed away at my actual nail so much that it left deep lines in my nails. That was just one person so I don’t think it reflects on the whole business but I will say just be aware because it’s now really painful and looks strange and I won’t be able to get rid of them for a long time.

I got a full set from them last week and absolutely loved them!! Im not a regular and this was my first full set, definitely a great first experience. MiMi did a wonderful job!! I cant figure out how to add a picture but I got black matte with cow print on the middle and ring finger. love it!!

Went in for my nails. I asked the girl if she could get me. She said no! So I just waited then the other girl that started my nails took someone that came behind me before me. The day after my polish started coming off. This has never happened since I been going here. I think they need to slow down and do it right the first time. So, I went back for them to fix it and waited for like 30 minutes for someone to fix one finger. Very very disappointed in the service now!

Mimi is my go to for full sets, haven’t changed nail lady since Sept 2019. I just show her a picture of how I would like them and she gets them on point even better than I would imagine. Recommend 100%!!

I absolutely LOVE Envy nails !! Mimi is always my go to she never disappoints ! A friend of mine took me here a while ago I got my nails done by Mimi and haven’t let ANYONE do my nails since! They’re very professional and pretty fast too, they can also do your nails and toes AT THE SAME TIME. Which says a lot because ( from experience ) most nail salons in Monroe don’t do that. I would 100%recommend getting your nails done at envy’s! 10/10 😍

The lady that did my nails was really nice, but it’s just that they didn’t even last 2-3 days and I didn’t really notice that some of my nails weren’t that great until I walked outside.I’m from out of town and was on a break from work so I couldn’t just go right back. I’m really disappointed because it’s pretty much like I wasted money.

I really liked this place for a while but I’m starting to not like it. I always get sns with tips and I liked how they looked but they are as thin as paper. Which makes them break a lot easier. I went a week ago to get sns and I was just folding a thin shirt and the tip of my nail broke. I will be going back tomorrow to get it fixed and I’m hoping I don’t have to pay for something on one nail when it’s not my fault it broke but I don’t think I will be going back. The communication is also not great. Everyone is extremely nice there but I asked for one of the black ombré nails they had on one of the displays and I got purple and orange glitter. I have social anxiety and on of the things I struggle with is telling people that’s not how I want something and so I payed my 50 bucks and went on my way. I don’t recommend this place for sns nails but I do recommend envy nails for pedicures. They do amazing pedicures and me and my mom go there all the time for them. They are also a very reasonable price.

Envy nail salon is my go to place when having my nails done. I love my nails every time I have them done at Envy Nail. Lucy gives the best pedicures! She doesnt mind digging out my ingrown toenails. And shes so much fun to talk and visit with. She does a great job. Henry and Tony are the two that do my French gel manicures. My nails always look great and last such a long time when they do them. My French gel manicures last much longer at Envy Nail than any other salon Ive tried. Im always satisfied with my nails there. Today I did decided to have acrylic nails put on. John did my acrylic nails. And he was a lot of fun to talk to and he worked as quickly as possible. Envy Nail Salon was so busy this Monday, every technician was busy. I think you should give Nail Envy a try, I think youll really enjoy them.

August, 3, 2020This was my first experience getting my nails done and it will definitely be my last. 😔 I went to get a full set of CLEAR acrylics and as the nail tech was doing my nails he cuts multiple fingers and makes them bleed. I told him he had filed too much and that I was unhappy with the shape and how pointy they were. He became very upset and began to yell at me in front of the whole store. That is when MiMi decided to take me over and fix my nails after everything was removed.Overall horrible experience, after being told it would be $30 I paid $55 for very short clear acrylics. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and my fingers are still sore and hurt from where I was cut. 10/10 do NOT go here.....

They were very nice and have a good color selection....however I am pregnant and just wanted a foot massage. The basic pedicure does not come with any sort of massage (leg or foot) which was not made clear until the polish was being put on my toes. Also after being told I have ingrown toenails and specifically asked to cut them out they were only filed.

My daughter went for a pedicure today ($43) and he was extremely rough and was very rude. Her toes are half painted. Do not waste your money.

My nails started chipping the next day. I was out of town and made it back 2 weeks later. By that time not a single nail look good.I requested to fix the bad job by removing the gel so I could go to a decent salon.The OWNER of the place raised his voice and said that he cannot do anything about it since its been 2 weeks.And he accused me of using the language that I did not use.If you value your time, money and want to look your nail good more than 1 day - visit other places.

Me and my daughter went here since they are open on Sundays, new and beautiful inside, we decided to give it a try. It is a very beautiful place, however, the nail techs are inexperienced. Very inexperienced. For the price you pay, they need to be professionally experienced. This was like getting my nails done by kids learning in mail school.

I got a $60.00 gift certificate for Christmas. Went and got the gel polish with pedicure. And got my eyebrows waxed. The pedicure was $38.00. The gel was $20.00 and my waxing was $12.00. I think the nail tech did a good job but did not get the service of a $70.00 tab. And I did tip $10.00. I wont be back. And I will tell my loved ones to not buy me a gift certificate from them.

I came here for an SNS manicure, eyebrow wax, and pedicure. Lucy and John did an amazing job and I enjoyed the mimosa! So happy with the service here!

V took her time with my feet. She made sure everything was done to perfection. They place plastic covers over the pedi bowls for cleaniness. V had a conversation with me. Fabulous!

The worst! The nail technician Gigi was nice at first then it got weird when she asked to try on my glasses. Then when she was doing my manicure she looked down at her hand and had a cut that was bleeding and was just going to continue doing my manicure! I told her she needed to cover that and I looked at my wrist I had her blood on me! When I told the male manager or owner he said it was “ok”, no it’s ok the bleed on your customer. What really got me was the uncaring attitude of the employee and management about the blood born diseases. Makes me wonder about how sanitary the place really is. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting the health department.P.S They did take $3 off for my troubles 😡😡😡😡

Customer service was great. First time being there. But most like to not return. Went to get my eye brows waxed. My husband and his friend laugh at me now cause they are so uneven. One side is higher then the other. I cant say Id recommend getting waxed there.

This place is horrible. I went and got a fill in with gel polish and it started chipping off two days later. (Never happens) so I went back to see if they would touch it up since I spent $70 that day on nails & pedi. I walked in and the guy says oh you didnt get a manicure so thats why theyre chipping off. ???? What?? No I think you cut me TWICE while filing my nails & forgot to put on the top coat for gel!

This is my third visit and come out pleased with each experience. The technicians are very nice,friendly, helpful.The salon is always clean and I wont be going anywhere else!

My nails were $50 and didn’t last a week. I didn’t want SNS but she refused to do what I asked. I asked for acrylics at least fives times but I eventually let her do SNS assuming she didn’t know how to do acrylics and I didn’t have time to go somewhere else! They look horrible! They’re supposed to last a month. The nails had dips in them when I left as well. The lady doing my nails was also very nosey asking me personal questions which I didn’t like! I will not be going back!

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I was rushed the entire time, they cut several fingers, left gunk all underneath my nails, and there’s specks all over them.

Im only giving this 4 stars because of Tony, hes amazing and very professional. Overall the place is super nice, the staff is friendly, you get complimentary wine/champagne, and for my taste the music is on point too. They are pricy but for the work that Tony does I dont mind, anyone else I would complain so be careful who you have. I had Laura last time to fill/paint my nails, and touch up the almond shape.. she didnt do a good job even after she went back to fix them when I complained, the shape and polish was off and she cut me 5 times and showed no sympathy for my discomfort or cared much to ask if I liked my nails. I had been there for two hours and had to go to work, luckily I came back a week later and Tony fixed them for no charge. Thanks :)

I do not recommend this place. The service was terrible and so slow. My pedicure took so long I had to leave before they could even paint my toe-nails. I also had to ask the technician several different times to cut nails shorter or to fix something. I also paid $40 for a pedicure and eyebrows after service was so terrible, definitely a rip-off.

I went in to try out the salon since it was new and closer to my home than the one that I normally go to. Big mistake and a waste of money.The nail tech that I was given was extremely condescending about the length of my nails when I came in (I have short nail beds, unlike some people whose naturally grow long). I told her I knew they were short, but I wanted a square-ish shape and she proceeded to use nail clippers to cut them with a flat spot in the middle making them way shorter and then filed them even shorter than that. I ended up walking out of the salon with a gel manicure that looks like I had chewed my nails down to the nail beds and then had them painted. Granted, I didnt start with long luxurious nails, but they were perfectly fine without needing to be filed down to my skin. She was also rough with the cuticle trimming and I thought several times I would going to bleed.Not only was the physical experience bad, she was visually irritated with me despite saying for me not to rush that it wasnt a hurry when I wasnt sure what color I wanted. She spent the rest of the time I was there snatching my hands closer to her to paint my nails and not speaking when she wanted me to do something, only taping my hands (ie: going to wash my hands and switching my hands under the UV light). I get it that having to repeat yourself all day long gets old, but I was nothing but nice to her and warranted nothing other than polite comments.To say I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience is beyond an understatement. I paid for my service because I dont believe in not paying, but my business will return to my tried and true salon.**EDITED** One week later and my gel polish has peeled off and my cuticles have never looked worse with hangnails on every single finger. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst experience with my nails i have ever had.I went in to get a regular full set, but they convinced me to get SNS cause it would last longer. My nails lasted 2 full days before one fell off. I had SNS done here, and the lady who did it was terrible. She did 5 layers and now my nails look bulkly. They all turned out different shapes and sizes, looks like it was her first nail job ever. She kept yawning and talking about her tired she was. She was so rough, I left with four bleeding nails.

Such an amazing salon do not go anywhere else in monroe, great service and great quality work!!!

Went to the nail salon on Friday, a nail came off on Tuesday and another nail came off on Friday. I was not doing any hard work were the nails should have come off. On my right had another one is lifting up! The gel polish is already chipping as well. The manager told me that she would not look at my nails and that they could not fix them. I spent $170, for me and my mother. And they are unable to fix the three nails, the full-set did not even last for a week!
