Quick, friendly, and sanitary!Ive been going here off and on for 20+ years, and keep coming back. The ladies are friendly, and the current owner always remembers my name no matter how long its been since my last visit. Todays mani/pedi and eyebrow wax were done by Snow..... shes very professional, friendly, and quick without rushing.

First and foremost, I need to preface this review by saying that I had been a regular client prior to today. I stopped by, as I usually do, to get my nails done. Right as I stepped foot in the entryway, the owner, (Im assuming), blurts out, Do you have an appointment? I replied by telling her that I was a regular customer and she told me that I needed to come back later. The place was partially full, but the other individuals were all at pedicure stations, getting their toes done. I informed her that I wanted my nails done. The owner should have responded by informing me of the wait time and letting me make the decision as to whether I wanted to wait, or come back another day. I thought that was very unprofessional, and I will not be returning. I also had never made an appointment before, and she advertises that walk-ins are welcome. When did people become so rude?

The quality of the service is great. I only come for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. The atmosphere is relaxing as well. I always try not to fall asleep.

Im a regular at Fancy Nail. It is clean and comfortable. I have been to other places where I feel rushed so they can move on to the next customer but never here. It is best to make an appointment, especially if you want to request the same person and or chair (#9) each time (thank you Lee). It is very busy, but that is due to so many ladies showing up without an appointment and Lee does her best to take care of everyone. I would highly recommend Fancy Nail.

Ladies were nice could use some more pacience seemed a little rushed but overall my nails looked great I did a SNS and it was my first time there will definitely go back they always sanitize there tools... I look for anywhere I go

First time here getting my SNS dipping nails redone she began by drilling most of my powder off before soaking them to the point that it burned and I had to take my hand which she pulled back then soaked them and drilled them again I asked and she said only soak if you have pedicure I have never had that happen that was Lee then I was moved to another chair to have them done the girl was very nice but Lee I think was telling her hurry and she was telling me its hard for her to do and cause the activator makes her eyes water and hurt well I could tell cause my nails were a mess and her eyes were so watery I felt bad even asking her to clean them up I paid left and went home filled them clean the excess off my skin and added some much needed cuticle oil which has always been done where ever else I have been I would stay clear of here for SNS atleast and the boss is very pushy seems like the girls are nice but there work situations tense and there doing things they shouldnt also none of the tools were disposable or sanitized not nail brush at sink PHOTO is barbie pink nails it wouldnt attach to review

Do ok good job but did not feel we were treated very well. Bossy and not completely personalble. speaking and laughing in their language entire time. I even asked do you speak English? I asked her name she wasnt interested in mine. meh. Not busy like other shops... I understand.

I was very displeased... The work was careless and my gel nail polish started chipping in less than a week. I was specifically told by my nail technician to return to her if they started chipping or the Polish came off. When I just returned to get my polish fixed, they attempted to charge me again even though the Polish they did in the first place would not stay on.

Ive been a customer for over 10 years I would not go anywhere else ❤❤
