I would give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve been to several nail shops before, but this was the worst. The service was rushed, it’s crowded, nasty feeling. My nails look awful after getting a gel manicure and my toes look just as bad. All around a bad place. Also, was more expensive than other places I’ve been. 0/10 experience

I really like this place because when you first walk in, I am usually seated within 60 seconds. I know that sounds really quick, but it is such a time saver. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and was out the door within 4 minutes of walking in. I paid $10 and gave the guy a tip. So simple.

Worst looking fyll set. Awful pedicure. Did not liaten after repeatedly telling him my nails were crooked and too thick. Look like the Facebook hoke nails.

First off, I have never seen a more unhygienic nail salon in my life.They don’t clean any of their tools before starting on another customer, and I was praying they didn’t make me bleed and infect me.I asked for a refill and was charged $41 for it, just a refill, nothing else.My nails came out pretty but this place is way too overpriced.The woman who did my nails was clearly upset with me as well for not tipping her, and was talking to my friends nail tech about me right in front of my face.I just assumed she included her tip in with that outrageous total. 🤷🏻‍♀️Don’t recommend and won’t be returning.

Terrible. The guy did a mediocre job, and he kept stopping to talk to his coworkers. I brought my own nail polish and he did one coat on five toes then stopped put the nail polish color I brought down and started to use his own nail polish color. ( the both are the same color, but the point is thats just rude) Nothing was wrong with the polish I brought. He didnt even ask me if it was alright he just did it. And the job he did was definitely something I could have done at home. My experience at that nail was not a positive experience. I do not feel like I got my moneys worth, and No, I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone else.

Too expensive

I am not going back. Not only did they short me on my change but the job was super sloppy. There is white paint on my finger tips and theres leftover acrylic or gel hanging off that should have been filed off. The lack of room in this salon is overwhelming. If you are claustrophobic-stay far away, my anxiety was on high. They cram every person in and rush them out trying to get every dollar. I will find another place.

I used to pay $30 at a salon downtown because it was the only place that came close to doing my eyebrows like I had them done back home.LEE (the female eyebrow waxer) is amazing! She takes the time to personally get to know you & your style. She was quick, accurate & gentle! I 100% recommended her & only her ! MAKE SURE YALL ARE TIPPING YOUR STYLIST !

The guy was rude and apparently angry. I kept saying ow! That hurts! And he didnt care at all. When he was done, my cuticles we RED because of how rough he had been. The edges of my nails are rough and so when I scratch my face I get foundations stuck in my WHITE nails. Also, I asked him to put a clear coat over them and he REFUSED. This was a day ago and my fingers and nails are still hurting. I have NEVER had someone treat me so bad or be so rough. At one point, he stopped doing my nails to GET ON HIS PHONE. I paid $40 for crappy French tips for PROM and for him to play on his phone.

Everyone was nice and professional but the lady that did my nails did not do what I asked and she could have put a bit more gel on some.

The girl that did my nails was horrible. The product was too thick, and I asked for a matte finish, and my nails came out shiny. Started to lift after a couple of days. Will not be returning here for anything.

Worst nail shop Ive ever been to in my life. Never going back..I recommend nail creations on the other end of the mall near dillards.

I don’t like the fact there’s no where to sit in waiting room and everything’s crowded. I also don’t like that they left spots on my fingers and didn’t really pay attention to me and slpit me up from my family. I do like the fact that there are lots of people working. It is slow so I had to be moved 4 times. But overall I don’t like it.

When I went I had to wait for about 30 min outside the place, then I had to wait like 20 more min for them to even do mine. They skipped me and went to other people even though I was their be for them. And I felt a little uncofortable because that were speaking mexican. No disrespect to their race. But the nails stay on for about a month.

I swear I’ve been going here forever and this has been my favorite spot but recently I’ve been having bad experiences and I’m about to stop going because they rush you to find your color and when it’s time to get your nails and toe done they rush and I got something so simple but my nails were caked up and crooked

They did a perfect job on my eyebrows. I have been going to different nail shops for them and I been paying money for them to just practice on me.

I have never gotten a mani pedi here but this is one of the two places I will allow to do my eyebrows. He always leaves them thick just like I ask.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STAFF WAS RUDE AND RUSHED. CLIPPED MY TOES DURING PEDICURE AND CAUSED ME TO BLEED. THEN RUSHED THEOUGH MY FINGERNAIL POLISH CHANGE. LEFT OLD BLUE POLISH ON CUTICLES AND TRIED TO PAINT OVER THE COLOR WITH THE IRANGE COLOR I CHOSE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I am not happy with my experience there at all. I went to get a fresh set and while getting the old nails taken off the man was rough and rude. My new set of nails are crooked and not shaped properly. On top of that I wanted a regular nail polish but the guy basically pressured me into getting gel nails which I did not want. So I basically paid them $45 for a crappy job. I do not recommend them at all !!!

Worst nails Ive ever had. Got them Saturday. Tuesday one broke straight in half and now Im out of town and cant get it fixed. Wont ever be back. Sloppy and just overall terrible job

I had a fill-in and cut down done. They used dog nail clippers to cut my nails down and cracked the acrylic. They didnt fix them. I wont go back.

They literally have no waiting area or space to just sit and wait. Everything is literally crammed up together and it makes you very uncomfortable.

They totally messed up my nails my nail is already separated from the fake nail! My finger grew a speck while there!! The white tips dont fit on 8 out of 10 fingers!! The guy who did it was rude!! Half of my finger nails look smaller than the nail on the other hand!
