This was my first visit to a nail salon in a year. This place was super clean and practice CDC Covid-19 guidelines. The service was wonderful, staff was kind, and I plan to come back again!

HORRIBLE!!! I went to get a full set and a deluxe pedicure. I sat down and a woman immediately snatch my hand and said what color and do you want pink powder? If that wasnt bad enough that she was rushing and kept snatching my hand every single nail was uneven and one nail came off as she was filing it. I then asked for a towel for my lap since everything was getting on my clothes the woman doing my pedicure got up to get one and tossed it on my lap. the woman doing my pedicure did not ask what type I wanted or anything she just started to do a pedicure. I asked the lady that was doing my nails to fix them one in particular was pointing to the right rather than straight like the rest she told me she would put more acrylic on it which she did and it made it very bulky so I asked her to file it down and she filed another finger instead and then that one was off. I then asked if there was another person that could at least shape the nails for me because I did not think that she was understanding. Another lady came over there and attempted to fix the nails however I like my nails Square she gave me ovals although I told her I wanted them Square as soon as she sat down I then pointed out that they are not swear she tried to fix them but she still had them too big I told her they were too big and then she said that she would make them small and two coffin nails. I pointed out the flaws and the nails that she did and she agreed and said oh I see whats wrong and attempted to fix them at this point I gave up I just told her leave them like they are because I did not want her to file too much off. So she finally finished and they were not up to par at all she asked if I liked the nails I said not at all. The lady doing my pedicure was still working she went to put the polish on my toes but did not give me the hot towels wrapped around my feet. She ended up getting the towels before she painted my toes and did not wrap them around my feet but at least she got them. I went to pay if she told me $90 just for a full set and pedicure I advised that is way too much money for those services and ask to speak to a manager she said no manager is available. I told her that they inconvenience me and they can clearly see that my nails were not the same size and it was not a good set she Shrugged her shoulders and looked at me with a Blank Stare. I then told her she needed to take something off to compensate me because I am taking the nails off as soon as I get back from my vacation because they are so horrible. I will never go back to this nail salon I am finding that in Monroe it is hit or miss when you get your nails done. Sincerely disappointed

Waited 45 minutes for a 10 minute pedicure. The quality work for SNS was horrible. I had to tell the nail tech that she missed putting powder on the sides of my nails. My first time going to this salon. Poor quality service!! Never again.

We love this place! Everything always looks great when theyre done. They actually listen to what you say and do their best to give you what you want.

Don’t waste your money unless you want something so basic no one can mess it up. Don’t ask for a different shape or any color that stands out. It will look like a 3 year old did it.

Diva Nail staff was very friendly! Jim did my pedicure and he did a good job. I was impressed when I entered the Spa because there was no chemical smell. The foot bowls were clean and individual bags inserted into the bowl before a new client was seated. I definitely will return! Great experience!

It wont let me leave less than 1 star. I just got a fill in yesterday. Im rough on nails so I always get them thick the lady that did mine filled down my thick nails to almost nothing then added a very thin layer I kept telling her the whole time I was going to break them. Sure enough not even 24 hours and I have already broke one. And I cant get it fixed because they are closed for Easter

So I just recently moved here and was looking for a salon . i get hel nails so that they stick around because Im hard on nails. Not even a week later my nails start popping off. Terrible!! Never again.

Get in, get out. Thats the experience I received. The nail tech did not take her time to do my nails. She rushed the painting process and did not wait for each coat to partially dry. This resulted in my nails looking bulky. I would not recommend going there because I came with a few designs as well. One being a French tip at the cuticle instead of the tip, and the nail tech told me that it was too complex and that she couldnt do it; however, it seems more like she was rushing me out to get to another customer.

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed ($8), a pedicure ($25), and a fill in. I was charged $36 for my fill-in. I had 2 broken nails so that was $6. I was charged $30 for a fill-in!I asked why I was charged this much when their price list says a gel fill-in is $20. The lady who did my nails could not tell could not explain why she charged me $69. She walked away and had someone else try to explain.First, they said that was an old price list. I asked why they still have it up if they longer honor these prices.Next, they show me a price on the same list that says a fill-in is $15 and gel polish is an additional $15.Then, I was told I was charged $1 per nail because my nails are “long,” even though they aren’t long.I was charged the price of a full set for a fill-in. They never acknowledged the fact that I was overcharged or apologize for their mistake. Instead, they just kept trying to find ways to excuse the fact that they overcharged me. I have been to this salon on numerous occasions for the same services and I have never been charged this much.

Worse salon I ever took my wife to. She asked for the deluxe pedicure & was done in 18 minutes.. polished and all.. 1 coat only.. did not leave a tip..she was too worried about the customer that was waiting on her that she clearly overbooked... terribly rude.. never again..this was just yesterday...😡

The guy that did my daughters nails told her she couldn’t have the shape she wanted (almond) cause it was too hard to “deal with!” If I would of known I would of said something then and there but my daughter is soft spoken and doesn’t like to discuss things infront of other people. I paid for a service and didn’t even get what we wanted! The lady that did mine was pretty good but as she was cutting my nails she cut my thumb! I will never give them my business again! We both got full sets.

Love this nail place. They are the only ones that can get my nails perfect my pedicures done good and eyebrows are always looking good!!!! Thank yall so much

I have been here several times and I enjoy this place. Its not as bubbly as some nail salons, but they dont have a long wait, theyre cheaper than most and they do a good job.They are really good about asking me to look over the work before they move to the next step and ensuring I like what I see.I refer all my friends here because they are cheaper than most and they do a great job.

I liked this salon and felt it was clean until my last pedi. The technician cut her self, and was bleeding a lot- she tried to wipe the blood with a while hand towel, and didnt want to stop, and was quite shocked when I told her ABSOLUTELY not. She walked away and came back with a latex glove over her finger and grabbed for my foot, meanwhile her glove was filling with blood. I stood up and wouldnt let her touch me, and asked for someone else, at a new chair. The new tech who I know finished up color only and the male owner checked me out. When I was paying he laughed at me and said, Oh, youre not scared of a little blood are you?I was TOTALLY shocked and I told him YES, and that blood carries many diseases and what she did was very unprofessional, and dangerous. He looked at me with a very shocked face, like he had no idea blood could be dangerous. Will not be back.

Took my mom here this past Friday and was very disappointed. I rarely give reviews, especially bad ones, however, just want to warn others to not waste your time or money going to this salon. I basically paid $20 to get my toenail polish removed, and even had to point out 3 toes that still had polish when the tech told me she was finished. I asked for clear polish, which was just barely dabbed on. The tech was rough and quick with everything! Toenails not shaped whatsoever, she just brushed the board once across the end of my toes....I could keep going, but why waste any more time? But one last thing, the staff was not friendly AT ALL!

I always have a great experience here. I drive from Madison because of Kim who is amazing!! Shes always coming up with great new designs. If you go ask for her.

The lady who did my nails today had gel all over my skin, nails were not shaped nice, I was cut on my skin 5 times.. I asked her to simply fix them & she refused.. I went to another salon for them to fix my nails cause she told me to leave.. & they said both of my thumbs did not have acrylic to my cuticle looked like I needed a fill in already. Horrible experience!!

I have given this place more than one chance and both times walked out disappointed and furious. First time was a few years back and they totally messed up my manicure. The paint was a wreck, looked like a 5 year old did them. When I asked to get them fixed they said it was my nails, not them. I went back this week to give them another chance and I will not be coming back. I went in for a pedicure and ended up walking out with blood on my foot. The guy cut my foot with his scrubber. When I asked him about it he told me it wasnt him, it was already there. (I would know if I cut my foot before walking in there considering they wont serve me if you have a cut on your feet or hands) He denied it all and pretty much gave up on the rest of the job. So I will not be returning to this business. I suggest that if you do go to this place that you watch everything they do.

Tech was rough and in a huge hurry. She cut me in 3 places and took less time to do my deluxe pedicure than my daughters less expensive pedicure. Nail polish was awfully old. My daughters nails never hardened. We wont return

So...bless their hearts, they try so hard! Thus is the second time Ive had SNS done here. Super gentle application, which is a huge deal if youve been to a place that grinds a hole in your nail. My nails looked okay - not great - but I already had two cracked and one completely off at the end of two weeks.

If I could leave a review without stars I would. My entire expereince here was very disapointing. I was constantly urged to upgrade to Gel polish when I continued to decline the $35 upgrade the entire attitude of the nail tech changed. She poorly shaped my nails, left them rigid, didnt buff them, oil them or ask me to wash my hands after an acrylic set. I received a pedicure and a full set that after 3 days looks like a month later. I will not return I ended going to another that day to fix the issues the best I could. Very disappointed!

Ive been to nail salons all over my surrounding counties and even in other states looking for my nail tech to count on and trust. Kim is my new girl! She cleaned up a hack job of a manicure I got elsewhere and they are the most perfect set of nails Ive received in my life. Im in the beauty industry and know what good service and quality work looks like. Im a loyal customer! Ask for Kim!

My husband has Parkinsons, I take him to Divas and get his nails done. They are so kind and do a great job. He really enjoys going there, so if you have a family member who needs to be pampered sometime, take them to Diva. All of people there are really nice and do a great job.

I dont care what nobody say about diva nail yes you are going to have to wait because they all professional there an everyone does amazing jobs so dont listen to negative words about this nail salon you will love what they do an they really sanitize everything I love diva nail salon ❤❤❤❤

Awful salon. Went in yesterday for a basic $10 manicure. The lady who served me was being torn between myself and an ongoing pedicure. Hello. Not enough staff . I asked to upgrade so I could receive the wax and massage. Another $10 that was SO not worth it . The polish she used on my nails was so old that it never set . I called the salon and asked for them to redo the polish as it was STILL evident it had not hardened. They apologized and obliged so I went back today only to be treated like I was the one in the wrong and witnessed her actually putting solution in the polish prior to painting my nails. Every bottle in the salon is so old .This time I stayed under the lamps and fan for at least 40 minutes and yet again my nails are STILL wet. Very unsatisfied customer and will never go back.

A stylist stated that my nail were completely dry I got in my car and the whole nail was chipped off!!!!! The stylist also did a ladies nails next to us and she had a amazing huge big design a I ask for a way smaller one and she decided to tell me absolutely NOT!!!!!!I must get what she wanted and she was saying very rude things about me and my nails.

Well one star because my nail tech was a little friendly and did an OK SNS set. Had a pedicure (different tech) and if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the WORST pedicure I have ever had. She did scrub dead skin and cut my cuticles but ABSOLUTELY NO massage and I mean NOTHING other than rub lotion on my legs for literally 4 seconds and none at all on feet. No joke! When started to paint my toes I asked if she was done and she said yes. Then she started to tell me I had alot of dead skin and she got it off for me. I mentioned the massage and I was told that she did do by lady doing my nails. I left it alone because she wasnt finished with my hands yet but I have to say I am very disappointed because after a long day at work I was looking forward to a pedicure which I thought included some massage especially for th 80$ paid for both. Needless to say will not be returning and should have read reviews first.

Ive been going here for a while but my last visit was an eye opener! The older short lady had the nerve to talk about another customer to me and laugh because she was missing a tooth and I told her that that wasnt nice nor funny to me but she repeated it again as if she didnt hear me. I can only imagine what they are saying about customers when they are speaking their language to each other! Two of the grandkids or someone kids in their family came in and the lady stopped working on my feet to dance with the kids until I said something! All I saw that day was rudeness and unprofessional!

My first time here. Very dissapointed. The nail tech I had was super rough with taking off my gel nail polish. Super rough with the cuticle pusher tool and the file. My nails are stinging from her filing off the polish. I am also bleeding on several of my nails. I kept jerking my hands away several times from cuts on cuticles. She also pulled tools from a bag (certainly not sanitized) Im praying I dont get an infection from the cuts and dirty tools. The worst part is that I asked for a manicure with no polish and wanted my gel nail polish taken off. I was charged $15 for polish take off, cuticle trimming and some cuticle oil. No massage, no lotion, no nail protection, no buffing of the nails for shine, no nail shaping.The max I was expecting for what I got would be $10 especially with how many times she cut me. Each finger is sore and raw from the file and the cuticle tool.

Unsanitary!!!!! There was nail dust everywhere, a motor cycle parked in the nail salon itself, boxes stacked everywhere and I did not see anyone including my nail tech use new or freshly sanitized tools. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I felt very rushed and like I was an inconvenience. I asked for square medium length nails, I left with very short round nails of all different lengths. I will never come back. I had to pay someone $25 for them to mess up my nails, my young sister could have done a better job.

This place does such a good job with white tips.

One of the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail shop. Very bad customer service, I only asked for my nail to be repaired, and the lady came up to me angry as if I was bothering her by even being in her presence. It really saddens my heart and soul to see this world rip itself apart for no reason no reason at all. I pray for her to have a change of heart for she is battling something deeper than the eye can see.

The absolute WORST pedicure I have received in a long time. The nail technician was very rough. My toe nails look worse than if I had done them myself at home. This was not a relaxing experience!!
