The owners are very sweet and the puppy is so sweet. The nails were done gently and done right looked good. Very satisfying

Never had a bad experience with them untill today .. i went to get a refill on yesterday .. and today one of my nails cracked.. i went in expecting to pay to get it fixed didn’t have a problem with that but they had an attitude with me all because i said i needed my nail fixed i was next in line and another lady walked in they spoke to her and everything and was about to start working on her before me.. if i wouldn’t have said anything they would have skipped me when all i wanted was one nail fixed .. then after they fixed the nail they said it was 5 but the sign they have said 3 for nail repair the man had a problem with me saying what the sign said and told me to not come back ... you don’t have to worry i want be back because y’all pick and choose who you want to give service to and y’all take all day just to finish one person. All i need was one nail repaired i don’t see why that was such a problem!!!

Best ppl and colors ever

I walked in and was immediately insulted by an extremely rude guy. (Yes, some of us can understand your native language) I turned around and walked right out. I wouldnt dare step foot back in this place...EVER.

Always have an attitude, especially the lady. Every time I go it’s always something. They have skipped over me, I had an appointment scheduled and wasn’t served until almost 2 hours after, they charged me double “accidentally”, and now yesterday the lady literally told my sister, “You can leave; We don’t do long nails”, which were her real nails by the way. Pitiful. You can tell they pick and choose whose nails they feel like doing. My best advice is to go to Kate’s Signature Nails, which is a much better environment.

Attempted to visit today for the first time today. The older gentleman immediately got an attitude when I asked my daughter to sign my name. He then stated i looked confused and continued to address me in a condescending manner while i was signing in. Never did i respond verbally but i did respond physically by politely exiting the establishment. Wish i wouldve gotten his name. Never again!! Rude! Rude! Rude! Rude! Rude!

I’ve been to Dream Nail’s three times and every time I have been happy except recently. The first two times I went I got a full set, oval with regular nail polish and was charged $25. I would then tip and leave. The third trip I got the same and was suddenly charged $30. Needless to say I didn’t ask about the sudden change, and I probably won’t be back. It saddens me because I’ve loved Steve’s work every time, but a sudden price change that was not stated before doing my nails was no good. Five dollars more for the same shape I’d been getting? Nice try.

I went to this spa on 6/11/18. The atmosphere is really nice and clean. The receptionist was wonderful and very accommodating. Peter performed all services for me. He is not a clean tech. He barely scrubbed my feet then he started letting the water out for the massage. I told him to hold off but he let the water out anyway and used oil instead to scrub my feet then basically massaged the dead skin from my feet onto my legs. My toe polish chipped after 2 days because he layers the Polish on very thick to hide imperfections from nail dust or hair instead of removing the debri. He also did my manicure gel set and it was the most unprofessional appearing gel polish I ever got. Again he put like 4 layers of color because after he filed my nails he didnt tell me to wash my hands or dust the nail dust from the area. He complained that I was messing the nails up but I only moved my hands the way he was holding them. I asked him to clean the station but Im not sure if he speaks English well. I returned later that day to have someone else fix it. My gel polish chipped after 2 days as well. My sister got their nails did my other techs and they did a great job.

My mother and I went to dream nails a few weeks back. The lady that did our eyebrows was the funniest but coolest lady ever I will be returning

The BEST SERVICE EVERRRRR!!! I am very pleased. They offer snacks, which is my favorite, wine, or something else to drink. Absolutely loved the service

They are always busy and do not have enough techs. One visit I waited for 3 hours before I was served. Like most places they charge extra for long nails and when a a lady I know went to get hers done they told her they do not do shah nay nay nails. Theyre reply was prejudice and rude will never go here again. Signature Nails is way better and they do not cut corners like Dream Nails.

First nail shop I ever been to where they complained about doing long nails .They really made a big deal about it and basically told me I’ll have to go somewhere else next time if I wanted long nails again. I was a first time customer and only went because they were a block away from me . My first & last visit. Plus they were slow, I ended up leaving when the shop closed & I went in around 4pm

They had me at complementary mimosa😉...but the do an amazing job
