The customer service is terrible, I would not recommend shopping here for jewelry especially rings or expensive jewelry. The engagement ring that my fiancรฉ picked out for me was ruined when it came back from getting resized. When we called to ask what they could do about fixing it, the manager automatically jumped to trying to say they didnt do anything wrong. I will never shop for jewelry here again. I dont recommend anyone else shopping there either.

The store @ Pecan Land Mall in Monroe, LA sucks. The employees are lazy and the manager is not friendly at all. They are so unprofessional and need lots of customer service training!!!!!!!!!!Would not use this store if there was one closer to me!!!!!!!!!! I had to at least give 1 star for the system to take my review, but I would not even give them 1/2 of a star!!!!!!!! This store and the employees are awful!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe yall should try to get some employees that want to work and dont just want a pay check !!!!!!

Wish I could give less than 1 star! Called about business hours, was never told i needed an appointment, came back because they were closed for lunch at 4:45 in the evening that day. Today i made the trip again to be told they couldnt help me although they were sitting there doing nothing because I didnt have an appointment that they never told me I needed! So sunday I am expected to make the 1 hour drive for the THIRD time in a week for a simple 5 minute inspection! & their extremely rude tone was just an added bonus. I guess they have made the sale already and have no need for customer service now

I wouldnโ€™t give Kay Jewelers any stars. They have ruined my credit because an employee messed up my return. The jewelry was returned. I was refunded my original payment. They didnโ€™t input the correct amount to zero out the account thus showing I owed three dollars. They materialized 213 out of that 3 dollars from the original incorrect transaction. They fixed it in their system, but not with the creditor. The creditor placed my materialized debt into corrections. When you speak with the store they ask you to call the credit company. When you speak with the credit company they advise you that the store made the error and they must fix it in person. I have documented proof I owe Kay Jewelers 0.00 printed and approved by a manager from this store.They are unable to solve issues they cause, and the creditors they work with do NOT care. Unless you are speaking with a manager the employees have little to no knowledge of how to work the register or navigate your credit information. I should have known something wasnโ€™t right when my cashier didnโ€™t know how to return the item and had to try three times before calling over a manager.0/100.Do not get a credit card because they will create debt even if you donโ€™t have it.And lastly, I returned the earrings because they were fake. The metal included nickel which I am highly allergic to, after being reassured that it does not contain it. I was already a very unhappy customer when returning the jewelry due to the allergic reaction it caused. Now, I will never purchase another item from Kay โ€œJewelersโ€.

I cannot say enough good things about this Kay Jewelers store. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to educate clients so they can make an informed decision when choosing jewelry. They are warm and welcoming, store manager, Kayla, in particular. Theyโ€™re thorough in their explanations of what needs to be done and they process of what will happen when repairs or maintenance need to be done. I feel taken care of each time I leave. Do yourselves a favor and let Kayla and her staff take care of your jewelry needs.

I have requested a confirmation email twice in 3 days. I need it for proof that my jewelry was inspected and clean. I really prefer the old way, when they handed me each item marked for that visit. But I will accept the change, IF I can just receive proof within a day of my visit. I have used Kay for 12 years. And I get several emails a month from them. Today, I was told to check my spam. Really!?!

My fiancรฉ and I just went to Kays this past Saturday and found the perfect wedding band. The lady who helped us went out of her way to make sure we found the right band. She seemed very happy and seemed to really enjoy her job, she was even humming while helping us. It was nice to be helped by someone who actually enjoyed her job and wanted to sincerely help her customers. She made our visit amazing, and we found the perfect wedding band.

My first experience with Kay was when I was a little younger where they would give me the stink eye and walk right past me despite not being busy and telling me they were busy when they obviously werent. I was the only person there. I may have looked too young to have any money (I wasnt) but it was very demeaning. Since then theyve been hit or miss, but such an experience makes you never want to shop somewhere again.

Not happy with my visit.The manger had a bad attitude hitting the keys on the keyboard very hard and yelling downgrading comments to one of the employees. The services I received from the employee was great till the manager disrespectfully interrupted her employee and insisted quote she go away so she could finish me up because she needed to handle some things with her as she yelled it to her employee.thinking I will take my jewlery buisness else where till change happens! Thanks!!
