I gave them my jewelry two weeks ago four rings two needed to be repaired along with one necklace I also had another necklace and the other two rings just needed to be cleaned and polished they told me it would take two weeks to do and they still haven’t touched it !! Very disappointed in this Business even called Monday to check on it and they said it would be done by the end of the week

Tuckers Jewelers is the best jeweler in the world. I took my ring to get it polished, and the customer service was great. They are the best jewelers I have ever gone to.

I went there to get my ring fixed and it only took 30 minutes and they did a wonderful job and they were very kind.

I once saw a lady tucker some jewelry in her purse, so I tucker to the police station.

Took (2) rings to be enlarged by one size. I was told it would take 7-10 days. It took 3 weeks to get the job done and this was after I called for the 3rd time and said I am going to pick-up my rings and suddenly they were gonna be ready the next day. It cost $70 which I thought was a bit steep.

I went there to get my ring sized down and it only took 1.5 hours. Great service!

Took a ring to have the prongs repaired I was told to come back in a week when I went back first they couldn’t find the ring and stated they found it sitting in the back and didn’t know who it belonged to and repairs hadn’t been started come back in a week again. Went back in a week and was told repairs hadn’t been started come back in a week again. Went back the third time and the owner went in the back for the ring and my husband and I waited 30 minutes prior to him coming back with the ring he said he repaired it and then charged me $100 for repairs I paid with check and left and when I got in the car the ring “caught” my sweater the very reason I took it in to begin with needless to say I cancelled the check. When the name Tucker’s jeweler comes up I let people know the service I receive. The son was very rude also! I took the ring to Fink and they repaired it well and also stated the repairs done previously the prongs were dotted with metal. Never again will I use Tucker!! So be aware
