We highly recommend Saslows jewelry. The team is very knowledgeable about diamonds and spent much time with us to find just the right ring and to size it properly. We appreciated their kindness and cheerfulness from start to finish. We will definitely go back to Saslows for any future jewelry and highly recommend them.

This place is nice and well over priced. The staff was pleasant and nice but cant compensate for the fact retail jewelry stores charge so much. I would suggest coming here to get an idea of what your significant other might want and go only and shop somewhere like Zales which have better sales and such. From someone who is newly engaged, trust me, you dont need to spend several thousand at a retailer to find the right one. Shop around.

Our experience at the Monroe location has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences. In conjunction I want to add it was during one of the most important events to happen in a life time..The purchase of my engagement ring, with my fiance. I decided on this store initially for 2 reasons. 1 being that it is a small local business and I am a firm believer in supporting small businesses and keeping money in the community. Secondly they had a ring I fell in love with. So at my request against his better judgement my fiance agrees to purchase from Saslows.The manager Shante is very unprofessional, rude and has made this experience less than ideal. Before the ring was paid off I went there to attempt to look at my ring and take pictures to share with family members etc. She said in a Rude manner I am not allowed to see my ring or even question about it due to fact I am not paying for it my fiance is. On top of that she is unorganized and doesnt update their system ans didnt show record of last two payments where we the customers,had to provide our receipts. As a manager, customer relations, professionalism, and accountability is a must. I will say the actual salesperson who sold us the ring was pleasant and fun to work with (Rhonda). There after it has been less than pleasant dealing with the Manager Shante. Consumers beware, if u plan to spend several thousands of dollars do not support this Saslows store at the Monroe, NC location.

A wonderful place to go, the store could use a remodel but the fantastic employees make up for the outdated design. The staff is always kind and willing to help, the moment you walk in you can sense the comradery among the employees.
