I have been taking my cars here for 4 years now and George and the crew never let me down. They are very nice people and go the extra mile to take care of you. I have brought my car to other mechanics for a quote and had George look at the same issue. The other guys were charging me for things i didnt need. I highly recommend these guys; they wont take advantage of you.

I will only go here for my automotive needs. George is always good and friendly plus he is a straight shooter when it comes to my vehicles I bring in. I always tell people I know to go there. My daughter actually saw courtesy automotive this very morning and I asked her how she liked it and she said she found her new automotive care specialists. I love these guys!

IGot major work done here and also small electric problems with door and lights not shutting off they took care of all of it plus went over my vehicle and explained to me a couple other items that were going on no charge made sure I was happy

I rarely write reviews, but the folks at Courtesy Automotive were worth taking a moment to comment. I called them based on a quick Google Maps search which showed them as a highly rated auto shop in nearby Monroe. They were glad to accommodate a same day tire mount and balance/alignment on my truck. The work was completed quickly, done right and at a fair price. Will be going back and will also highly recommend to friends! Thanks guys!

I truly appreciate these guys. Brought in a ford focus that has been difficult to get the right parts for (weve had this problem independently- has to do with the year it was made) and theyve really stuck with it to get it right. Not fixed yet but they are dedicating time in a super cramped schedule to complete it. I have faith that it will get actually get fixed.

George and his team are reasonable and honest. They always review my options and are willing to help weigh the cost/benefits of fixing my old cars. I also do quite a bit of my own work but take it to them for diagnosis when it isnt obvious and its the best price Ive found in any area

George and the rest of the staff are like family. They helped us put over 250,000 miles each on a 79 Chevy Cheyenne 3/4 ton pickup and an 86 Olds Delta 88. Their prices were always reasonable, and they helped us to prioritize repairs. Weve lived in Victoria, BC for 9 years and have yet to find a shop we trust like Courtesy Automotive & Tire. The last time we traveled to the Seattle area, we stopped by the shop just to visit.

Excellent service as usual, and several hundred dollars below other mechanics in the Monroe / Snohomish area. I used to go to several other mechanics in Monroe, and after feeling like I was getting ripped off constantly as well as being tired of pushy sales managers trying to sell me overpriced parts, I decided to try these folks out based on a recommendation from a friend. Ive been their customer now for a few years.Honest, courteous, quick, and economical. They will not try to sell you needless repairs or parts, but they will give you an honest evaluation of your situation and tell you what your options are. Im sticking with these folks. They are located behind Key Bank off of Main Street.
