Did a great job repairing the headliner in my Accord. However, they are usually extremely busy—which may mean they do great work, but for me it also meant leaving my car with them for a week even though no one touched it for the first 2-3 days... 😑

Well I spent $341.00 to get my sunroof fixed from a leak on my Arcadia. I called them I had to take it back Rayan say they cleaned out the drains in the sunroof good. But sunroof still leaking. I was told over the phone the 2nd time we cleaned the drains good and its flowing good but my leaking problem wasnt fixed $341.00 to some that may not be nothing but for me it is and my problem wasnt fixed. Im so disappointed cause my mechanic recommended me to them and said they where the best. So I guess the best couldnt fix my sunroof leak I guess the sunroof is unfixable then. But Rayan is a nice person.

Had an 06 Nissan 350Z convertible. The top was rotten and this was the only place around that would replace it. They did an awesome job! Highly recommend! As a matter of fact we recommended them to a friend and he took his truck in to have the seats fixed. I recommend to anyone needing auto upholstery work done. Professional and courteous!

Had leather seats put in my rav4. Get home to install my car seat and find they covered the tether hooks on the back of the seats. I take it back for them to uncover them and all they did to fix it is cut holes in the back of the seat around each tether hook. All of the holes are different sizes and look very unprofessional. They refuse to fix it properly and were very rude when I mentioned how it looked. I do not recommend this place at all.

Last year I had theses guys Install leather on my Fiances 2019 Ford truck for her birthday .We had to take the truck back( the color was off), The seat did go back and forth, he fixed the next day But the Seat heater did not not work . I had to take the truck to the ford Place they said someone damaged the seat heater when they changed the cover. it cost $432.11 to fix it .

Did a good job with my leather upholstery. High quality leather and holding up well. Did some minor cosmetic damage to my plastic cup holder inside armrest in backseat. Had to bring back and have them redo that piece after the leather was separating from cupholder. Other than that, great job. Great customer service.

Was promised that my install would be complete around lunch if I brought my car at 8am. Go to pick my car up around 1:30 and was informed that it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow.. Not a Happy camper😠😠
