After a water line broke and realizing a few extra dollars were needed I got the necessary documents in order to get a loan. When I arrived, it only took about 15 minutes total to complete the process and was on my way. Money tree helped me out when I needed it and provided excellent service when I was there. If you ever need a short term loan, Id highly recommend using MoneyTree.

Im absolutely disgusted by the treatment Ive received from this place in the last few months! Ever since theyve changed up their staff, the new tellers and new rules have made this a grudgingly grueling process! I used to love coming here and now I despise it. Today was the worst out of every experience Ive recieved. The woman with long red hair would blink her eyes in irritation as I tried to discuss the situation. Any hint of good service that Ive experienced before was washed away with this womans clear irritation of my questions and concerns. She did not complete my transaction by giving me my change and then shorted me when I had to reverse my transaction, which Ive NEVER had to do. I tried to explain that she never gave my initial change back to me from the original transaction and that, though she was giving me the amount of the loan back, the left over amount was not handed back to me. The fact that I had to break it down in a step by step process is unbelievable. I would never request someone be fired, as we all have bad days now and again, but she needs serious training on how to deal with a customer in a polite and understanding manner. Once Im done with this loan, I will never do business or refer this place to anyone ever again!!

Please do yourself a favor and do not borrow money from this place. The tellers make mistakes that cost you money, time and patience. The automatic payments never go through when they say they will, sometimes it even takes 5 days for a payment to go through, it honestly seems like when you give them access to your checking account they just take money whenever they feel like it. For example i authorized a payment to go through on 12-26-2018 and they decided to take it out on 12-18-2018 and take all of my grocery money for my family. So if you need to get cash dont go to Moneytree, honestly you may be better off standing on a street corner holding a sign, at least then you may get to interact with some nice people and enjoy the weather. I will never be going back to Moneytree.

Absolutely the worst experience! Please beware. Not only was the guy helping me have no idea what was going on or even how to input my information into the computer. But than after sitting there for 30 mins for them to figure how to input the application I was told that all my information and my bank they can’t accept. When I asked why they could not give me a reason as to why. Very very disappointing for sure and kinda comical to be honest. Carrisa at this location was rude and was unwilling to help. The lack of customer service at this location is a joke. There is plenty other loan places in the area. My advice would be to look elsewhere cause this is not the place!

This branch used to be one of the best in the metro area, well then they got a new manager who just badgers her customers to the point where Im taking my business to ace cash Express. Thx for ruining money tree Jessica

Kylee and her co worker on Friday at around 5pm on 5/9 I can not rember her name but they both went above and beyond in helping me to get a loan. They helped me log in and get the info I neesed form my bank and took the time to make sure I got the Money I needed that day and.they were so sweet and never once did I feel like a hasel or that I was a pain and belive me I have been to some places on a Friday afternoon about closing time and they make you feel like you just ruined there day. So thank you ladys for the amazing service and I will always go to that location from here on out! Just wish I could remember her name...

Its no wonder Jessica is the branch manager at Money Tree. Her prompt, courteous and professional service was superb and I recommend any one who needs their services to go see her and her staff in Thornton.

The manager was no good couldnt explain why they couldnt help me. All they said is no sorry I asked why so and they just give attitude and say no. So after waiting 20minutes they couldnt tell me why. I went to the another money tree and they cashed my check with no PROBLEM!!! They were just plain rude and were being lazy
