I was set up through my home warranty with Tyson Services. The warranty office told me they couldn’t come for two days, but when I called Tyson directly they got me in the same day, and even showed up early. They also ensured that my warranty covered their service. Great service, super timely, amazingly helpful!

Over a 10 years ago, we had moved into a house and the heating went out late in the evening on a very cold night. Mr. Tyson himself came to help...on his way out of town to begin a vacation. We knew because his wife came with him! Since that day, we have been loyal customers. Over the years, his service technicians have provided maintenance, repairs, and replaced entire units for us in two separate houses. Every single time they have been professional, provided top-quality work, and always respected us by selling what is required without being pushy with unnecessary spending. I ALWAYS go to Tyson for our heating & air! I highly recommended them to friends & family in our area.

This was my first time using Tyson’s Services. My technician Thomas was prompt, very professional and explained every option for repair. My experience from the initial online request to repair was excellent, immediate response to request and quick service appointment. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Tyson Service did an amazing install of my AC/heat pump system. The team of installers was prompt, friendly and trustworthy. They kept me informed of everything that was happening and walked me through any questions I had. The back office took care of all of the communication with the warranty company (except the initial service claim) and kept me informed of everything. Once approved, they moved quickly to get the system installed for us. They also did a thorough inspection of the system to ensure it was working correctly and cleaned up after themselves. When my A/C went out this past Spring, Megan leapt into action to get the service techs out here, price out options, and get it scheduled and installed promptly.  It wasn’t until half way through the process that I realized she was doing this all from her hospital bed after just delivering a baby.  Who does that?  That is pure commitment to delivering excellent customer service. They are honest, reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy and have used them for years because of it.

We recently used Tyson Services for heating maintenance. They replaced the furnace on one of our units. The service was completed in an extremely prompt manner. The technicians were very professional and respected our property. Because of the service we are repeat customers!

With a reasonably priced maintenance agreement, clients get pre-season tuneup to prepare for changeover from heat to AC or AC to heat. These have been routine for years. This time, a nearly clogged drainage line was spotted, then cleared by the tenacious tech. Had he NOT spotted, summer AC flooding would have caused very expensive damage!

Nick was great. He was very professional and explained everything to us. We will definitely use Tyson Services again.

If I could post -10 for stars I most certainly would do so! Do not ever use these lying cheating thieving shiesters! Their dispatcher in the office is beyond rude and very unprofessional. I had to hear about her personal family issues while trying to get air repaired . Process lasted the entire summer with more than 8 visits to my home and I only used them because they were contracted with 2-10 home buyers warranty. Issue was never resolved! Ended up paying out of pocket and calling Morris Jenkins to resolve the problem and might I add they were very timely and professional! Do not ever use Tyson Heating and Air, I repeat “ NEVER”

I was highly impressed with the companys responsiveness and follow-up after the appointment. The gentleman who came to the house was very thorough and took his time explaining what he found. Got an incredible deal on a complete replacement of heating/AC unit and outside AC condensing unit and evaporator coil. All work was done in a professional manner by a three man team that kept me informed of all problems and decisions. Also got great support by Tyson Services office staff who insured I got the best units for my needs at the best prices. I would recommend Tyson Services for installation as well as servicing and repairs. I have been a customer for 6 years and have seen no one with better service policies and professionalism.

Tyson was assigned my claim from Home Warranty of America. Megan has for the last month been working daily to get my claim pushed through and taken care of. She has been doing what I consider way above and beyond what she needs to be in order to help get this processed. Obviously Home Warranty companies never want to pay but Megan has provided all documents and followed up to make this happen. Just waiting on parts and install for the HVAC system. If the technicians are as thorough Megan I wont have any complaints.

I highly recommend Tyson Services. I have a contract with a home warranty company that assigned Tyson as the contractor for a claim I made back in February 2020. The original consultation on 2/12 with a Tyson technician was a good experience, but my recommendation to work with Tyson Services is really based on what happened after the consultation. My warranty company took a month to approve the tech’s recommendation, and during that time, I was given no legit answers on the status of my claim. I finally called Tyson Services to see if they had heard anything and learned that the Service Manager, Megan had been calling them, as well. Megan agreed to keep me looped in on any communication she had with the warranty company. From 3/3 to 5/19, when the part finally arrived at their office, Megan emailed or called to let me know what was going on. She continued to reach out to the warranty company’s authorization dept. for over two months to get answers on the purchase order and delivery ETA because she knew they wouldn’t talk to customers, only contractors. I have never experienced such consistent customer service and I can’t thank her enough.

We had another company come out and check our AC and I have made a mistake calling them. Not only they have charged me so much but they also re-wired my entire system and turned my emergency heat on. I have called Tyson Services and explained what was going on and they came out the same day. They have told me what was wrong and fixed our unit. Very reasonably priced and very reliable. Highly recommend them.

Tyson replaced a Heat Pump and Air Handler system that was covered by my home warranty. They communicated every step of the way and performed fantastic work. They are the best vendor that has come to my house for A/C service.

They were recommended by our real estate agents ( Team Sasser-Fitz at Allen Tate) to inspect & service the units at our new home. Tyson services cares about their customers. Our air went out after regular business hours. Dale checked it out but couldnt fix it at the time. He brought us loaner air conditioners to get us thru until he could get it fixed. No one else would have done that for us. We appreciate everything that Tyson services has done for us! Great response and knowledgeable technicians!

Charging 250.00 dollars PER pound of FREON (R22). Wholesaler Ability refrigerant selling 5lb for 179.00. That is a 700% mark-up. Not sure how this is even allowed. Its HVAC not NASA.

Horrible experience we were told unit needed freon. Charged 240 a pound. The unit froze up. Actually put to much in it. Another company fixed it by taking the freon out and replacing tsv valve. 600 dollars down the drain and Tyson did not care one bit about the issue.
