They had the biggest hearts I have ever seen personally and professional. I felt throughout my experiences with them that they genuinely cared about customers and wanted the best for them, were not after money or transaction.They went above and beyond to serve us, were very detail oriented, professional, responsive, kind and competent. Impressively, while most companies had supply shortage this summer, they installed a quality AC and a quality furnace for me under 2 days from our first meeting, at a reasonable price. They made sure to protect and clean my home spaces where the work performed.

This company was so professional and kind. The company I rent through used this company as their vendor to complete the work in my home. Communication is key and they communicated throughout every step of the process. Danny was our technician and he was very attentive and made sure he kept us updated as he serviced our unit. He was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and did not disturb anyone during the process. I would definitely use this company again if need be.

We were so impressed by the excellent treatment and service we received from the folks at Healthy Heating and Air. Back in July 2020, we purchased our first home. Within a week, the damper motors in our AC system crapped out and we called Healthy Home Heating and Cooling. I called them on a Friday after 5 pm, fully expecting an appointment on Monday. They sent a tech to our home Friday within an hour. Andy Breuer was our technician and the most down-to-earth, easy-to-talk-to guy who explained what was wrong in the most understandable way. He suggested just unplugging the dampers, leaving them in the “open” position until we were able to purchase/install two new damper motors. This gave us relief until we could afford new damper motors. Fast forward to March, we called Healthy Home Heating and Cooling and scheduled the installation of our new damper motors. The appointment was scheduled for a few days later and our unit is now working better than ever, again, thanks to Andy. We have even purchased the maintenance plan with Healthy Home. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. We hope Andy stays our tech for the duration of our time in our first home. Highly recommend for any home owner experiencing AC/heating issues. There is a profound comfort when you know you have a company you could call for immediate service, especially with something as stressful as maintaining your AC/heating unit.

Had several issues with my heating/ac unit. Our motherboard was fried, Danny came and installed a new one. He stayed and made sure the heat and ac units worked just in case there was an issue. Danny is definitely an experienced HVAC man as he came to our house and resolved the problem within minutes. Our home was around 80 degrees 30 min later we are back to a cool 72 degrees.
