If I could give zero stars I would. I used this company through a home insurance service. Not only did they charge me along with the home insurance company, but they didn’t fix the problem. They canceled my next appointment without letting me know and then claimed that I never called them to tell them the problem wasn’t fixed. The technician obviously didn’t know what he was doing and the receptionist was rude and unorganized. Trust me…. Do not use them! It was the worst experience ever!

Bennetts was assigned through a warranty company. The tech confirmed my problem and told me they were going to submit a request for a part. A day or two later my ticket was assigned to another company. I called Bennetts and they told me the warranty company asked for a second opinion. I called the warranty company and they told me Bennetts said they couldnt complete the work because there wasnt enough room for their techs. I called Bennetts back and they confirmed they requested for the ticket to be moved. What a waste of time...

Beware! This company is not trustworthy. They never came back and finished their work after being paid. When I called to complain, the “receptionist”, who wouldn’t give her name, was very rude and hung up on me. The issue was never resolved.

This company did a warranty repair on our home and placed a mobile home evaporator on our inside unit while charging for a full evaporator unit with other inaccurate repairs. They have performed several faulty appliance repairs requiring repeat visits to no avail.
