I got a real sense of trust when speaking to Gary at GTM. He was very knowledgeable, a straight shooter. You could tell he takes pride in his work, in a good way. His place of business was clean, and organized.The insurance company’s process for accessing the vehicle, and distributing fund for repair was difficult, and not at all for the client, or the repair shop’s convenience. The amount of time, and trouble it took was almost enough to make me want to give up, but he encouraged me, and through it all Gary was kind, and professional. He made the experience worth the trouble.He does great work, and people know it. The evidence to that, was the fact that his shop was booked out almost a month. Even with a full schedule, he was able to squeeze us in, and we were able to use our vehicle for an important event we needed it for. After he, and his crew finished the work, we drove off with a feeling of a job well done. The car felt solid. The experience felt solid. I have been taking my BMW to GTM for 8 years. Gary and Tracy are always friendly and helpful, no matter what. Ive even called them from the auto parts store before for help in choosing the correct oil! Gary is a great mechanic who does quality work. Hes also honest and their prices are competitive and Gary stands behind his work. Ill never take my car anywhere else!

THE BEST!! I cant say enough good things about my experiences with Gary and GTM. Ive been taking my vehicles here for close to a decade. He is a master technician who fully understands the vehicles, parts, and systems. Hes got an engineers mind for automobiles. He is constantly learning and updating. He amazes me at how he not only repairs my vehicles, but at the same time fixes it to better than it was originally. Hes also proactive with great advice when hes deep into a part of the vehicle. He saves me by giving me the opportunity to not pay twice for labor intense issues that are foreseeable.He explains everything so that I clearly understand whats being done, why, and what needs to be done in the future. Never any pressure. AWESOME!

(Warning do not take your vechile to this repair shop!!)Took my car into Gary for the first time ever based off of the reviews on this site. Called Gary on a Monday asked him when he thought he would be available to take a look at my car he told me by that Wednesday or Thursday he could. So I dropped it off to him that Monday because that was the only day I was able to get it there during the week . Told Gary I needed it in two weeks he said it would be ready. it was another week and a half before he even started to look at it an got back to me with what was wrong with my vehicle this is after I called Multiple times to find out if he had gotten to it. My second mistake (the first being taking it to him in the first place) was approving him to go ahead and do some of the repairs that he thought were needed and a couple that I wanted done. one of which was the most important one of all of them the timing belt being replaced. Another week and three days later my car was done. With an astronomical Bill, at one point in the process he tried to tell me that the steering knuckle for my car, brand new was going to cost $460 for just the part I called Subaru and Subaru quoted me $260 an that was with them flying it in from the east coast. Gary is a liar and a con artist. He does not keep you informed on progress either. And at the end of the day even after he quoted me the repairs that Included the timing belt, the timing belt never got done after 3 weeks an a few days of being at his shop. An the bill never changed from the original quote that was quoted with the timing belt being done I will never take a vehicle to Gary again. And I caution you to do the same.

Gary is truly a technician that diagnoses the problem and understands the various systems in vehicles. Im glad I found a place that doesnt just throw parts at the problem.Im a huge BMW/car enthusiast that has always worked on my own vehicles. But I have been short on time lately. I dropped off my old mazda pickup and he and I talked shop for an hour or more.

Very pleased with their work! Ive taken my focus in twice and have been impressed with their clear explanations of the problems and reasonable price. Service has been completed quickly both times.

I bought a basket case of a Mercedes from a local dealer, had a cooling fan issue but Gary took care of it and did an inspection, a little speedy for my tastes but treated me and my wife well and was super quick, came in Monday afternoon and back out with a new genuine Mercedes fan Wednesday afternoon. Will be going back if I ever have a problem
