Our AC went out during the weekend on one of the hottest and most humid days of August. We called Bush Heating and Air Conditioning on a Sunday morning since I know they offer emergency service on weekends. Justin returned our call immediately and scheduled a visit later that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Best of all, I never feel taken advantage of or overcharged with Bush. Justin charged a fair price for the emergency service and was so enjoyable to deal with. Our equipment is older so this wasnt the first time we used them, and Im very comfortable having Bush replace our AC unit in a few weeks, so I dont have to keep making emergency calls. Highly recommended!

We had a gas fireplace installed and were very pleased with Bush heating, Mark and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and everything was completed in a timely manner and at a great value in price. We would highly recommend them for your heating or cooling needs.

I contacted this company and a few other HVAC companies based in Monroe to get a quote on a new AC and furnace for my home. I was sold when they actually took the time to come out, take a look at my current system, explained my options, and had a neatly typed and detailed proposal for me the next day.I went with Bush Heating & Cooling and they completed the work in 2 days, and the professionalism and pride they take in their work really shows through the quality of the systems they install. They didnt try to up sell any additional items that I didnt need and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted to add on.The prices are fair & honest for the quality of work they do. I am convinced there is no other HVAC company in Monroe that can match this level of knowledge and quality. Give them a call for any of your HVAC needs, you wont be disappointed!

We have a furnace with a humidifier attached that isnt working. So we called Bush to come take a look. Technician showed up on 12-15-20 and after about 20 minutes came up and told us the humidifier was basically obsolete and the part would be hard to find. Told us he would research the part and get back to us. We were charged 90 dollars for a diagnostic fee and 54 dollars that he said was for his time? I called the office the next day about the charge and was told that without the invoice in hand he really couldnt answer any of my questions. He said he would call me back when he talked to the technician. NO ONE has yet to reach out to talk to me or let me know if the part is available. On 12-29-20 I called the office and spoke with a woman who justified the charges. I feel the 54 dollars for his time was out of line. Oh well. lesson learned. 144.00 dollars spent on nothing. Would not recommend Bush Heating and Cooling. Customer service stinks.I could care less about getting the humidifier fixed. My point was he and you said you would get back to us and didnt. He never gave us a price for a new humidifier. He said he would check to see if parts were available and get back to us period. Also when I called your receptionist I was very polite, although matter of fact when discussing how I felt about the 54.00 charge.

Justin and Jacob did an outstanding job on my install. We had furnace, A/C, and hot water tank replaced and couldn’t have asked for more professional service. Would absolutely recommend Bush to anyone needing HVAC work or service

Mark and his sons are perfectionist.I hired them to replace my furnace in the fall, the work was exceptional, paying attention to the smallest detail even though it seem inconsequential.Just recently, my water heater died a couple days prior to Memorial Day weekend.Mark delayed his vacation to install a new water heater, staying as late as 8pm to complete repairs. The workmanship, fit and finish were exceptional.Very satisfied customer.

I called them and told them what part was broke charged $90 for diagnostic. charged $385 for a part i just got for $180. took literally 6 min to change $90 labor.

Very professional, great prices, would highly recommend them! Love that its family owned! Looking forward to using our new furnace!

They came out to give me an estimate on furnace and air conditioner ended up giving me a bill for $144 dont use this company. Already had one estimate that told me that system was bad did not need you to do it again spend my $7,000 with another company sorry you missed the business with you guys estimates are not free.
