It has been great for continuing my PT. The staff are helpful and the place is clean. They work to follow COVID guidelines, which I appreciate. Their scheduling pool time, similar to racquetball court times, is fantastic. There app is extremely easy and clear.

I didnt even see one river yet alone two... That said the place is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I visited Twin Rivers from Saint Louis MO. It is easily the best Y i have ever seen. My only compliant is you have to pay 50c for a towel, no other Y does tha. All the workout machines are new. They have 2 pools, and a jacuzzi in each lockeroom! And of course great customer service. Go check it out!

I thoroughly enjoy my membership at this YMCA. It is a great facility, and it has recently been updated with a new weight room. There is lots if cardio machines, and plenty of free weights. If you are looking to take a class, ie. Zumba, then there are plenty to choose from. They have worked really hard during the pandemic at keeping the facility clean and safe. There is also a very nice childs care there, so you can workout and not have to worry about your kids. I totally recommend getting a membership.

Very modern and very clean

I have a family member who worked for this place. They would always tell me about how HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING the staff members were treated. For example, the Schools out club staff are very unprepared and unprofessional. Staff is treated unfairly and they play favorites. My family member would come home somedays crying about how bad their days were while working here. Cleanliness is NOT their specialty!!! The front desk does NOT know what theyre doing and are very rude to customers. THE C DOES NOT STAND FOR CHRISTIAN!!!!!! I do enjoy the swimming pool though... Please take this into consideration before working here!!!

I love it here staff are always friendly and they greet me by name because I am there just about every day and the property is well maintained inside and out the gym is nice and roomy the atmosphere in there is also very friendly everybody keeps to themselves and are respectable to one another and if you need help a personal trainer is almost always there to help you and are very supportive no matter how much of a novice you are I started returning to the Y September of last year to lose weight and thanks to some of the employees and their kind words Im almost down 100 pounds! I cant thank the Y enough for their help in achieving my health goals, however I do need to bring a few things up the two things they could improve on are enforcing certain rules on occasion Ive seen children too young to be in the fitness center being a general nuisance and secondly people in the mens locker room need to practice modesty I cant stand it to many times do I have to see peoples privates dangling about the rules are written for a reason! but I digress, I cant wait for my next visit.

Staff was fantastic

I like the open swim but wish they had more open swim hours, even just have the deep part open while classes are in the shallow part.? Other then that its very clean and the people are nice. They will even help you find someone in another locker room because cell phones are not permitted not sure why you cant take a call in the locker room it might be a emergency. I turn mine off but if someone is changing they cant run into hallway unclothed.! So I think thats no good.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE. There are amazing staff personnel here but some of directors are real quick to tell you to do something yet wouldnt pick a piece of trash off the floor. Like I said not all of them. They also have 0 floor time as in they will scramble to cover a shift instead of just working something themselves. Also they treat this family that works there like they walk on water. Its awful the amount of disrespect one can get unless they are a Weber. There are 0 leaders here only managers who refuse to do anything extra but are quick to make sure youre doing more

The facilities at this ymca are decent. However, I never felt welcome and honestly was disrespected. I called multiple times and even stopped in and had the lady at the front desk leave voice mails with the manager Amy Johnson. She ignored me completely. I am astonished the ymca would have someone that is not competent at returning phone calls filling that role. Not recommend if one is looking to be treated with respect and dignity from management. If you are going to keep to yourself and not speak up about pertinent matters one feels strongly about you will probably be alright.

Theyre not always open when they say theyre supposed to be. For example, its Sunday at 9:04. Theyre supposed to be open at 8 AM according to their website. Theyre not open. But other than that, I really like their chipping and pitching range with a Sandtrap. They need to get a real putting green, though

To crowded, even though they are remodeling still not enough space, need to expand due to membership numbers. With all the land they own should of just spent money on a bigger facility. Probably would of been cheaper.

The fastest girls junior double on earth came out of this boathouse. I rowed here then got recruited to Yale.This is the best junior sculling program in the country.

I used to go to Planet Fitness locally but their equipment was either in use or broken. The two Rivers YMCA has broken piece they put a sign on it and fix it the next day. They are always available to show you new equipment and how to use it. You can schedule an appointment most days of the week for this. The locker rooms are clean and and lockers are available. You can track you times, goals, workouts and have a coach on Mobile Fit. They Yoga classes Les Mills and Zumba. I highly recommend the YMCA. It feels like family here.

Was good, went to go renew my membership price went from $18 to $37.

The teachers at our school site are amazing! The moline campus is a joke. My child was miserable there. The teachers are not friendly. The ymca does not treat their employees well let alone pay them what they deserve to make. The childcare is over priced and communication......there is none. If you set up autopay for your account they dont tell you in advance what they are billing. They send an email to you with an invoice but that is only the day before they tell the site teacher they can not accept your child to the before and after school program until the balance is paid in full. Even if it is less than $50. Any other childcare program I have used gives an invoice at the beginning of the pay period letting you know the balance.

I enjoy going there but Margret is so rude. She makes going to the YMCA miserable.

I go here almost everyday and was checking on Christmas Eve hours. I dont seen it on the app and its not accurate online so i called. Whoever the guy was who answered the phone at 6:00 am is rude!!!

Terrible. Not nearly enough equipment to support its membership numbers, other patrons are rude, hot tub is usually out of order, floor was removed from sauna and never replaced, urinal was broken for months, light was broken for months in steam room, staff has little personality, pool schedule is never up to date, hours of operation on Google search are incorrect, makes me miss Planet Fitness.

Everything was amazing

The over all place is nice and being updated but the trainers there are worthless, they do not engage with you at all maybe two of them are good Mitch is the worse thing ever he just stands there doesnt really do anything to train you plus he is rude very rude . he also called my wife obese and fat when she did her consultation.

Excellent Silver Sneakers program and warm pool area. Gal who registered my husband and I took us on tour showing the locker rooms and exercise machines. Look forward to trying this.
