Its okay. Usually theres friendly staff. They get new machines in every once in a while, which is nice. The gym is clean, but the womens bathroom is always disgusting!

Daytime employees are very rude, and they lock you out early, before gym is supposed to be closed, in a rush to end shift. wont allow you to cancel over the phone or online, you have to pen a letter or go into gym and deal with their employees. i recommend you avoid this gym, there are better options elsewhere.

*Fix Management*This place is awesome and i love the workers for always being so encouraging! i don’t understand why they would cut the hours of them how they have! The manager cut the hours of the employees that encourage the customers the most. Disappointed in the management but the employees have been amazing. Ashlie is the first to say hello and greet you with a Smile, shes always checking sanitation stations and connecting with customers making everyone comfortable. I love it here but PLEASE fix this and reward your good employees!

I seriously envy US citizens for such great and attractive pricing pretty much for anything, and Planet Fitness is just one of many examples. This is my favourite gym in the U.S during my visit.- Attractive Membership Plans- Huge, Spacious and Great Layout/Design.- Brand new Machines and Equipment.- Good Ventilation; airflow in the building.- Nice, Clean Washrooms.- Friendly Frontdesk and Staff.- Huge Parking Lot.They serve free PIZZA on Sundays lol. How cool and funny is that? I never had a slice though. 😁

Love this place! They are VERY friendly and helpful. Such a great environment. They always have membership deals going on (Get a black card membership). Tanning beds at level 1-4, and hardly ever have to wait to tan. Massage chairs, nearly no wait time ever, either. They have hydro massages, but they are currently down. Anything gym equipment related you can think of, they have it (maybe more than 1, too). I reccomend this place to anyone of any age, shape or size!

I have been a member here for about 3 years and even previously worked here. From the back ground knowledge of being an employee I know how hard some of the employees work (Ashlie and Noelle).This place would not run as well or look as good as it does without them! They are so friendly and personable and I absolutely love coming in when they are working!! I have also seen first hand the new GM not be as kind or personable to some of the members or just unfriendly when you first come in.

The value is great. Plenty of equipment. Good spacing of equipment for social distancing and sanitation during covid-19. Only issue I had was several customers were wandering around and standing around talking in groupsnear other patrons, without masks. Staff never requested they wear one, or to at least move away from other people. That made me uncomfortable, so Ive held off on going back.

I love love love the atmosphere. They are actually $10/month for those who are curious. The only extra fee is a once a year fee of $39 every June.

Planet Fitness is clean, has lots of equipment, friendly staff, a good value and has a great app for checking how crowded the gym is.

I love going here. Plenty of equipment to choose from, the staff are very friendly, the place is very clean and even havs certain machines sectioned off so as to help with social distancing. Most people that come in, mind their own business. And those that do talk usually seem to keep it to a minimum, so its easy to focus on what youre doing.

If you like a cold shower the Moline Planet Fitness is the place to be. They dont seem to be able to have 5 minutes of consecutive hot water in order to have a decent shower.

Cancellation is a big issue. You need to go to same location to cancel your membership or they asked me to send a letter via verified mail to cancel it. I moved to other place but can’t cancel my membership over the phone or app or any other location. This is stupidest thing i ever heard for a gym membership.

Went with a friend trying to get into fit, build muscle in legs, stomach, arms. I think I might need a trainer but Im not a member.

Sorry but all the people working there were new. And had no idea how to start a membership. I mean what else do they do? One gave me a hard time and treated my wife and daughter poorly.

I was thinking about becoming a member so I decided to go as my sisters guest. We tried to buy water and were told you can no longer use a debit card. Like most people we did not have cash on is. We went and exercised. After we wanted to use the massage tables. When we went up to ask to use them. They asked our names and said that guests could not use those tables. I understand that, but we could have been told this in a polite manner. The employees made me feel very unwelcome. Which is why I will not being getting a membership.

Clean. Cant use the locker room right now but that shouldnt stop you.

I joined planet fitness in January of 2020. I really love the Moline facility. The staff was very helpful with all my questions and got me settled in quick. I like the fact that it really is a no judgement free zone, no one looks at me crazy when Im working out. The atmosphere is very uplifting and calm. I wish I would have joined planet fitness years ago, but hey! Im a faithful member now and I have no plans on going anywhere else!

Great place to get a workout, tan, or massage. Place can get busy around 5-7pm when everyone gets off work, but all other hours seem to be just fine. Annnddd PF just replaced all their machines for brand new ones!

No masks. People really don’t have the respect to put a mask on for a 30 min work out.

Ive never felt comfortable in a gym before. Love that i can do what I need to without feeling judged for being a middle aged out of shape woman. Cody took his time to make sure I understood how each of the machines worked.

Ive been reading the reviews to see if I want to join, and I have decided against it. Because when complaints were made the owner says how they want people to enjoy their experience at their gym and in the next breath they say to let management know.It seems to me that if that many people are complaining that they more than likely did talk to management!!- if your the owner then you should be talking to management!!

Its a nice gym, we came in asking for information to possibly enroll and the attendant was informative, gave us a tour and answered all the questions we had. Prices are relatively low but when it comes to the whole membership price plus the money up front it ends up being not so cheap. The gym does look very clean and very well maintained. We will have to wait until we actually enroll and start going there to experience it fully.

Great place to get healthy

Have had great experiences here so far! They lost their personal trainer at the same time I signed up, so I am looking forward to a new one soon to give me a few pointers and a bit of guidance. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. I havent attended the once a month pizza day (we all need one cheat day so we dont gorge every day, right?), but have grabbed an occasional tiny fat free tootsie roll to curb cravings. Go super slow in the parking lot, as it is filled with horrible potholes, but as long as you are not tempted by various donut shops and fast food establishments it is in a good location. 😉

Affordable place that allows me to do the workout I enjoy.The only disappointing thing is the weekend hours. Being an evening person doesn’t really work too well at this place (except on the 4 weekdays).Should probably change the sign on the door that says “24/5”, since it’s only 24/4...Also the employees aren’t very friendly. Most I’ve encountered seem like they’re depressed.

This is my go to place to work out. Its convenient and affordable. I like how theyve added more to it since Ive got back in the gym lifestyle

Good amount of treadmills. I didnt know I was a link until I maxed out the cabled systems and had to use more 45lb weights than each piece of equipment had hanging on it. I did not make noise or throw weights noisily though.

I’m giving 1 star for the lack of attention the owners are paying to the parking lot. Massive potholes everywhere! Though small, the gym itself is fine and serves the purpose. There was a grumpy lady in charge there, but since she has been gone the staff are GREAT! Other than that, when it rains the staff have to work extra hard and place buckets around the gym to catch water dripping when it rains. FIX YOUR PARKING LOT, or change the name to Slumlord Fitness.

I’ve waited over a year to write this review but the issue hasn’t changed in that amount of time. This planet fitness’s parking lot is the worst parking lot in the entire quad cities. With pot holes so deep they can easily pop a tire and making navigating them an impossible task I don’t know how the city of moline even allows this. It’s been over a year and they’ve done zero to take care of the lot or make improvements.

After much research on several area fitness centers, I decided on Planet Fitness-Moline. The membership options provide different levels and price points to fit your needs. I like that there is a wide variety of machine, clean locker rooms, friendly staff, and the option to take different classes daily. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness!

It’s a nice facility, but your employees are rude and the customer service is horrible. There are times that I’m waiting over ten minutes just to use the hydro massage or the massage chair. I had to look for an employee last time I was there and she was laying on the mat texting.

Honestly so unhappy with my experience here. They overcharged me multiple times. This last time was the straw for me. They overcharged me and it overdrew my account... so I called and they said theyd take care of it and send me a check. Its been nearly 4 weeks and I still havent gotten anything. I cancelled my membership because I have been SO frustrated with it. Still waiting on a call back from the manager...

Staff is very helpful, facilities are always clean and kept up. Drinking fountains are kind of weak so it makes refilling a water bottle a bit more time consuming, but thats probably the worst I could say about this place. Love working out here.

What a great place to work out! 4 blocks ways from us! Lots of treadmills to walk on and other machines to get your workout on! Lots of tvs to watch TV and you can plug into the machines to hear the tvs or the radio there! Locker rooms are big and clean same way with the workout area!

For being a very new gym, a lot of the equipment needs attention. The heart rate monitors dont work on a lot of the cardio equipment and a lot of them squeak on rotation, too.
