Integrity was easy to reach, they responded quickly with an appointment for service and the repair person was professional. They arrived on time and sent picture of the repairman. We have not used our AC yet because it has been cool since they were hear but we would highly recommend this company
These guys are great! Our AC went out in the midst of 90 degree heat. They were there the next day after we called. Gave us a straightforward assessment and let us know options to allow us to make the best decision for us. We will continue to use Integrity going forward. Called to have service completed on a unit we purchased from Integrity last year. Dennis was our service tech. He arrived on time and was very professional. Explained the work he was doing as he completed the maintenance. Great company if youre looking for a new unit and great staffing if you need maintenance. Highly recommend.
I was immediately impressed w/Integrity when I called. Professional and immediately set appointment. Followed up to assure me they were en route. Showed up on time. Dennis diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in layman’s terms. I am satisfied.
Always a challenge on the phone with this company. First I could not schedule a cleaning for over a month away. Was given the option of a service call instead and had to pay for the service even though I just needed a cleaning. I also was very clear in asking for the call in the morning be to another person who would be home and authorized to pay and make decisions. I was still called even though I specifically asked not to be. I even provided a name and number for someone else.I can say the service guy was very good. He confirmed a cleaning was all I required. The bolts were a little loose causing the unit to be a bit louder but he has to charge what they tell him.
Actually the second time I am using this company. They did an installation in my prior house in Cicero. It was great, so I had no trouble calling them for my aging system in my new house in Joliet. John called me back right away when I called and set up appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time and was very informative about what my needs were. The two technicians that did the installation along with John (the owner) were very efficient and professional. They were John (another John) and Alex. The new system looks good and very neat and clean installation. I have no problem recommending them. They even swept the driveway before they left!
I called to have what I thought maybe error codes checked and the person on the phone said that I had to have someone come out (for a charge of $149) to tell me what they were. When the person came, he literally showed me the book inside the panel of the furnace where the codes are listed and said the codes (that I had appearing) are normal. I could have done this myself, but instead paid $149 for someone to tell me. This is incredibly frustrating as the unit was running properly and I expressed this on the phone.

Our AC went out during the hot streak in the Midwest. I called and left a message Sunday while they were closed. I received a call back from Integrity at 7:40 AM and scheduled the appointment for 1 PM. Prior to the technician arrival, they texted that he was on the way and again with a photo of him and his name. All so professional! Outstanding company to work with!

John Rincon came out to repair our AC system. Found the problem quickly, even though it was major he was able to get us up and running temporarily. He ordered the parts on site and we will hopefully be completed in a week or two. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Will be requesting him for future services.
I’m not sure what the guy did. I know he put Freon. that was worth $745.00. He did not fix my problem and I think this was way too much money just for Freon. I had to do most of his work I had to change the air filter I had to go check it I had to go shut the AC on and off a couple times he did nothing but sit in his car and smoke cigarettes very disappointed with this company and they advertise good sales and they have no sales whatsoever please do not use this company very disappointed the way they treat senior citizens thet have a fixed income. He did not tell me it was gonna be $745 to begin with I would’ve told him no that was way too much money especially Anna our income. So I advise everybody to not use this company…. Did not do too much work and then fix it. Do not callI am going to leave bad reviews and the Internet to as well advising people not to call this company family and friends. I am so disappointed that I use this company.
Technicians behave as salespeople. Their main intent is to sell new equipment, not to repair existing one. Adding of the refrigerant was done without the scale, and $$$ charge for the amount was completely arbitrary. After the service there was no delta T measurements. Horrible service! Stay away from such “integrity”!
Best ever. Must read! The furnace and AC unit they installed in 2016 are fine. When they installed the men were smoking in my house! They never showed up or called back when we called for services on other things. This company may sell decent products but have horrible customer service. We definitely dont use them for our HVAC services and found a wonderful company that takes care of our units in a timely manner. No. I dont think that this company is worth the effort.Editing for the reply. I am being called a liar when yes there was a man smoking in my house while putting together my unit. It actually messed up my lungs for a few days since I am actually allergic to nicotine. We had service a few years back and google asked me today to review it for whatever reason so I did. If I could give negative stars I would. This is why we do not use this company. See how the owner responds. Would you like to be treated this way after spending a few thousand dollars to his/her company?
Called for a quote to replace my complete HVAC system. Integrity beat the other quotes by a substantial amount, saving me thousands of dollars while also offering me extras as part of a promotion. Sales person was VERY knowledgeable and I had a quote via email within a half hour of him leaving. Install was scheduled and completed within a week of me calling and was done very professionally and thoroughly. I would have given a 5 star review but both the Furnace AND the AC unit were quoted to me with different efficiencies than what the manufacturer actually states they are - I am rather upset about this and feel I was actually mislead a bit. Quoted 90,000 BTU Furnace and sticker reads 88,000 BTU/Quoted a 15 SEER Rating AC Unit and Energyguide rating is 13 SEER.
So, I sign up with their bogus plan last May, on their yearly visit they didnt do really anything that is on the list of things they do. On this plan it was supposed to be 1/2 off parts which doesnt make a difference bc they rack up the price. Plus, they charged 314$ to plug in something they unplugged last time they were there. So for 3 visits to replace a main board, and wires to the outside ac (which looked like the old casing was left on) and to plug in what they unplugged was around 3 grand!!! Are you freaking kidding me... I think they have strayed away from their name-Integrity. We have been trying to call to talk about it since Feb 1st. Plus they used my moms credit card without authorization. Be weary of using them. You may like them now but do yourself a favor and find someone else... Definitely canceling that bogus yearly service contract...

This popped up for me to review I havent been here since 2017 and I would never go back. They installed my ac and heating. The install team did not respect my wishes for no smoking on our property due to asthma issues. I signed up for their maintenance plan when he had issues they were impossible to get a hold of. When they finally called back I cancelled the plan got my money refunded. I complained about the guy smoking and they said they fired him for it.If you choose them hopefully their service has improved.

Contacted Integrity Christmas Eve and got a new furnace installed the day after Christmas. We have heat again!
Service tech that came out was extremely rude, I protested the cost of a part, $215.00, and I pointed out that the actual price was between $5.00 and $25.00. When I told him he was price gouging he proceeded to tell me that theyre a business not a charity, very rude and very unprofessional and he was a manager!! Its ironic that their come name is Integrity when they clearly dont have any. Furthermore he told me the part in question HAD to be replaced however the next service tech I had out said it just simply needed to be cleaned. They have zero integrity, price gouge, offer services that are not needed and are very rude!

Fidel, the technician, was very courteous and professional. He patiently explained the work he would do and asked if we had any questions. I have been with Integrity for 10 years now and their customer service has been exceptional overall. They really care about about making sure you are satisfied and are committed to being fair with their pricing.
Integrity Heating and Cooling sent a service tech out a week ago at the time of this review. We are part of their membership program, which is $300 a year. This membership program offers discounts for customers. I was charged $121 dollars in addition to the membership to refill the A.C. with coolant. I was told be the tech that the AC and furnace were both totally fine and working properly. This was 8/25/20. One week after the service and after one day of AC usage, our AC is not working. Upon calling their service department, I was told I would have to pay $100 for a service tech to come out and look at the AC. This $100 is part of the membership discount, as I would usually have to pay $150. Other HVAC companies in the south suburbs charge half this fee, which is still less then the discount I get with their membership program. Their membership program is a poor value and there is no integrity in overcharging loyal customers. 2 years of membership, service tune-up, and another service schedule adds up to $821. There are other HVAC companies that in the Chicagoland area that perform better services at half the price. Will not be using Integrity Heating and Cooling ever again.
Called to get a new AC system installed for office space and no one was helpful. They kept saying someone will call and technician will come for inspection and estimate. I called to get an update several times and got rude response from their staff.
I like how they came the next day to do the work! Bridget the Operator was very helpful and straight to the point. John one of the workers was very nice and kind. The furnace is working great and they helped me get prepared for winter! Best heating company!

Integrity was responsive and professional from the first time I reached out to inquire about replacing my electric air handler. John came out to give me a quote. He was the first to give me an estimate. The second estimate I received was about 25% more money, and with Integrity I received 1 year of of their home services for free. So I’ll get my A/C cleaned and checked next spring for no charge as well as 5 other services.The installation crew of CJ and Aaron were right on time and very nice. They worked well together removing my 40 yr old furnace and fitting the new one in beautifully. I would highly recommend this company.
Not what I would consider to be a top 10 installation company but they are very reliably priced. Job was as promised but the finer points of installation ie duct work attachment was a bit to be desired. Final furnace settings took two additional house calls. Ill wait for cold weather then summer heat to make my final decision. Would it refer them.? Yes but I will advise on what to expect.

Today is 8/6/2020. This morning Alex and 1 other service man ( sorry I cant remember his name ) arrived to do my AC & Furnace maintenance. They also cleaned my dryer vent- cleaned my humidifier and change the filter and did an air quality check. They were very professional and polite. Answered all my questions so I could understand. To my surprise when I went later in the day to bring back the hose I pulled out for the AC it was already put back in place. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Alex plus 1

Never Buy from this company. Period. First, they only install the exhaust pipe for the furnace, no intake as they say its not needed for an unfinished basement. They wont fix it. Second, The exhaust pipe has a crack jus after 2 yrs of installation and they say they want $149 to come out and diagnose it.The warranty says 10 year parts and labor is included and no where in the agreement does it say that you have to pay for it.
Integrity heating and cooling company has maintained his professionalism and quality of contractors that they send out to your home to do any repairs or maintenance. I have been with this company for the last five years and I’ve had no problems with any of the products that they put in my home such as the furnace and the air conditioner. I recently had a contractor Adolfo come out to service my furnace water heater air conditioner and dryer vents. He was very professional and thorough. He explained each step along the way. He did his job very well and efficiently. I also appreciated his text message that he was on his way and his promptness in being here on time. He deserves five stars! Thank you again for being my preferred company of choice for heating and cooling.

I have had 2 systems installed by Integrity. The installers are very thorough and neat. Both jobs were done with great quality. They cleaned up and left everything as they found it. I was satisfied with the first job and just as satisfied with the second job.I highly recommend Integrity.
Let me just start off saying that have had the best experience dealing with Integrity Heating and Cooling. The work is professional where everything is concerned. Its all done in a timely matter. The technicians were able to answer all my questions, and then some. Will recommend them to all my friends and family. More bang for my buck.
I had the heating, A/C, water heater and clothes dryer vent duct cleaned as part of their annual preventive maintenance service. They did a good job and were able to identify some issues with the furnace that would have caused problems later when the heating season was here. Keeping the outdoor condensing unit for your air conditioner cleaned is very important and even though it may look clean, have it cleaned yearly and you will be surprised how dirty it is.
I am impressed with Integrity Heating and Cooling. My experience with them was positive from the first phone call to Alex... our technician who came today. I would highly recommend this company and Alex for all of your HVAC needs .
Do not use this service. They are not an honorable company . They took my service fee in July.. never showed for there service rescheduled in August and again no show. Bridgette is rude and John seems to have enough customers he could care less. They have refused to refund my service fee that was deducted from my credit card because it was part of an agreement. Do not trust them I never right bad reviews but this group has no morals ... So much for be kind and take care of each other.
The owner must not know the definition of Integrity. These people are con artists and avoid you and your problems as long as possible even if youre a member. Dont do it!

Everyone that has shown up to my home has been professional and has gone out of their way to make sure I understand what is going on with my unit. I have been using Integrity since we purchased our furnace and air conditioner back in 2013. They are both still going strong like new. We get our regular maintenance checks 2 times a year and have never had a major issue since. I definitely would recommend them to my friends!
They installed a heater that had a faulty circuit board that had to be replaced twice! I read reply however interesting that this is first time I am hearing about thermostat being an issue

Really struggling with John Jordan (owner) to get a refund on a $400++ service call that turned out to be covered under a 10-year parts and service warranty. I have called 3 times in the past 3 weeks and written two very descriptive emails and they have returned zero calls back. This has been a pending point since early July 2020. While they did fix my AC under warranty (after 5 weeks of waiting in the hot summer) there is still some money that is owed back to me that I paid up front just to get them to show up. This is only the tip of the iceberg. There were many struggles in dealing with integrity heating and cooling. Not only do I need to be refunded money, I also need them to write me a letter committing to honor the last 6 years of warranty. I am requiring them to honor the remaining warranty because I was told by the manufacturers of the product that Integrity did not register the hardware appropriately.
Would never recommend Integrity as a company. We purchased a new furnace however were told the price was for a new furnace and AC. Upon sitting to sign the paperwork we found the over the top price was only for a furnace. Unfortunately this was a cold weekend in December and our furnace went out...we felt like we had no choice due to the temperature. The install of the furnace was shotty. The filter doesnt fit now...to which they said oh its ok... just dont push it all the way in. They also cut a hole in the sheet metal they used and the seal they used completely fell off letting air out. The hose they installed from the humidity box was too short so it kinked...not allowing water to flow thru. They also changed our thermostat which didnt work initially and took our old one with them.The only bright spot was our recent PM call. The tech Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed and to our satisfaction. He did much more than the PM outlined. Alex is the best thing this company has going for them!

Their name might say Integrity, but their business is not Integrity! I had this company install a new heating & air system (1year-1week old) when I noticed the whole house humidifier was not working. Scheduled a service appointment, Tech did a recalibration of control, 5 minutes total, $149.00! Tech did call Boss to see if he could wave the service fee, because the unit was new. Integrity said No! This company needs to look up the dictionary meaning of INTEGRITY & change their business model or their name!
When our A/C unit went out, I had a few estimates from other companies but was referred to Integrity from my dad and was thoroughly impressed with their promptness and integrity to their work. I also needed new ductwork, a damper, and a new furnace and went with Integrity as well. Their home service warranty is 1000% worth it and will be a continued member for a long time and would hope others would switch to see for themselves.When our other furnace went out, they were able to come out within 24 hours, serviced it, saw that we needed a new one and was able to install a brand new furnace within 1 hour. Exceptional service!

We had them put in our air conditioning this summer and out of 6 local companies i contacted integrity was the only one who showed up on time and let me know everything that was going on and came in with the lowest price! I will use them again and again. I enjoy knowing who is coming before they get here even with a picture you cant be too safe these days,

Biggest mistake I ever made doing business. I hired Integrity Heating and Cooling to replace the old heating system in my home and to install central air conditioning. In addition to the heating and air conditioning, the contract included roto brush cleaning of all the ducts in my home.When the technician/installer arrived, I was told that the machine that was to be used to clean the ducts was not rotating and that they would have to come back. They never returned to provide the duct cleaning but instead offered an additional annual inspection of the unit.Then, when the installation of the heating unit began, I noticed that the technician installed the unit in such a way that it covered the existing floor drain hole that allowed condensate to drain out of my home through the existing plumbing system. When I inquired about this, he indicated that he would be running a new line directly outside. I stated that running a condensate/water line outside will freeze. He gave me some mumble jumble in an effort to explain that the condensate line would not freeze.After the installation was completed, and the workers left, the line had frozen within an hours time from the outside cold just as I suspected. I called the company and explained the problem. They sent another technician out who agreed with me that is was a bad idea to run a condensate line as was done. To remedy the problem, the technician drilled a hole in my wall and ran an unsightly line from the heating unit to my laundry room sink for drainage.Most recently, I called Integrity Heating to schedule the annual inspection. The person I spoke to explained that they were an answering service and that he would have someone contact me. After a week or so I did not receive a call, I again called and left a message on their answering machine. Weeks have gone by, my unit is overdue for the annual inspection. I have since found another company who came out for the annual inspection.
Once I paid for the membership I was given a date for service over a month away. Had I known it would be so far out I wouldnt have paid for the membership and shopped around. I was told by the lady thats she will reach out to the manager see what could be done about the date and or refund and expect a call soon. I waited a week and decided to call back only to be told that its gonna be a few more days before my issue of getting a refund even gets addressed. The lady was dismissive and with a rude tone once I hearing that I want a refund and its been a week and no one has reached out to me. Very unprofessional. Recommendations for improvement: due to COVID 19 employee should be more diligent in wearing proper PPE (at least if you care about this). Also, caution should be taken when cleaning inside furnace and being in and out of the wires. A final check should be performed to make sure everything is ok. Had to troubleshoot to find out wire had been inadvertently disconnected inside furnace. I think these small but important steps could really make the experience exceptional (as claimed by Integrity Heating and Cooling). Other than that, services provided as expected.

The technician shows up without any face covering during the COVID-19 pandemic. i understand the fee for a weekend call but the part Flame Rectification Rod was $336. i was floored but just thought ok thats how much it is i guess. but then i went online and saw i can get 2 of them on Amazon for 18.99. this is price gouging at its worse. i was really upset and have called the company for 2 days to see if we could come to some sort of settlement but have yet to receive a call back. very unprofessional. luckily, i am still able to work but if this had been an elderly couple or someone out of work due to the pandemic this would have been traumatic. again, price gouging in dire times. no justification on why the part cost so much.
