We are always very impressed by their professionalism, communication and even the details they provide in their quotes. We appreciate even more that they follow safety protocols and very respectful of our home.

Mike and team were great. My thermostat stopped working Thursday night, made a call Friday morning and they were onsite within 3 hours of my call. They were able to quickly identify the issue with my door switch on the furnace and performed an inspection of my furnace and air conditioner. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and did not try to up sell. I will use them again when the time comes for a new furnace!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Elements Heating & Air Conditioning. Their technicians recently spent two days and many man hours trying to figure out a complex problem with my A/C unit. When they were trying to troubleshoot the issue, they made numerous calls to try and figure everything out. It turned out to be an incorrect manufacturer order and everything was resolved. They went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend them.

Called the afternoon on a Sunday. Mike on the phone was super-friendly and scheduled a service call for the next day. Sure enough, the technician got here at 1:00pm . Sean is not only one of the nicest guys I know, he is very competent in HVAC. For me, he was very honest about a problem I had on circuit board in my Hvac. He could have told me I had to replace, and I would, but he told me it would last a few more years, so I waited. I would give them more than five stars if possible. Highly recommended.

My downstairs AC stopped working last week. The Unit was just blowing hot air, it was not cooling down. I contacted them and they responded fast, set up an appointment for early morning the next day. They were able to diagnose and fix and problem. The cost was reasonable and the guys were very friendly and easy to work out. I would strongly recommend them for your AC repair needs.

I spoke with a technician over the phone and ended up having someone come to the house. They were extremely competent, considerate and pleasant to work with. We had unfortunately found another quote from another company who were going to charge us an absurd amount of money for an incorrectly diagnosed problem and was pushing for a full replacement which of course would also be very expensive. Elements had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 35 min and at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this company!
