I had a very good experience with Comfort Zone as did my mother-in-law and one of her friends who recommended the company. Brendan did an excellent job on my installation. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and very good about explaining things to me. The same is true of Jamie in the office who was always friendly and helpful. Also, Chad, who was very nice about answering all of my questions as I was researching AC companies. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Comfort Zone has been great to deal with. They have been my go to HVAC company since 2017. I regularly have them service my HVAC units every year and just recently had them install AC for my second floor. Very happy with their service would recommend them to anyone.

Comfort Zone continually keeps you updated as to when the appointment is and when the technician is on the way! Chad was professional and attentive to the issues we were having. Fixed our heating issues that had been going on 2 years! So glad to have his help in the low temps we are experiencing currently and finally have our heat working appropriately! Chad went above and beyond!

My husband and I have used Comfort Zone at least three times now. They have serviced our heating, repaired sagging ductwork in our garage, and serviced our AC unit. They are always very responsive, and extremely professional. They are very patient and understanding, great with explaining things without talking down to you. Its also very evident that they dont try to upcharge you or sell you on things you dont need. Cannot say enough about the ComfortZone Service. Their techs, Brendan & Chad, arrived promptly. They not only repaired my furnace issues, cleaned the furnace, & discovered a problem that I was unaware of that was causing problems. After repairing the issues; they did not try to sell me anything or upgrade anything — that was a bonus, as other repairmen I’ve had in the past, always tried pitching for more money. They were excellent & I would recommend ComfortZone to everyone I know. Great Company!!!

From start with requesting a quote for a/c and heat system, Jamie answers the phone and take information that is so professional yet extremely friendly, she is an asset to Comfort Zone and I have to say that all the staff that I dealt with were awesome. Jim was friendly and helpful when he came to look at old a/c and heat system, gave information on the old and choices of new system.Brandon and Chad installed, worked so hard, extremely polite, professional and friendly. I have used them multiple times in the last two years for general maintenance and replacement of an AC unit. They have always been kind, responsive, professional, and trustworthy. They truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. Chad and Glen have both been to our homes to do various maintenance. Each time, they were courteous in giving us notifications for their arrival, and were very punctual. I highly recommend Comfort Zone and will only be using them from now on! After having another company look at my elderly fathers furnace and having them tell me the furnace needed to be replaced, I called around for quotes. Chad from Comfort Zone came out the same day to give me a quote for a new furnace. But after taking a look at the furnace he insisted on having a technician come out to see if he could fix the furnace before replacing it. Chads integrity and honesty saved my father thousands of dollars. The technician came out the next day and was able to fix the furnace without a problem. Everyone was polite, punctual, and honest! Prompt service. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly technicians. Spent over an hour trying to diagnose the problem, on tech support with boiler manufacturer. Ultimately job requires specialist from boiler provider, which they gave me recs for. Despite all the time they sent here, I received an invoice for zero dollars. Highly recommend.

I called Comfort Zone on Tuesday evening to schedule an appointment & Glen fit me in first thing Wednesday morning. He inspected my furnace, checked a couple things & diagnosed the problem. Retrieved the new part & fixed my furnace professionally. He was honest, fair, and very respectable. This is a good quality business who you should support! During the hottest time of the summer season, my AC started acting up. I called another company and they couldnt get out to me for another week. I then called Comfort Zone and they came out that next day. After learning that I needed a new AC unit, I ordered one through them and they came and installed it in 48 hours, right in time for my celebration, and even moved it to a new spot, per my request. My house is now cold and I LOVE IT! Thank you so much for being so responsive. I wanted to support a local family owned business and they came through.

Fair and honest work they nursed my original furnace with annual check ups and some minor repairs. after 24 years it finally went down for good and the new install was quick and smooth.
