Moe arrived on time and followed COVID protocols. He checked my furnace, thermostat and AC unit. As he started the furnace check, Moe answered my questions and explained about the MERV rating on my furnace filter. As he checked each part of my HVAC system, he explained what he found and what worked well and what didn’t. My AC wasn’t working due to a failed capacitor which Moe replaced. Costs were explained up front and were very reasonable. From making an appointment, to keeping me apprised of technician arrival time to the service provided by Moe, the customer service was excellent. Thanks to Ashley as well for her follow up. Professional, neat, and knowledgable. Jeff and Steven completed the AC and furnaces on our house and installed a heater into our garage. They were on time and completed the job as promised. Exceptional service! Jeff and Steven were on time and provided expert and professional service. They followed Covid protocols, made sure my wood floors were covered, and cleaned up the work areas when they were finished. Service tech was great and knowledgeable.However was charged more than agreed by billing and refuses to credit. Was informed that a humidifier inspection could cost $99 to service furnace and they will check out the humidifier, or cost $125 to just check out the humidifier - both would provide the same level of attention for the humidifier so obviously as a consumer I opted for the cheaper route. Ultimately charged $125 and billing was argumentative, refuses to credit. $26 is clearly insignificant but who like to be charged something other than whats quoted and told their wrong?

From my first experience with Climate Master they have been knowledgable and thorough. It was not the least expensive furnace air conditioner, but I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even double checked the insulation in the attic which would help the unit be more efficient. After a year, something broke and I was upset. Surprisingly, I was given priority and the parts and labor were covered for free!! Shock. This company has been excellent. I highly recommend them for the quality of work and service. You can buy an air conditioner any where, but you cant buy good service everywhere. This is the real deal.

Very pleased with CMMC. They provided a fair price for the equipment provided...(for those that dont know, Carrier and Bryant are made by the same company, and Bryant provides the same quality at a better price, in my case the exact same units, just a different name plate.) Chuck was very thorough in his estimate, listened to what I wanted done, explained the options that I had, and quoted the price for each scenario. Their installation was very professional, very neat, and high quality. After getting estimates from multiple contractors, I felt the most comfortable with the product, features, price and service after the sale with CMMC, hence why I went with them.

I was more than accommodating to the flexibility of my schedule to meet with Chuck, the owner, for an estimate. If I ran my business the way that you run yours, I would be out of business. When I tell any potential customer I am going to give them a written quote, I do it. I was told I would receive a quote on Friday emailed to me. Here it is Monday night and I still have not received any estimate from your company, which makes me believe that you do not want this job at all. Which is fine, but at least tell me that you dont want the job. I would never recommend your company to anybody.

Moe did a great job getting my furnace fixed. He came on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly. He is always neat and clean.

Jeff was returning to replace the copper connection wire since an alleged leak was discovered. H on Weber, upon inspection Jeff did not note any reduction in the Freon or pressure which would have been present with a leak. I wouldn’t have known the difference unless he told me. That’s an amazing, ethical technician and I am highly impressed. I will recommend this company to anybody looking for HVAC repair or replacement. They also had a significantly lower estimate than three other bids on replacing my A.C. 5 stars!!!

CMM installed a garage heater for me. Chuck came out and did a free estimate which I received the next day. The price was good ($800 cheaper than other estimate) and included gas and electrical hook up and venting. Jeff came and installed unit. Everything went smooth and he left everything neat and clean. Very happy and would recommend to others.

Great company to do business with! Had my AC and furnace replaced. When the furnace blower went out, the owner Chuck personally came out and out with a temporary unit till they could return for the replacement.Jeff and Mo were the installers. On time and professional. Placed tarps on the floor and vacuumed the floors after. The complete replacement of AC, Furnace, Humidifier and thermostat took only six hours. We had heat by noon.Jeff took the time to go over the directions of the thermostat and explained all the rebater that applied to our furnace. Climate Master provided a competitive quote for a two speed 80% efficiency furnace and a 15.5 SEER AC. You cant go wrong with using climate Master!

They found time to come out in short notice even though they have an extremely full schedule this time of year. Had my furnace replaced. My last Bryant was dying after 26 years of faithful service. I have some experience in HVAC and you couldnt do a QUALITY job any more efficiently than Jeff did. Kimmie is as pleasant, polite and professional as you would want. I suppose I could have save a few bucks with another contractor, but I believe you get what you pay for. Im satisfied.

Kimie kept me informed as to when the service was to be provided. Shawn the service pro was quite familiar with the equipment in my house although he had never been there. He made the inspection and small repair I required and then tested the system. Price was well within my expectation.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They worked out the schedule to accommodate our needs. They were timely, courteous, clean, and most of all, did amazing work.

I would give a 4 or 5 star rating if the service I received was excellent. I got home and the tech was already working on the unit (not complaining about it), and he told me the compressor was out. I said okay what are my options and he said with replace the compressor or get a new unit with the new refrigerant. He gave me a ball park for both types of jobs. I started asking questions and it felt like the tech just didnt want to answer them. I am personally like to get all the details before agreeing to a job, but because the tech didnt seem like he cared much about my questions I am going to call someone else. I will say when you do call CMMC the operators are nice.

Our technician Shawn was prompt, courteous & very knowledgeable. A part had to be ordered & he told us to call him if we had problems, which we did, and he walked us right through a quick fix. We would highly recommend them.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with CMMC. They installed a furnace and a/c last fall, came in well under other contractors on the quote, and delivered an excellent install and service since. I especially like that they didnt try to sell us units that were overkill for our home, unlike some other folks we had quote us. Highly recommended.
