I first used Air Source One in the winter of 2020 for 2x furnace check-ups as new home owners. Tim and his team were extremely prompt and professional over the phone, on-time for their appt, and explained everything thoroughly to us.We used Air Source One again in the spring of 2021 for an AC checkup where we found out we had a leak. 3 offers were presented to us with everything explained and all details given so we could weigh our options. Nothing was pushed onto us which I liked.From the above we decided to go with a new AC and again Tim and his team were fantastic in explaining everything, used quality parts (I researched based on all the facts given to me), provided a 5 year service warranty, and were willing to work with me on my payment since I was waiting for a points credit card to arrive in the mail. So Air Source 1 saved my hide again fast forward to Jan 2021 my heating unit went out upstairs in the dead of winter. Air Source 1 was at my house in less than an hour. They immediately diagnosed the problem - I needed a new thermostat. My old thermostat was 17 years old. My new updated thermostat was installed within the hour. I now have a Ecobee SmartThermostat Pro with voice control. I can control the temperature by voice or using the app on my phone even if I’m not at home. I have two units one for upstairs and a second one for downstairs. Ive had these same two units in this home since it was built 15 years ago and Ive had no mechanical problems with either unit. I attribute that to Air Source 1s expertise and great service.I truly appreciate the technician waiting a few extra minutes today while I drove to Home Depot to get new air filters. Our heater blew out on Valentine’s Day, and based on Yelp reviews I left a message, and Tim called us back and arranged for Adolfo to come out and take a look at our furnace. Adolfo was thorough, helpful, and patient with our (many!) questions. We didn’t feel like they were just trying to get us to do things just to jack up our bill (I’ve gotten that sense from places before!), and I really felt like all our concerns and issues were addressed. I sent an online inquiry after seeing such wonderful reviews and less than 24 hrs later I received a phone call to answer my questions and schedule service. They worked with my availability and Adolfo and another gentleman came out 2 days later working from 3-7:45 ensuring my vents and ducts were clean. Their communication is unmatched! Every step of the way they communicated from scheduling to informing me when they were nearby, to showing and sending my before and after photos. Absolutely impeccable communication system. The next morning one of my (15 +) vents shot out some residue that may have been missed. I called at 7:34 am and the owner answered, heard my concern, and had Adolfo back out to clean the vent at 9am. Customer service as you can see is top notch also!

Jesus spent several hours at my home today doing repairs and installing a new water heater, I have old plumbing so it was not the easiest job, Tim the owner joined him later on and they both worked very hard to do everything correctly and efficiently. I have had Air Source 1 (AF1) providing my heating and cooling services for approximately 7 years. They are fair priced and always accountable. AF1 will not do a job that does not need to be done. For years they kept my old air conditioner functioning until I really needed a new one. I woke up Monday morning to a freezing house. I knew my furnace had finally died. I called Tim from Air Source 1, at 6 am. I received a phone call back immediately letting me know it would not be a problem to install a new furnace. Then soon after I received a text message from the technician letting me know what time he would arrive. When it got close to the designated time I received a call from the technician letting me know the exact time of arrival. Talk about efficient. There were two technicians they were both so nice and courteous. They got to work immediately and finished the installation the time they told me. They even cleaned up after themselves. Win, win. And the price I was quoted had no hidden extra fees. I would recommend Air Source 1, 100%. Its nice to know that there is a company out there that still puts the customer first.

Our ac was making a funny noise at 7p at night. I called that evening and they were able to come out the next morning at 830am. They knew instantly what was wrong, was able to locate The part and pick it up within 30min. He had it fixed in less than 2 hours and our ac was up and working again!They were smart, quick, and efficient. I would call them again!

Called Air Source 1 to check out the furnace because the igniter was not coming on. They were here the next day and were able to trace the problem to a faulty circuit board. Replaced it the next day and it fired right up. Great service and kept me informed by text as to the appointment schedule and arrival times.

Very fortunate to have Air Source 1 always looking out for us. Not only have they been fantastic for maintenance checks and cleaning ps but really came up when we needed them most. During the 0°F weather this past January, our smart thermostat was indicating that we get the furnace checked. I called Tim and he could get me in in 3 days. When I realized how cold it was going to get, he sent over Jake, the very next day. I was so fortunate that he did that as Jake inspected the furnace and told me that it immediately needed to be replaced as there were cracks in the furnace. Within the next 5 minutes Jake was already taking out the furnace and ordered the new furnace. Jake was incredibly patient and professional, a true student of the game. As he was finishing up, Tim (owner) personally came by to make sure everything was going smoothly. I love that personal touch. One other thing I loved about Air Source 1, is the technology they use. First used Air Source 1 two years ago when our furnace went out. They were quick to respond and within 30 hours I had heat in the house again. They were quick and efficient with the installation, showed me several different options, and when they left you could even tell someone had been there. Their trucks advertise $50 service call but it was $79 dollars to determine that my unit was broken within 10 minutes. Wasnt upset with having to pay, I was upset that i felt miss led and not quoted anything prior. The worker was professional and kind.

Could t figure out why I wasn’t getting enough air flow threw vent and on Hottest day of the year and they were quick to jump right in the attic and find I had some flex ducting loose .
