Very pleasant place to enjoy a spa day. Todays tech was very good she had excellent skills.

Always friendly here and quality service. I love the Green tea pedicure its a fave for me. Tina and Tee always do a knock out job on my nails.

I vowed to myself prior to 9/16/21 that I would not use lovely nails again because the owner is disrespectful and very rude. So this particular day I said well I’ll go to this nail salon but I will use someone other than Tee! Well her sister did my nails and honestly I don’t like them and when I expressed this to Tee she got loud and as always it was embarrassing and humiliating, So with tears in my eyes I walked out. Because I try so hard to refrain from getting out of character because my name means a lot to me and after an offense I’ll still have to carry this name. I never write reviews but this one was NECESSARY. My nails turned out very ugly. $62 down the drainWhen I called and requested my refund Tee cursed me out… expressed herself further and hung up in my face.

I had been to this salon for 4 yrs. The owners tact has gotten too terrible for me to bare especially since I was a top paying/loyal customer. I’ve referred plenty of people but never again and never will I return! I usually get extravagant nails but this time asked for simple SNS, she decided to do what was easiest for her which was acrylic. I called her on it and she straight up lied telling me it was still SNS! She does not listen to the customers wants or needs, on top of poor work. Nails popping off within a week of getting them done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!

Specifically asked for a certain color on my hands that matches the color I got on my toes. I asked the nail tech if they had the same color twice to ensure my nails and toes matched and she said yes. When it got time to do my hands I was informed that they did not have the same color to match or anything close. I got gel on my toes and wanted SNS on my hands I ended up having to get a whole different color on my hands.. very dissatisfied

I haven’t been to this place in awhile because the quality of the nails did not match the pricing. The people are very nice and friendly the establishment is very clean. I got My nails done and the design was beautiful but my nail started lifting 2 days later! Then a nail broke in half from me literally hitting my own leg. After about 4 days I kid you not all my nails were lifting. i paid $108 for my toes and nails and would of been better off getting press ons. Today Im taking off all my nails and see why my nails were lifting. The lady applied a whole lot of acrylic at the tip and middle and the base of my nail was thin as paper. i think they do this on purpose but i wont be returning and obviously did not want them to fix it either cause it was really ridiculous

July 3, 2020. I recieved a full set and spa pedicure.July 8, 2020. All my nails are lifting. Its only been 5 days. And they actually started lifting about 3 daysIve had full sets countless times. I was searching for a new nail/ spa salon, but Im not sure this one is a good match for me.- My nails are uneven. Thick acrylic in some spots thin in others- Tips are too far down for a french tipfuDo you think this business will offer me a redo for the money that Ive spent?Ive actually been frustrated since I received my service, just figured Id do everyone a favor and share my experience.Ive posted pictures and my receipts below. Many people like to argue with the customers and say we dont want to pay. Heres the receipt.

They were able to seat me immediately which was a plus but I was not satisfied with how my nails turned out. I wanted a full set in a coffin shape and even showed her a picture but they still did not turn out how I wanted. They were extremely thick and look terrible. The color did come out pretty though.Update...they fixed my nails. The color wasnt consistent and he literally refused to cut the nails down so Id just recommend staying away from here. 0/10.

They soaks my hands for 1 1/2 hours!! ... they get you started to where you just can’t get up and leave. 4 HOURS later I’m finally done but with terrible nails! I went back today to ask them to please fix one and of course they told me it’d be at least an hour! After I spent 4 long hours and $55 not just 2 days ago! They had no problem taking my money but couldn’t deliver on service!!

Awesome! My first time visiting this place and it was an amazing experience. The male tech did a great job on my pedi. I had the aloe pedi. The lady who did my nails was very polite. I will continue to go to this shop.

Ripped my nails off one by one after telling the lady it was extremely painful she ripped a piece of my real nail off till i started bleeding. all that pain and the nails didnt even look good...

Very clean, very relaxing. Good prices for a basic pedicure ($25). They played uplifting music, rather than contemporary, which I really liked. Nice massage chairs and the largest selection of nail colors Ive ever seen! My technician spent extra time massaging my legs and feet. It was wonderful!

I would absolutely not recommend this place, I went in to get my eyebrows done and they had me sit in a salon chair rather then bring me back to the wax room. A women came to me with a bowl of wax, wax strips and a single popsicle stick. She applied the first layer of wax - which was not hot enough - and put on the wax stripe on and because it was not hot enough it didnt all come off and didnt remove much hair. She then proceeded to put the popsicle stick back in and before I could say anything put it back on my skin. I then said I wasnt comfortable with her using the same popsicle stick and she said it was more convenient for her because someone was in the back room and they would be back there for two hours. I then said if youre doing this with all your customers this bowl is just germs, she claimed the wax killed the germs and said no no its fine and tried to continue. I then said you have to stop, this is breaking so many health code violations, during a global pandemic - !!!!! she said they do it all the time and it is okay. She then chased me when i tried to leave and ordered me to pay for having half of one eyebrow done ($6)... I do NOT recommend this place and will never be back.

The BEST place to get your nails done! Period!.. they are super friendly and they actually take their time to care for your nails and get them done right. Even when they are busy they dont try to rush just to move on to the next person. I was recommended to them by a coworker and I couldnt thank her enough!! The short girl that sits to your right on the end when uyou walk in I think her name is Hannah or Anna. Very unpleasant not friendly at all and did a horrible rush job on my nails. The owner is very sweet and friendly. Not sure if I will revisit though.

First time coming was the worst rushed my nails and said they couldn’t do anything I requested on my nails which had me change my mind on what to get I feel like I was charged for there time and every other little thing that’s was given like a 10 dollar white tip which chipped off the next day and top coat crack over night with handling little things it should have never messed up that fast. And the diamond work was clustered as hellWent there next day to find out the chick is mean not rude she says because she knows how I am is exactly what she said I was charged a total of 70 dollars for a bad job and 15 the next day for time to fix it when all I went in there for was a refill and design work to begin with I paid them a total of 96 w/ tip

I really dont want to give a star period. They rude and argue with u.. tell them its not the color u want n they put what they want. Then they tried to scrub my feet with the foot file dry. Then my friend kept telling the girl she didnt want a color. She left with lumps n uneven nails. One girl came behind n tried to fix. Then when we went to the manager she argued with us. Said she said nothing was wrong with them..but offered to redo another day. Worst experience I have had all 3 times.. last time I went the same girl filed my nails so much I had to have them removed n could not have my nails done for 2 months..

I’ve gotten my eyebrows microbladed there, then got them touched up twice & you’d still never be able to tell that it actually was microbladed. The people were nice & super welcoming but it just didn’t stick. All of my friends that had gotten it done other places never had a problem. I still have to draw them on & fill them in. I feel like I wasted $250.

When they are packed you get rushed out & they don’t care how your nails or feet look. The women have nasty attitudes but the men there are awesome. They act like they are aggravated when you try to request who you want to do your nails NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK ‼️ Terrible service

My 1st & only experience at this location for a well needed mani-pedi was not great. I was ushered to the pedi bowl, as I sat waiting I started observing guess after me receive a lavender or aloe option. Curious I wondered why I was never given that option or a price book of their services even after I expressed this was my 1st time at the business. Diamond was my nail tech and she was super nice but not experienced nor does she pay attention to detail & does a rush job. She was so rough with handling my feet til the towel kept falling in the water. Her polish job was so sloppy, uneven & lumpy. During my french manicure she kept snipping my cuticles after I told her to stop & not to cut them. I kept trying to show her how uneven my tips were & all the polish she had on my hands. She just was not comprehending how to correct her work to make it look nice. After talking with her I realized she only been doing nails for 6 months. She need more training & someone over her assisting & directing how to properly do her job. She was a sweet heart but I was completely unsatisfied with her quality of work. I should have been given an option if I wanted a student or apprentice regardless of a price difference. Now I have to spend more money once I get back to my hometown to redo my nails because after several hours the polish on my nails started chipping & the next day all were so badly chipped it looks like my nails had been done for months & I had did nothing but shower & lounge. Know what/who you are getting.

So great. I came directly from a salon that messed up my nails (they looked horrible!) and gave me the shape I actually wanted.

As a first time customer I was given a groupon which states you have to make an appointment so I called and explained that I had the groupon and would like to make an appointment, she said you don’t need one just come on in. So we drove 45 minutes in the rain to get there and they refused to honor the groupon because I didn’t have an appointment. Lady was very rude and I would not recommend to anyone.

I dont understand this place they do great work,but charge same price rather you get design or not design they charge me de price ridiculous I feel like Im over charged everytime I go in there $40.00 no matter what?I get its ridiculous

Literally the slowest nail shop in Mobile. I sat in here for almost 3 hours, my nail tech literally ran away from station, leaving me alone. A rude one took over and filed my nails until she burned me, after the first one had already burned me twice. You couldn’t pay me to come back in here.
