This use to be the only nail salon that I wanted to give my business to in Mobile, but as of late, certain techs there have really been dissappointing me. I will either have to use only the tech that does my nails the best, (but she is rarely there) or not go back at all. The pictures that are posted dont do justice for how awful my nails look in the light. Lines and dents in the gel polish, and not one of my nails are painted completely. This is unacceptable! I spend too much money not to be satisfied in the end.

My first time coming here, and I absolutely loved it . I previously was in a car wreck so I had very sore ankles and bruises all over my legs . Very gentle and I loved the pedicure. In in love with my nails . Great prices . I purchased gel on my feet and added 6 gems on my acrylics . Everything came out to $105

I have been coming here for years. The staff is courteous and professional. The service is always good.

I am visiting from Texas and today I took my sister for mani/pedi here and we loved it! We are both very particular with our nails but Diana and Ann took good care of us with great customer service. We got our faces waxed by Tina and she did a great job. Would definitely keep this place as one of my favorites when I visit Mobile. Awesome job to the friendly Staff! 💅👍💕👌😚💋

The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. They also do very good work and they are very patient to the customers needs.

She did not do my nails like I asked n when she tried to fix it I was charged for it. I feel like I wasted 110 for nothing will never go back.

I got a pedicure she kept hurting me and she was very rough had to keep asking her to be less rough.Turned around still gave her a chance and let her do my nails nails looked nothing like the picture I showed her instead of her saying she couldnt do it nails popped off within three days and she kept putting me in waiting to take other people so I was there almost three hours absolute worst experience and I wont be back

I came here for a change of polish on my feet. It was only two workers helping one customer. One stop to assist me. I think she goes by the name Mary. So she’s doing my feet and out the blue goes in the trash can to get me use flip flops and didn’t think I saw her. I did and called her on it. She tired to laugh it off!!! They are so unsanitary!!! Go their at your own risk!

Love Nancys! Have been going with my sister, wife, and mom for years, and we are always satisfied.Get the SNS nails and ask for an extra layer.

Very professional. My nails are beautiful and long lasting. I type for a living so it is very hard to keep a good look with my nails. They are in convenient location and they have awesome pedicures!!!!

Worst manicure pedicure and eyebrow wax I’ve ever received. The lady was older and extremely slow. None of the employees were friendly. Not to mention there is paint all over my skin because of their lack of skill. And my eyebrows are completely raw. The salon is dirty also.

I never leave reviews but this place is horrible the younger nail tech there did my nails Tonight they are uneven, she cut my finger it was freaking bleeding!! And put blue stuff on it with out even telling me what it was first. My “coffin” nails look square round. My polish already looks old it was just the worse experience ever please never go there.

This place is going down. They are losing technicians. Right now theirs only 3 including the owner who keeps going up on her prices. She charges extra for length, for certain nail polish, for shapes. $5 more or $2 more for everything. The full sets went from $21 to $25 fill ins for acrylics are $15. Gel nails are $45.

Worst nail place Ive ever been to!!! Did not do my nails right at all, I had to come back to get them to redo the ones that were messed up and still wasnt done right, I was not satisfied. I would recommend anywhere but here!! Waste of money and time.

I’ve been getting my nails done here off and on since 2005 and I NEVER experienced bad service untilI went yesterday ( 7-28-2018) . I got a mani and pedi . . I got my nails and toes polished white so when I get to the register the lady told me $46. So I asked why $46 when your menu clearly says $42, she then tells me it’s $4 extra because of the white polish . So I was like wth !? I never heard of such thing !!! I’ve NEVER Been charged extra because of white polish . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO HERE !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!

The worst experience ever! I posted the actual pics of my nails on yelp. They left grit and dirt, my gel polish was uneven...please do not waste your TIME OR MONEY!

I wasted $74.00 last Sunday. My eyelashes werent put on right. My fullset has 2 broken nails already. I had to make her Make Sure My Nails Were EVEN. My eyebrows i had 2 rearch. Not to mention i wasted 3 hours there because there was only one lady working. Never Again Im Better Off Going 2 Walmart I Trying It At Home Myself Its WAY CHEAPER

I got my nails done a few weeks ago and i got acrylic over my natural nails the acrylic is already lifting some has of the acrylic has completely came off they did a horrible job.
