I went in today for a polish change. I had a dark blue polish on & when the young man removed it, he left a ring of blue around all my nails! I had to ask him 3 times to get it all off. A simple polish change, including toes, cost $26 & took well over an hour. By the time I got home, the polish, which he had to keep adding some type of liquid to because the bottle was almost empty, was smudged on 3 nails. I paid $26 for nothing. Don’t waste your time & money!

Broke a nail and this was the closest salon. I went and got SNS reasonably priced. The workers were friendly. It was clean. I would definitely go back.

My nails are beautiful. I was recommended by a friends coworker. I was not disappointed!!! The salon is clean and well stocked. I never felt rushed! Diane was more than a nail tech; she was a craftswoman! Devon, Dianes son, worked on my friends feet--phenomenal! No gimmicks just good old fashioned customer service. The job was done right the first time. No humps, mishapped, thick overlay, or poorly polished nails. No loud inappropriate music is played. I just can say anything unflattering to this establishment. I will be a loyal customer.

They lost a potential new customer. I went in on a Sunday around 5:30 with advertising close at 6 p.m. The staff looked at me like I was crazy and then told me they were closed. I asked was there a reason why they could not take me because the door was open and the open sign was flashing. The nail tech told me they had somewhere they wanted to go. So, I will never go back and I will never know how good they are! 👎👎👎

They are really nice and diverse. Great service and there work is five stars they are best in the city if your looking for professional classy clean work.

I had to leave a different nail shop today because they were just horrible; came to Express Nails to see if they could fix my hands and they did a great job! They shaped my nails perfectly and were so nice about fixing what a different shop had messed up. I will be back!

My first time here and wont go back my manicurist with a blonde Bob cut six of my fingers with the drill file!.. your not even suppose to touch the skin with those things at all!! But she was all over my cuticles and skin which is why I was cut so many times. Didnt even clean the blood off my nail completely before polishing and I was getting French tip.. so you can still see the blood under the polish .. and it hasnt even been a week yet and my middle finger nail just broke! Very disappointed .. not even going back for them to fix it . Ill be better of going paying somewhere else to get the nail replace.

Costumer service was terrible, a worker gave an attitude the whole 1 and a half I was there just getting sns with no tips. Also, getting cut 5 times by the shaver does not feel too good!
