Horrible experience, used USAA to book service. Very very rude staff and do not care about your situation. My truck broke down 10hrs from home. Had to tow to a dealership that was closed. So they took it to the yard overnight. I needed the truck in the shop fisty thing in the AM as it was me, my two kids and two dogs stranded. The vehicle did not get to the dealership until 11am the next morning. The staff lied about getting the PO from USAA to get out of yard. I was on the phone with them at 7:30am. Ended up costing me another night in a hotel due to their incompetence.If you have a choice, or your insurance uses them, immediy deny service and ask for another wrecker service!DO NOT USE! Read other reviews. Youve been warned!!

We were stranded on the side of the road outside Mobile on a road trip. This service promptly picked us up even though it was Saturday and took us to a repair shop they recommended. Will was professional and polite. Thank you!!

I got this company through AT&T roadside assistance. I was given an ETA of 90 minutes. I called after waiting in the scorching heat for 2 hours and was told the driver was getting fuel and would be there in 25 minutes. Another hour or so passed I called again and was put on hold. No one came back to the phone or showed up.

I was in trouble, I called them and they didnt respond even though they advertise 24/7

All of these reviews are lies people if you are stranded you better off walking please dont rely on this wrecking company I wish I can put negative stars place sucks

We used them Saturday qaited 3 hours in the heat for them to get there. Then had to use them again today and they canceled the call without letting our provider or ourselves know

Called them and they came out quickly. Got our Tahoe up on the truck and to the repair shop quickly. Very reasonably priced!

I used this company twice this summer and the drivers were very friendly and did an outstanding job. However, I called back to have another tow and the lady that answered the phone gave me a completely different charge ($150) from the $90 that was charged on the previous tows. When I asked why so much of an increase and that it was from and to the same location that the tow company had carried my vehicles before she said that she didnt know why. She then put me on hold and said that she would call the owner and see what he could do. She returned to the call and said the best he could do was $130 when again the previous tows were $90 for a 10 mile tow. I then asked that my first driver give me a call, thinking that he was the owner, because I worked with his son but she informs me that he does not work there anymore and then hangs up the phone. I do not understand how you can purchase a service and everytime the charge is different. Tow with cash is $90, with a card is $95, and 3 months later it is $150 without an explanation.

Worse company ever. My wife had a flat and they came trying to tow it. All I requested was to change the flat and he left without saying anything...dispatch had the worse attitude ever.

The driver was very polite, prompt and had a sweet spirit.

Beware!!!!Left my gf stranded in a bad area without even a notice of cancel,do not let this company tow your vehicle!!!
