I will recommend Crowell Automotive to anybody needing repair. Most honest and caring mechanic shop in mobile I wish every shop was as honest as they are.

I was experiencing engine failure and ultimately required the warranty be applied. Will was very helpful during this process. He even went a step above and beyond and got some needed information that I had been unsuccessful getting. He kept me informed and followed up with me when needed. Will and his staff did a great job, from dealing with the warranty company to making sure my car runs better than when I bought it. Cannot EVER get anyone on the phone! I called to have my car towed there and the 1 time someone answered, she told me to call her on Tuesday when I was ready to have it towed there. No one has answered for 3 weeks!

The owner was very polite and helpful...They do need a sign letting tou know they are back in the back but other than that everything was all good.

They did a great job on my fixing my car. I took it to a different mechanic before that didnt fix the problem. Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke to him on the phone so I decided to take my car to him. He had it running smooth in no time! No more exhaust leak!! I would highly recommend him!

Great service. Very fast, and Kevin was very friendly and personable. However, i was getting the starter replaced on my 07 Honda Accord, and was charged $772 for it. This is extravagant for a part that shouldnt cost more than $200 but they charged $414 for it, and $288 to install. I was very disappointed in this price. I thought the labor was quite reasonable, but I cannot think of a justifiable reason to more than double the cost of the part as a markup.

Had a complete engine swap done.. my daughters car needed an engine... I was out of state working. Crowell automotive towed the car and replaced the engine all while I was out of town...I paid them over the phone!! How great is that!! Replacing an engine is never fun...but Crowell Automotive made the whole experience as painless as possible keeping me informed of the progress. FANTASTIC SERVICE!! My daughter stopped by after school and Kevin and the team checked engine and changed the oil.... she was on her way home in 20 minutes! Fast! Courteous! Honest! and Professional! What more can you ask for!! OH..did I mention it was FREE!! It was included with the the engine install... how awesome is that!! If you go somewhere else youre waiting your time..
