Went to this location last week a spoke with Tony. I already knew what was wrong with my AC, I just needed someone else to confirm it. Tony customer service was top-notch. He broke everything down all the way to the price. Based on my interaction with Tony I decided to come back the next week to go ahead and get my AC fixed. This morning I arrived early waiting in line to finally fix my AC. This time I encounter a older gentleman that was writing up the ticket slip. I watch the way this man encounter female customers, this man is rude. When it came my turn, his body language and facial expression spoke volume. I decided to leave and not use this location because this of this man. The moment I told him I think I need to go somewhere else, his whole demeanor transform to bubbly and friendly. (I guess he thought about that nice payment he just lost the company)

These guys just wanted to take advantage of a 17 year old girl that came in. I sent in my daughter to get her air conditioned looked at. She calls me and tells me the guy couldnt figure it out and that it would take most of a day to find out and would probably be expensive. So I just googled it and turns out its her HVAC blower which is just right under her passenger side dash and would probably take an hour at the most. Also found the part online for around $50. Auto Air of Alabama should be ashamed of themselves. I use to really love you all, but this one experience lost you a customer.

Said i had a leak went to auto zone bought freon ac works fine

We were traveling and needed our car’s AC fixed. We called ahead and the manager who answered the phone assured us they would see us when we arrived and take care of us. When we got there, we only had to wait a few minutes before they re-charged our frion, wished us luck and sent us on our way. They were speedy and so good at what they do. Fair price doesn’t begin to describe this experience. Our AC is now ice cold. Highly recommended! Tell them Zeus the dog’s family sent you.

These guys are AWESOME!! We were headed out of town and the A/C stopped cooling despite my DIY charging. I called and the owner told me to come by and they would look at it. We pulled in and they immediately hooked us up, fixed the problem and checked out all of our fluids and belts too. He saw I had kids in the car and we had a long trip ahead of us and he wanted to make sure we were safe. He treated us like family! Use them for everything but especially A/C. I used they’re other location on Schillinger years ago to fix my A/C on my older model Accord and it worked fabulously as long as I had the car.

From Ohio in Alabama to visit family and celebrate a wedding, and we brought the grooms cake. This side of Nashville or AC quit and shortly after so did the decorations on the cake! Our Bama fam recommended Tommy and he got us right in, found the problem and repaired it the same day, while we repaired the cake! The price was great and the service was even better! Wish theyd open a branch in Ohio!

So Im giving this place 3 stars because my experience was awesome, but I dont know about the overall work there. I had some a.c. problems......like it didnt work, but the gentleman that dealt with me was just a blessing of a person. Sadly I didnt get his name, and I had the feeling hes one of maybe 2 or 3 that have worked there since the beginning of time and are just too cool. He helped me out greatly. Some of the others seemed rude honestly, like what I perceived to be the boss, but it was 200 degrees and they were busy so I gave them a pass. Hopefully the fella that helped me out reads this one day and knows how grateful I am. I DO believe these fellas are honest (at least the one I dealt with) and that is a big deal with so many people out to rip you off.

I came in to get ac fixxed. They told me it was my air compressor and it would cost $1,035. I took it to my dealership and they said it would cost me $575. I would get a second opinion before giving them any money.

I told them over the phone that it would have to be vacuumed out because it has air in the lines and they Gave me a quote of $70 on the phone. When I drove over to them they came up with all kinds of excuses and tried to raise the bill to $300. And he just went down the line with the same story and price to everyone else that was there . So I just took my car to Precision Auto Tune . And paid less then half of what they were trying to charge me

We were seen promptly. Auto air recharged my a/c for a reasonable price.

I took my care there three weeks ago. The owner personally called me and told me I needed a compressor. My car is a one owner and only 62000 miles. I took it to another HONEST mechanic. He put some leak dye in the car, called me 3 hours later and told me it was the compressor gasket, only 150.00. Auto Air gave me an estimate of right at 1000 dollars. They have become very dishonest.
