Good place for short term living. Good kitchen and appliances, apartments large and spacious. Dishwasher hose wasn’t plugged in when I moved in but was fixed very quickly. Extremely nice staff and maintenance is great. Never had any bug problems. Neighbors are nice and quiet

The day before I moved in I was contacted at 7 pm asking if I could move in at a later time because my apartment was not ready. It was supposedly because my appliances had not been replaced. Which made me raise an eyebrow because they had all day to contact me and they contacted me after hours. I have been here a month and Im already regretting it. When I first moved in it was a lot of small things (light fixture, faucet, wall plug, and door coming apart) that was not fixed which was my first red flag. I called, emailed and even had to take off work just to talk to them in person to see when it would be fixed. They dont answer the phone. Every time I called or went in person the front office basically gave me the run arounds. I finally got everything fixed 3 weeks later after I came home with water all in my kitchen and bathroom floor. I was told everything would be fixed that day but I only came home to a replaced faucet and a water everywhere.I also found mold in my apartment they claim is not mold but, cant tell me what it is. I have asked multiple people what they think it is and they say its mold. The picture below is under my sink and smells horrible. Makes me wonder where else its at. They dont care, they just take your money and take they time fixing what needs to be fixed. I asked for the corporate number twice and it was not provided to me so I had to find the number myself. I contacted the regional manager and all I was offered was a credit for one months rent. Which goes to show they dont care and not going to fix anything. Take your money somewhere else.

Wish I could give less then half a star very bad on fixing anything. Even if your plumbing is overflowing they dont care or your stove goes out for months and months just ask any one who lives there. Plus the gates never work and pools are nasty with no bathrooms????? At the pool. So guess people are using the pool not pools because only one is not as green lol very bad on any issues that need addressed. Oh good luck on getting a package they put it in a hall closet and pick as you need something meaning anyone can get your package also they have piles of mail in the garbage and in a mail box open to bad people. Trust me stay away. I heard its even worse over there now. From what a few people have told me in the past few months.

This place has terrible responsiveness to issues. They arent great about returning phone calls. And even though their recording says if there is an emergency situation they will immediately get back to you, it still takes days. Beware before you sign a lease here!

Absolutely in love!!!! Love the area, the complex is always well maintained. Super quite, no bad children running around being destructive. My heart went out and they had to order the part. They offered for me to stay in a model u till my heat was fixed. Who does that? They brought me a heater when I declined. Awesome staff. Always friendly and helpful.

Only been here a little over a month and so many problems.... toilet constantly running, oven burners not working, dirty water from dishwasher. It took about 4 weeks of phone calls, office visits, and emails before maintenance finally attempted to address the issues. Additionally, smoke smells come in through the vents and they do nothing about it. But the biggest problem is ROACHES. Every other day I find a new one. They spray and the roaches come right back. Stay away!

This place literally STEALS your moneyI had to move out of the complex for work reasons and paid all the necessary fees, including additional money because of their mistake on their calculationThis money was never returned, and not even an explanation of why thew wouldnt reimburse. I have to take legal actions against them.If you are going to stay there, never break your lease, they will steal your money

I love the area and the complex is quiet most of the time. They dont seem to vet their tenants well; almost daily I can smell marijuana coming through my vents. Also, we have been dealing with a ceiling leak for almost a year now and despite attempts to fix it, they still havent figured out a solution. The maintenance team is always friendly and prompt, and the office workers seem friendly enough. However, it feels like theyre trying to band-aid our ceiling leak rather than fix it, which is a problem for me.

I called to get information about the apartment complex on 1/14/18 @1:10pm. The lady got an attitude as I asked questions she did not know how to answer then hung up the phone. I called back three times and got no answer. I only rated with three star because the complex looks nice.

Staff was super helpful and the place was well kept. Plus it’s a great area, with the park in walking distance and restaurants/stores/university of south Alabama 5-10 mins away, it was perfect while I was going to school at South.

My husband and I are currently living here and we have lived here for about two years. We really enjoy it! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. A couple of downfalls we have had are, when we first moved in we had very loud neighbors(not the apartments fault), we have water damage in our laundry room-they have treated it once but it is back, and we have a spot by our door way that sticks up and it is kinda sharp so we have to be careful when people come to visit. The maintenance is very fast to get to the issue. They price is good, they do keep going up every time we go for a renewal, but that is common for most apartments. I always recommend this apartment complex.

*Re-reviewOver the past two years there have been various issues with the complex, but they have come a LONG way.The ladies in the office are new and have given the complex an awesome refresh. Danielle is great and you can tell she cares about the residents and the property. They always have a great attitude and handle issues quickly. The grounds stay well kept and there are stations for doggie bathroom supplies. Lots of pretty flowers and trees. Its away from the road so little noise pollution. Maintenance is always on point and fixes whatever you need very quickly. When I moved in there were a few issues with the paint job and caulking, but that was two years ago. The pool areas are nice and have cool palms surrounding them. Most of the residents are quiet and Ive never felt nervous there once. Lots of parking. The patio area of some apts have half dirt/half concrete so that is really awesome if you like plants. Washer and dryer hookups for some are in a porch closet which is good for space and noise. It smells awesome during the winter because of all the fireplaces going. All in all, if I wasnt moving in with someone, Id try to stay here long term. Its super close to Winn Dixie and its in the hub of west Mobile. PLUS it is a spawn spot on Pokemon Go and the Starbucks on the corner is a Pokestop so theres that.

I have lived here for 2+ years and have never really had any issues with them. Although the apartment was nice and they did not bother me hardly ever, I still managed to run into several problems with management after my lease had already run out. According to my lease, I was supposed to submit a 60 day notice that I was vacating the apartment by the 24th of December in 2013. I admit to this fault by not submitting it on time. However, I was not reminded of this after i had filled out a 4 month lease (better than 60, 120 days), and they have never requested this before. In my prior experiences with other apartment complexes, if they needed to know in advance that I am sticking to my lease, they would have contacted me at the proper time.Cimarron never contacted me when I had packages delivered, or any other things I may have needed to know that I may not have been aware about. So, as a result, they felt the need to charge me an additional 2 months rent without disclosing this with me whatsoever. Prior to moving out on the 24th, they contacted me a week in advance saying i needed to submit a hand-written notice, so I did and it specifically stated I was moving out the 24th of December with my signature, but this apparently meant nothing and they lost it... go figure. After seeing a $700+ charge on my account from them, I contacted them and they were rude and very difficult about the whole situation including the manager. luckily I had closed my bank account and the charge was refunded to me later on. It is stated in my lease, and on their website that my official move-out date was the 24th (I have pictures and proof but thats just never enough for a terribly ran business). In addition to this terrible situation no person would ever want to be in, they contacted me about a package (a week before they were returning to sender) and I was no longer in the city of Mobile. I specifically asked for the senders information and the lady decided it was too difficult to search through all the packages. By the way, they never contact you if you are expecting a package so you better keep track of it yourself. I told them to hold onto it for me so that a friend could come and pick it up later that week... they ignored that request and sent it anyway, so now I have no idea what I ordered and when I had ordered it.If you are going to live here, I would recommend reading every word of the lease agreement, although Ive never found myself having to cover my rear-end with any apartment complex like this before. Also, go ahead and expect to do their job for them and keep track of everything youve ordered, and any other things that all apartment complexes should be responsible for.
