Moved into Merchants without getting a chance to tour in person. I was pleasantly surprised with my apartment, especially the view. The staff was so helpful through the move in process and continued to help with any issues encountered.The apartment is a great mix of rustic and modern with original floors beautifully redone and new appliances, cabinets, and smart home features.Location can’t be beat, next to lots of bars and restaurants in a revitalized downtown mobile.

If there was the option to pick 6 stars, I would! The location of Merchants Plaza is just fantastic with the accessibility to coffee shops, restaurants, and a great little square/park if you have a dog. The apartments themselves, are modern, clean, and with top appliances. If you ever need a maintenance request, it gets finished very quickly and they will go way above the norm to make sure everything is okay with the resident. The office staff is second to absolutely none, whether its a dinner recommendation or treats for your puppers, they are always on top of it and planning some little gift to leave at your door for a holiday. Youre not just another resident at Merchants Plaza, Keylee and Maddie truly get to know you and your family. If it wasnt for my job taking me out of Mobile, I would never have left Merchants!
