This is a well established Missoula business, and they clearly serve their community in a way that builds trust and places value on the individuals with whom they serve. Something about that small town approach in what is now a much larger city is rare and valuable in this day and age.I like supporting smaller businesses that do both big and small jobs. I like supporting companies that see you as an individual rather than a number. I place a high value on these places and today remembered why that is so thought I’d give a well deserved review.Thank you Sparr’s - for being flexible, personable, and professional all at the same time. There is absolutely NO WAY ANYONE should rent anything from Sparrs! They were above and beyond rude. I truly think they went out of their way to just be difficult! ALWAYS go for Browns Towing.

Wow!!! I was sad to see get hauled to the shop but loved how well Rick treated her. The mechanic was at lunch so Rick even helped push me into a spot so the car wasn’t sitting in the middle of the driveway. Thank you Sparr’s towing for the help today.

These guys are by far the BEST in town. I never told them that I was having some financial hardship, but they knew it anyhow because they really cut me a break when my car was towed (after breaking down in a business lot) during an extremely low-tempature weekend. I didnt think that Id ever be able to get it out, but they gave me a leg up and made it possible. I truly thank them for their professional, honest, hard-working, down to earth experience!

I was sent a young man named Hunter and his service was just outstanding. I couldnt believe how friendly he was and how he made me feel a lot better about the situation I was in. He took great care of my car and I believe Sparrs deserves credit for training their employees so well. Hopefully I dont need my car towed again any time soon but if I do, I know who Ill be calling. Called a couple different 24/7 tow companies that didnt want to do the job until it was convenient for them. Calped Sparrs and they were there in 20 minutes. Had glass shelves in front seat that were still intact and they dropped off promptly at the described location on my property. Would use this company again.

Awesome business! After getting stuck in an underground parking garage, I contact my roadside assistance and explained the situation. They had a hard time finding someone who would take on the job, since it would need to be pushed to the entrance and then either winched or pulled up the ramp. Two other towing companies either couldnt or wouldnt do anything, until Sparrs said yes. They showed up quickly, with two guys. They pushed it right up to the ramp, then hooked up to my Jeep and pulled me out of the garage. They got my jeep to the dealership quickly, and all in one piece. The guys were super friendly, quick, and worked with my roadside assistance so I didnt go out of pocket. Great service, highly recommend them!

Never have I ever seen somebody struggle so much to do a simple job. I just watched this man try 15 × to pull a vehicle onto his trailer as he blocked 15 customers in the goodwill parking lot from leaving. Not only did I just lose 30+ minutes of my day but I was late to pick up my kid from school. If you need a tow company try finding a company that knows what the h*** theyre doing.

I was vary satisfied with Sparrs Towing.. when my truck broke down They came put in. Timely manner and got the job done professionally.. customer service was friendly as well. Two thumbs up from me!!

I went to Target On my lunch break, when I came out my car had a flat tire. I didn’t know how to change it so I got a ride back to work. When I came back about an hour and a half later with a co worker who was willing to help me my car was missing. Well come to find out this company had towed it! When I called they told me that they had towed it because it had a flat tire and “it looked like had been vandalized” WHAT? They then told me it was going to cost me $250 dollars to get it back. I simply couldn’t believe it. After doing some research and calling around I called the police & I was also told there was a new owner “Pete” & that they have developed a reputation for this kind of thing and that they were aware and there has been numerous complaints and that the attorney general was now involved. I didn’t call them or ask them to tow it. This company literally stole my car out of the parking lot because I got a flat tire.

My AC was starting to act a little flaky so I gave Mike at Sparrs a call. He was able to get me in quickly, fixed my car up in a couple hours, and now the AC runs like a champ. Im no expert, but I think the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

An absolute waste of time - I booked a Budget truck well in advance, get a phone call the morning of that they don’t have any trucks for the pick up time. So not only did I have to drive 2 hours to get my truck, but they wait until the morning of my pick up to tell me that I have no truck. Simple customer service here guys, don’t list times you can’t hold your end of the bargain on.If there was a 0 star option, you guys would more than deserve it.

I would highly recommend Sparrs for timely arrival and friendly, excellent service.When I contacted Sparrs the man who answered was knowledgeable and informed me right away I would need a flatbed for my car. Josh arrived in about 20 minutes and was friendly and cautious to ensure my car would arrive safely at Big Sky Imports.

OMG!!!!!!I thought I called Sparrs but I called a rip off company that trys to make their Logo look like Sparrs logo. They quoted me one price and Charged me like Double. Make sure you get SPARRS and not that RIP OFF, Company!!!!!! Make sure the Trucks are BLUE!!!!!!!!

The drivers at sparrs towing are vary polite and are vary fast at responding to calls they where willing to awnser all my question and decribe how they would recover my vehicle that had gone off the road they did it in a timely manner with safety and quality to not damage my vehicle the owner Pete was calm and awnsererd all my questions of how to best service my call I recommend them to all my friends and family and to those I meet .

Made our reservation for 8am pick up. Opening employee was 5 mins late. We still gave her time to open before we went inside. Opening employee had a very foul additude and told us we had to wait until after 830am to pick up. When she was called on being late herself she gave every excuse possible. We asked why we werent notified about the delayed pickup as we made our reservation weeks in advance. Apparently their system is so old they dont get notifications of truck rentals in advance and couldnt inform us of the delay. Reserved an autohauler and they didnt have one for us. The one they had on site was broken and wouldnt have another one until noon. I decided trying to get a better deal wasnt worth this frustration so I went to uhaul. Was informed next time to call uhaul and they will price match and Ill get the service I deserve.

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!DESERVES 0 StarsOn June 30th my 4 daughters and I were on our way to Boise, Id for a family reunion. A deer decided to literally commit suicide into the side of my 2009 VW Routan van that I had just bought. :(Sparrs towing out of Missoula was contacted to tow my vehicle approximately 32 miles. They initially quoted me a whopping total of $480!!!!! I explained to the owner, Pete, I did not even have that amount and that Im a single mom of 4 kids and do not make a whole lot currently. I asked about making payments even. I received a bill a week and a half later in which the original amount changed to $570!!! And the New grand total??? $1200!!!!!! He wont even let me get my birth certificate and a title to a different vehicle out of the glove box and is now threatening to sue me! The owner even went as far as to tell me being a single mom of four kids is not his problem and is due to poor life choices! In my opinion, What kind of professional business treats their customers in this manner?!?!

I have had the same guy twice now. He was rude but times and didnt act like he wanted to help at all, more like me calling was a burden for him. This last time he even manged to badly scratch my car in 2 different spots when hooking up my vehicle! Not only all of this but he was 25 minutes late this last time and I cant even remember how late he was the first time.

Have tried asking for a name of the person hiring and talked to the general manager and was flat out told no when asked if I could have there name.

They basically stole a vehicle and charged $340 to get it back. Fat entitled state-sponsored thieves.

Staff was nice and polite

Called both the shop and the 1800 number several times around midnight. I kept getting the message that they were on the other line and that I should leave my name and number for them to call back. 3 days later and they still havent bothered to respond. Waste of my time, I found other options who responded immediately.

The dispatcher was totally disrespectful, made fun of my accent and said I didnt understand English, super racist, he would not explain the charges, threaten me and said he would call the cops, this place does not represent Missoula or its people, it should be shut down and inspected for safety violations, the tow trucks are not safe OSHA needs to check this place out and business conduct horrible, who knows how many people they steal money from.

Sparrs is what gives towing companies a bad rep.

Towed my truck in, got it fixed and back on the road.
