My girlfriend and I broke down in Missoula in the middle of our road trip back home from college. Days from home, we needed assistance moving our immobilizes vehicle to a mechanic. We called Montana Roadside and they had amazing customer service! They were quick to respond and the operator that arrived was beyond friendly and extremely helpful! Best towing experience hands down! Professional experience, quick response time, and outstanding customer service, they are the people to call when I’m a pickle!

My insurance company dispatched them for an in town tow when my truck broke down. I called him and the guy that answered told me he was not going to except my tow. Thanks for helping. If you dont want to do in town tows, maybe you should be taken off the insurance call list. Thank you for your denial.
