DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give this company a 0 if it were possible. My wife and I needed a winch out as we were stuck in snow/ice and called our roadside assistance. We were assigned Brooks Towing. This company did nothing but string us and the insurance company along for 7 hours!!! We finally had to find a different local company who responded within 1 hour and had us out in under 5 minutes. Within the first hour of being stuck Brooks called us and said the driver was on another tow and when he finished he would be on the way to us. They wanted pictures of our truck and where it was stuck which I sent. Then they sent a google map location and asked us to verify our location which we did. About two hours later they called us and said they were having a problem with payment from our insurance company and we would need to have our insurance company call Brooks to straighten it out (that should have been our first clue something was wrong as we are covered in full). This type of shenanigans continued all afternoon. When we finally had enough and called another other local company he already knew our situation, location, and type of truck!!! It appears Brooks was circulating pictures to all local companies to do the job!!! The next day we looked up this companies address and drove to the location as we suspected something was fishy. After arriving at the location listed (Holiday Village Shopping Center) there was no Brooks towing (what a surprise). We also went into each store in the shopping center and spoke with the store owners/managers. Not one single person ever heard of this company!!! When we tried to call the number and ask for their address (we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt) they hung up on us. Be warned... This company is a scam!!!
