Our alternator failed while we were visiting Missoula on a Saturday. I was with my husband and four little kids so we were a little stressed. Thank goodness Ross was open and fixed our alternator within a few hours so we could safely drive home two hours away. He gave us an amazing deal and was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.

Stopped in for gas, the card machine on the pump wasn’t working so we went inside to see if we could pay at the register. The guy at the desk was so disturbingly rude that I walked out and left and went to a real gas station.

Water for window cleaning was almost empty and the sponges werent in good condition.

The owner was polite and got us swift directions through town.

Good mechanics, I was helped by Spencer. He was fast friendly and told me what needed to be done. I had an air flow control motor replaced on a 2000 Tacoma for a good price. Had the part ordered and installed within two days. Thanks yall!

Communication could have been better, but the place genuinely cares about the service they provide.

Got a tow- Ross was an excellent help. He had to drive into a neighborhood and helped move a stagnant vehicle, adjusted the towing apparatus, towed the car to the shop and took it all off, in rush hour. I’ll use this station again! Great service-

Dropped my car off in the a.m. went to work, and I picked it up after work. They were quick and friendly they only get 3 stars from me because they charged me $300 for just the alternator. Im sick of repair shops charging double what they pay for a part. Do they not make enough charging 100/hr?

Great place to repair your car, the mechanics are honest. I have repaired my car several times with them. You pay for the work that has been done on your vehicle and wont get overcharged.

Most likely the most expensive car mechanic in town. I was initially quoted $350 to replace a starter for a Subaru Outback XT. That being said, they were able to take care of my car quickly. While the 15 minute repair (the battery terminals needed to be tightened, which initially cost $80) was being paid for, I was questioned about whether my timing belt had been changed, warned that I had a leak in a tire, and reminded that I was driving around on snow tires. While this could be interpreted as being thorough, it could also be seen as a way to suggest further service. This is the first auto repair shop where I was recommended to leave a tip on top of what I considered an overly priced visit. Summary: adequate service for inflated cost.

Angry rude attendant here. We pulled in to wash our windshield which was caked with bugs from driving for hours. This guy informed us that we could not use the squeegee unless we bought gas. Not friendly at all.
