Iron Horse really came through for us. Fuel.pump died just outsdie Missoula while towing our 31 trailer. Iron Horse was there in 30 minutes from our call with a flat bed for my truck and a tow vehicle for the trailer. They took us and our trailer to a local RV park and the truck to ttheir repair shop. We were back on the road in less than 24 hours.Courteous, professional and fast service. I cant thank them enough. Highly recommended

I had pretty typical bad luck experience with my RV needing a tow and repair. First on the tow, it was a busy snowy Sunday but they got me and let me hook up power on their site which allowed me to sleep in RV till Monday morning. Very much appreciate that!! Then once we knew it was to be a repair that could take a while I left the vehicle with them. These were difficult parts to get as I have a rare chassis, as a team we figured how to secure parts. Anyway all this to say they work with your needs and figure out solutions at a fair price. Thank you Larry and rest of team.

Shockingly unprofessional, callous, and hateful. For example, they had this posted on their door:

I was driving a 20 ft U-Haul truck with my Jeep loaded on a trailer from Savannah, GA to Seattle, WA when we broke down on I-90 at the Montana/Idaho state line. U-Haul Roadside Assistance contracted Iron Horse Towing and Repair to come out and see if it was repairable. Austin was dispatched from Missoula, MT and arrived in a reasonable amount of time given the remote location of our truck. He was thorough in his assessment of the damage and quick to begin coordinating a tow truck. His patience and professionalism helped us organize what needed to be done next in order to minimize the impact on our travel plans. The truck and auto transport were towed back to Missoula that night and were in their repair shop before it opened the next morning. We owe a big THANK YOU to Austin, his boss, Scott, and Kenny in their repair shop for getting us back on the road as soon as possible!

Did a quote between them and a competitor. Iron horse gave me a good deal on a tow from Missoula to Stevensville. The driver was very personable and professional. I’ve recommended them now to my mechanic.

When our car started dumping antifreeze all over the ground on a weekend visit to Missoula we were desperate. We called another repair shop and had it towed to them. When they called to say it was the radiator and it would be $1,100 my family told me to have them stop. Family recommended IRON HORSE TOWING AND REPAIR. Iron Horse took care of the REAL ISSUE, the water pump, and had us back on the road by noon on Monday! $663 to undo what the other shop had started and replace the pump. Larry and the rest of the crew were awesome! Would send all of my family, friends, and acquaintances to IRON HORSE!
